    I only thought I lifted weights before! I've learned so much in my sessions with Chris. We've been concentrating on my form & getting PROPER techniques implemented, which is key to me as I don't want to hurt in my joints anymore from lifting the wrong way. The wealth of knowledge at your finger tips when you sign up with Chris is worth way more than just the work out! Looking forward to learning a fraction of what this guy knows! Thanks again Chris!

    When I started my training with Chris I was on medication for high blood pressure and diabetes and within a few months I was able to get off all medications. I believe it was the combination of his strength and conditioning training that got me off my medications! In addition to getting off my medications my strength skyrocketed! I went from barely being able to squat 135 for 4 or 5 reps to being able to squat 315 for 8 reps. I wish I still lived near Chris so he could continue to train me!

    Chris is an absolute amazing trainer, he's very dedicated, passionate, and caring when it comes to his clients fitness and health goals. I highly recommend Chris, he's very knowledgeable in the fitness and health. He's definitely your go to!     I moved into the neighborhood a couple years back and learned Chris was a personal trainer! After speaking to him on the regular and seeing him down the street working hard and long hours with his clients, you can just tell he is embedded into his clients results and really wants to see success for them. He truly cares about everyone he is working with! He also works with kids which I think is AMAZING!! If you need a trainer I highly recommend him!

    I have used Chris on two different occasions, once about 13 years ago and more recently. He did amazing both times and I achieved a lot of what I set out to do with him. To speak on his dedication and character: he truly has advanced through the years which speaks volumes to his efforts in research, development, and evolution through continued education! You just don’t see that often. Many people get into this field and get set in their ways, aren’t willing to change their methods, won't provide best fit for clients, or don't understand that there is a unique need with every client. They run purely off the basics of what they learned to earn a “personal trainer cert”. Chris really hones in on individual clients needs. If I lived closer, I would 100% hire him again.

    Chris is the best. He worked with me on my goals and took into consideration my lack of experience. He was patient and explained the exercises. Chris is not only awesome at working as a trainer but also as a guy with highest integrity. Truly walks the walk and a blessing to know.

    There isn’t a better trainer out there! Some trainers are good at helping people reach a certain type of goal like weight loss, gaining muscle, or increasing strength. Chris can produce results no matter your goal. I have changed my focus over the years, but he has made it almost easy regardless of what I am trying to accomplish. Highly recommended!

    Chris is an amazing trainer. He has been working with my kids for several years now - sports specific training to help them get to that next level. He has introduced weight training to them in a safe way, and they have been building on that; as well as speed & agility! Chris’ training has helped them tremendously!
