Revisit after locked down due to COVID19, fairway quite dry and hard. The ball can bounced 40-50 yrds. once hit the fairway from tee off. Green condition is good, a bit hard and dry in some green. Caddy is good and friendly.

nice course but with some caveats; for a highly skilled player this is not a championship course; it just isnt long enough; but for all others it is quite playable; great clubhouse, decent parking, ok driving range, good caddy system, good caddies; the problems that i and others have here is the bizarre rules they try to enforce; strict dress code (too strict) they made my wife rent a golf cart to 'walk along' and wouldnt let her out of the cart; you cant use a club to extract a ball from the water....; one day a maintenance guy saw me on the 7th tee , top of the hill, par 3 and just started crosscutting the green yielding those plugs on the green, there was clearly no one behind me and i was playing only 1; nonetheless he ruined the green for putting that day, then he moved to number 8,9,etc; i was furious and quit after 9 , demanded my money back for the unplayed nine; the greens were unputtable; argument in clubhouse, got the refund But only after a member intervened; good dining on the clubhouse deck, good views, a bit pricey; sport day, half off green fees tuesdays; i used to play there a lot but due to those crazy rules i dont go back

Great course. Well maintained and the greens are fairly quick. Caddies were great at reading the greens and distance. If you stay at Seansukho Resort they will call and get you a 30% discount on your golf. Only negative I could say is that the showers need an upgrade.

Good scenery and caddy! Lot of bunkers near by green, was challenged.

IMO probably the best course in Northern Thailand, Robert Trent Jones Jr. designs all have features of visual intimidation built in. Greens fast and true. Not as long as Happy City. The most expensive of the three upmarket courses around Chiang Rai.

Good golf course. Some fairways were dry. Greens were ok but at different speed. Facilities were good. Caddie was good and professional.
