The nice traditional northern-style restaurant in the Mea Sai area sits in front of the Nang Non-Mountain scene. There is a variety of northern food selection, and good tests too.

A very spacious, clean and well-maintained restaurant with attentive staff. We were here for late lunch and guessed the restaurant might be busy during the night because there were plenty of tables - outdoor as well as indoor. The dish I had (see photo) was made of fresh ingredients and the taste was exactly to the point. The coconut juice was the best I ever had: big, ice-cold and the meat was soft as butter. Bottom line : their food is a feast for the taste buds!

Had a fabulous lunch here. They specialise in food from the northern region. While in Rome… We were helped with good advise on what to try and what was special for this region, and we were very happy with what came on the table. Try the northern sausage: we’ll come back for it.

Authentic northern Thai cuisine which serves some of the key dishes well. In particular, the gaeng hang lay (stewed pork with spicy soy bean paste) was flavorful yet not too oily and the pork was really soft and soft that u can break the meat up easily with a fork. The platter with steamed vegetables, sausage and crispy pork rind is a must try as the spicy tomato minced pork relish was punchy and goes really well with everything in the platter. The overall service was very attentive and good too. The waitress went around to make sure we had enough drinks and rice.

Nice place,very good dining experience,downstairs is well spaced,great service,english is ok,good parking,no road noise,good menu and high grade dishes,not cheap but I consider it ok value,huge kitchen in the back building,bathrooms ok,second visit and I will be back soon; **update 2020/11/19; visited today 4 th visit; 2 PM; thursday; 2 groups there, 15 people; 5 servers; i sat 15 minutes and no one came near my table; not even just to say, we are busy , can we get you a beverage while you wait;so i left, this place seats 50 at least and apparently 15 + 1 is too much; minus one star; unlikely i will ever go back , nor my friends
