If
you
are
coming
to
Thailand
to
learn
Muay
Thai
this
is
the
place
I
recommend.
Chiang
Rai
is
a
sleepy
but
friendly
small
city
with
affordable
lodging.
I
spent
over
a
month
training
with
kru
bank
as
a
complete
beginner.
Most
mornings
I
would
have
a
private
session
for
an
hour.
If
you
can
afford
it
I
recommend
this
as
you
will
learn
a
lot
more.
I
asked
him
probably
20
questions
every
time
I
saw
him
and
he
was
always
happy
to
answer.
Very
friendly
and
thoughtful.
Most
importantly
he
is
a
world
class
trainer.
It's
hard
to
imagine
I
could
have
found
anyone
better
to
teach
me.
His
philosophy
is
all
about
balance.
He
helped
me
understand
exactly
how
every
part
of
my
body
should
move
for
every
punch/kick/etc.
He
explained
exactly
where
my
weight
should
be
and
how
it
should
shift
throughout
a
movement.
I
am
the
type
that
needs
to
understand
every
small
detail
of
what
I
should
be
doing
in
order
to
have
proper
form
and
he
was
always
great
at
explaining
it.
His
English
is
excellent
and
he
is
very
fluent.
You
can
purchase
a
set
number
of
hours
of
training
and
he
will
tell
you
when
he
has
openings
in
his
schedule
for
you
to
come
in.
He
was
often
booked
but
still
made
time
for
me
in
the
evening.
He
has
some
wonderful
cats
that
live
in
the
building
and
if
you
ask
him
about
them
he
will
tell
you
a
beautiful
story.
