R Coffeehouse has the beans; excellent coffee, food, and environs await you in this funky little coffee spot. PS: the Treehugger was peppered to perfection. Never have I seen pepper used so beautifully. It reminded me much I love pepper.

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!!! I come here often w my mother we both love this place!! Their coffee is super yummy and super affordable. The employees here are soo sweet. They’re very helpful and good at explaining the menu. It’s also in a good area to walk around in.

We couldn’t wait to try this place out. The coffee is good, Service not excellent. My teenage daughter went and waited 5 minutes for an iced coffee while the employee spoke with others. Served a warm iced coffee with floating ice at the top, had the correct amount of ice shoved at her when she asked for more ice. I love supporting small businesses, Who invest in Customer Service Skills training. It’s really easy common sense stuff

Amazing little cafe! The atmosphere is amazing and the outdoor space is so relaxing. My husband and I got iced coffees, I got a bacon Starving R-tist breakfast burrito and my husband got a sausage breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious! They brought our food and drinks outside to us and we were able to enjoy the fresh air and live music. Highly recommend!

This cafe is located in one of the friendliest neighborhoods, Riverside! There are chairs inside and out. There are talented musicians who come to play sometimes. I ordered a delicious breakfast sandwich and it was huge in my opinion, so I was very happy! My coffee was perfect as always. Friendly staff in this comfy home style coffeehouse!

Passing thru Wichita and wanting a good coffee and pastry? This is the place. We were driving north and didn’t want to stop at chain coffee houses. This one is good, not too far from I-35 (2 miles) and is very good!!

I get a warm feeling just thinking about r coffeehouse. It's like the best of the human experience. Wonderful people making quality food in a place you want to spend time and know everyone. Like a best friend's house.

Even though it was very busy when I needed the table outside to get wiped down the wait staff offered me a wash cloth to do it, very gracious and efficient wait staff. Great music with live musician doing lite tunes outside. Love this place! Great food also!

Great selection of custom coffee drinks, very chill atmosphere. Finding a good parking spot was tough but we managed. I live an hour away in Hutchinson and am always looking for a good coffee place without the long lines or high prices of Starbucks or Scooter's.

Me and my husband really love this place. The ambiance is great and the coffee is even better. I’m just leaving this in hopes they would maybe go over it with employees. Twice now I’ve gotten coffees that are supposed to be decaf that aren’t. I love the taste of coffee but caffeine makes me feel bad. I get a headache all day and feel really jittery and stressed , which I can handle even though it isn’t fun. My concern is more if someone with a heart condition or other health issues doesn’t get the decaf that they ordered.

This place is awesome!! Great vibe. Chill location. Delicious coffee & decent breakfast tacos. Stopped in (twice!) while on a work trip & hope to be able to return when back in town!! Definitely recommend!

What a quaint little coffee shop in the Riverside neighborhood! I had the Mexican Latte (hot) and my husband had the Almond Joy (hot). Mine was really good, with a warm, cozy taste to it. I didn't care for my husband's as I'm not a coconut fan, but he loved it! Biscuits and gravy were very good with an herb flavor I just couldn't put a finger on it. Husband had the Starving Artist burrito, and it was spot on! We don't come to Wichita often, but we will hit this place again sometime for a Saturday morning breakfast/brunch.

The biscuits and gravy were different, egg salad doesn’t belong in sausage gravy. Plus when I sent it back because it was cold the man in the kitchen though the hole thing in the trash dish and all . We were going to bring our friends there but I’m not going back. The server were good.

One of our favorite local coffee houses! Not only is the coffee flavorful and the food amazing, but the customer service is phenomenal. One of us prefers meat, the other eats mostly vegetarian, and there was something for both of us. Their homemade chorizo is out of this world. The best we have ever had and we went the Monday after they did their special weekend menu and they had some sauces left they were sure to bring over for our breakfast burritos and we were scraping it out of the bowls. The chef even told me where to find the recipe for one I loved. If we lived closer we would go every week. Items ordered: Frida. Tree hugger. Mexican latte and an oat vanilla latte with 4 shots.

I’m very disappointed to have to leave a poor review on my favourite cafe in town. Unfortunately the service today was very upsetting. They took my order and didn’t even start it until the person behind me picked up theirs. Then, I found out they didn’t even start our order and asked me to repeat it. I specifically said for the 2nd time, no tomatoes for my 7 yr old daughter. I had to ask 3 different times for water. They had intentionally made me go up to the counter several times just to get the order right before they even brought the food, with no water… and the sandwich arrived with so many tomatoes on it that my daughter couldn’t even eat it.

I go here once a month to meet up with my photography club. I love this place!! It's small, but bright & cheery. It has an artsy feel to it. I always order the "Funky Monkey" & the people that work their are always extremely nice to me.

I ordered a Ham and Swiss sandwich and a lemonade. The food was very fresh, bread soft and meat sliced to perfection. The restaurant was quiet and clean. The server forgot my lemonade but was very kind about fixing the issue. The lemonade was very refreshing and tasted homemade. Will be back 10/10

Absolutely great experience every time! Try the grilled cheese, it is the best I've ever had. My only complaint about the atmosphere is I wish there was more indoor/outdoor seating. I absolutely love that they sell handmade items as well. Oh, and I guess the coffee is good, too.

Wierd location nestled in a neighborhood of small entrepreneurs type businesses in old buildings that may have been homes. Most of the nearby homes could be flea market stands with all the weird yard "folk art" stuff, like old chairs with a planter. The place would be perfect for Halloween. The coffee was too chicory tasting and pricey. Egg Burrito was nothing exceptional. Our order took a long time and I had to check to make sure it wasn't overlooked.

I stopped by on my way to work in Salina for a quick cup, I'd give this spot 10 stars if I could. The barista was very friendly, the coffee was great, and Angelo gave me a few tips on what to look for when buying espresso beans for my household. I'll be stopping by every time I'm in Wichita!

Pricey but what isnt these days. Service is pleasant and atmosphere is casual and a place where you can relax and be social or enjoy a private conversation if you like. With that said i ordered quiche which was $12.00 for one slice then they took the salad off to make it $9.00 but with tip it was $11.00. They gave me a dinner sized box which felt empty. I checked and it was a piece of quiche that looked like they cut 14 pieces out of a 9" pie (barely one egg in that serving). It wasalmost an inch and a half deep . i was so disappointed i gave it to a strangers dog outside of the restaraunt. This happened with a piece of carrot cake and peanut butter pie a couple of days before. They should have takeout and dine in prices on the menu because i believe all i was paying for was the atmosphere.

This place is amazing. It's a small neighborhood coffee with a big presence. My latte was incredible. Pulled shots are just the best. It was smooth, delicate and robust in flavor. Actually, this was much like neighborhood places in Seattle. Cozy, comfortable...while I waited, I watched a large musical jam going on with traditional string instruments. I miss Folk Life in Seattle. This was just like walking back into that experience. What a joy!

We were in Wichita visiting family and I wanted to show my family some of the wonderful things my hometown has to offer, this cute coffee shop was recommended by my sister, we had an AMAZING experience, the drinks were second to none, there was a group of gentlemen playing chess, they included my sons and nephew, they even loaned them a chess board to play against each other. I recommend this great little place 100% HOLLAH!!!!

Great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. They even had a musician the morning we were there. Great breakfast options. We had breakfast tacos and a hash- both were very good! Coffee was great

A small coffee house in Riverside with food and at times, live music. The coffee is wonderful. The environment is warm and inviting. Outdoor tables are available. I've always been treated very well there on past visits. Love my R Coffeehouse!

Love R coffee house just went in for two cups of coffee and they had it out super quick. Their house blend is fantastic, would definitely recommend!
