This Walmart has a lot to learn about customer service. No one available to check you out, and the self checkout line I chose didn't work, that's why I left every bit of it groceries sitting right there on the checkout lane. Lakers is just down the road. ..

Been shopping here since the doors opened, beats driving to Rock or Maize. Although for the past few years, if you want certain things or things that get sold fast this isnt the store as they dont seem to know how too make sure things are ordered or that it makes it to the shelf. If the spots empty fill it with something that doesnt belong, something new and no room, put the tag anyways right next to something thats not getting stocked and fill the spot with that. The people are nice but if you were to hand out the not my job award you'd need a lot. The peoppe who order online are more important than the people in the store itself as the collectors take up whole isles looking for items, give you dirty looks for being in theirs path or if they have to go around you. They dont know how to be discreet when watching people who they think may be stealing and are totally clueless to the ones that take very large or multiple shopping carts filled with items. If you like certain Pepsi products, might aswell go to another store as they will rarely have it on the shelf and for something thats overly sold they keep one little spot for it. Cant count how many times ive put things where they belong just so the spot will be empty and hopefully be filled with whats actually supposed to go there. They seem to keep one person on shift that works in the paint and also works in the outdoor section although you will rarely see them because they are never there. Honestly their management skills are lame and could clearly do better. Not sure who their GM is but they clearly dont walk around and look at the shelves. Most of the workers are great but the store could seriously use some training. Really wish theyvwould go back to being open after midnight as 2am was always the best time to shop, crowd avoiding is nice when nobody seems to remember basic elementary on staying to the right unless you need an item or looking around corners before just running out into the isle. They say that night time is used for stocking and cleaning so nobody can shop at night but they never have anyone there, they stock during the day while shoppers are there trying to manuver around them and in all honesty, I cant tell much difference between daytime and nightime there except for the number of customers. They stop the same people almost all the time on the way out like our names are Jerry and they want your number or something while the people as stated before walk right on by. Handicap is taken by kids with their grandmas handicap card whe older folks and injured folks walk across the lot only to get all the way inside and find out that someone that didnt feel like walking has taken all the cart or that all the carts have been parked at the opposite door. Ive got alot more to say but ive also got other things to attend too so I hope this helps in fixing the store that we all use.

For truck drivers....Parking and sleeping at this truck stop is permited as lang as we park either the spots next to the trees East and West or before the lights on South side + McDonald's is really close. And of course let's not make a mess with personal trash and be banned

This Walmart is fairly large and has a Gluten Free section providing healthy snacks for people who can’t to eat great food. Sports drinks such as BodyArmor, Powerade, and Gatorade for superior hydration are sold here as well. They have dairy free milk (Silk) in the coolers. As of June, they have a nice selection of flowers at the front of the store. Inside, the Produce section has items like Dragonfruit, Jicama, and Papaya. Come check this Walmart out—you will definitely find what you are looking for.

This is a typical Walmart. It was very clean and well organized. Each department was well payed out. The aisles were large enough for two carts to pass each other. The staff was very friendly, saying hello, thank you and sorry, that is not typical. I appreciated their kindness. All in all, I had a nice experience.

1 star for one open register. The lady working the register was doing her job just fine. Whoever runs Walmart needs to realize time is money. Spending 300 dollars in an hour as one customer you would think the 10 to 12 dollar an hour employee standing "checking recipes" at the front doors can hop on one of those registers if they were so worried about people stealing instead of wasting paying customers valuable time.

In the half hour I was shopping there the only person to treat me as a human being was the very nice gentleman in the electronics dept. who helped me check out my stuff. The ladies at the changing area were very unfriendly, and the lady at the entrance was not friendly at all when I tried showing her my receipt and bag. Already dread going here, but today was not a good experience other than the one sales clerk.

Pleasant enough for a Walmart. For a supercenter I find it quite small in the grocery section compared to others I've been to. However, this location always seems to have the things the other Walmarts are out of, and their clothing and shoes has much better choices. The employees are great. Always kind and you aren't harassed by the recipient police. I like this location.

The photo kiosks were not turned on and nobody knew how to turn them on!! 3 people trying to find out how to turn the printer on...and 2 we're managers. I waited and waited, then left. No apologies or sorry for the inconvience. Nothing. I needed to get canvas prints for Christmas gifts. It would have been a large order.

This has got to be one of the cleanest, well stocked Wal mart that I have been in in the past three years. GREAT job !!

I have been in All around the US Since I started Driving Truck There were times which I had to stop at any place’s possible to rest or eat Especially Walmart : on 10/16/2023 at 3:30 pm I had no places near by to stop at but this Walmart , 1 hour after I parked here , the security of this location came to me and said I’m sorry to bother you , are you planning to stay over night ? If yes I know a better place you can stay over night , he provided me with the locations and said this : I APPRECIATE YOUR SERVICE DRIVING DAY AND NIGHT TO DELIVER OUR NEEDS AND IM HERE TO SERVE YOU Such a praise he did to me was adorable I HOPE ALL AROUND THE US WE SEE THESE KIND OF PEOPLE

I went on a Tuesday around 9pm but it was hard to get checked out even. Plenty of cashiers but 3 were watching TikTok so hard to her their attention & keep it. Stockers aren't friendly or helpful. Store isn't very clean either, I would stick to the smaller market stores in this area if you can.

Disappointed that you still have to show your receipt (have to dig into pocket to find it) at the exit door after they watch you scan your items...think I will take my business elsewhere...with so many competitors who will take my money and not treat me like a thief, they must not be worried about customer care

Brandon is an excellent employee I asked him for an Air Fryer that was only out for display he took the time and with the best attitude he brought one from the back! Walmart needs more employees like him!

I get a bag of dog food and at first I already have this lady standing like not even four feet from me staring me down the whole time. She watches me scan it, pay and walk off. This bag of dog food is like 25 lbs and it's getting heavy. So having the lady stand so close to me wasn't enough the guy at the exit, practically runs at me and asked me for a receipt but won't let me go around him by standing not even a foot in front of me. I could smell his breath. I dropped the bag of food, got into my purse, then into my wallet, and had to sort through receipts to find it. Once I showed him my receipt and prove that I literally just bought this bag of food, he's extremely rude to me. IF YOU CANT TRUST ME THEN DO YOUR JOBBBBBBBBB!!!!!!!!!

Seems more and more "inconspicuous " ppl follow you around especially if your in an area a little too long...kinda funny when you bump into the same person over and over putting back what they had in previous isles like I was looking for teak oil and related products reading some of the strippers to see what would work best for me. Same guy 3 different times....maybe I should of cleaned up before going in with stain/paint on my clothes? Anyway not the first time either....everything of value Is under Locks with apps only employees can open....soooo why lol just rushes cause I feel uncomfortable.

I want to give a shout-out to McKinley who works at the 53rd and Meridian location. It was a freezing afternoon when I stopped by the store and after getting inside, there were no shopping carts. He suggested I wait there for a moment and he disappeared. As I waited to warm up, here he came! He ran out to the parking lot and retrieved a cart for me so I could start shopping and not wait for the "cart mobile" to bring them in. As I said, it was FREEZING outside. It's customer service such as this that makes my visits to this Walmart store so enjoyable!

Good selection and fair prices for items needed. Convenient location and access for me. Friendly, helpful cashiers and floor personnel. Thank you.

It was a good visit. Glad that I could easily find staff to help when I needed help. However, this store could do better in the selection of hair products especially for black people hair. There was very limited selection.

Greeter at the door was amazing! I had a return so went to customer service. She was helping someone else so I waited. When it was my turn I walked up to the counter and was told to come back in 30 minutes as they weren't open. I asked about the lady she just helped and she said, "oh I know her, just go walk around the store for 30 minutes or so and come back". Not happy.

Actually felt like I left the store this time like had a decent amount of groceries in my cart for my money. Even more groceries for what we now spend would be nice but I don't see that happening any time soon.

The store has so much on sale early for Christmas before the big Black Friday Day! Prices are cheaper then yes on Amazon. Things are changing once again. So many people shopping in person versus online. So many people have missed that true feeling. That is the key factor in which is bringing people to the stores. That true tradition has been missed. It has finally caught up to that advantage of getting it online. This season will prove that.

My order was wrong & They sent my email of my purchases to the wrong email and I couldn't get it sent to right email. I couldn't even get a receipt from them. When I contacted them they were very rude to me about asking for a receipt. I only talk to I young lady that was in the pick order area that was extremely nice tried very hard to get me just a copy of my order.

Fairly new store but it felt crowded. Overstocked if that’s even possible in theses times but I think I was on over load with autumn, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations all out at the same time.

It would be great if your security wouldn't camp out in behind the store all night. Past 4 hours sat there. Does a lap then goes right back to the same spot. second pic just did a lap posted back up same spot

Rude staff and managers. Don't understand their own systems and then treat the people coming as they are this issue. Seems that they just like to tell others their acts were inappropriate and not remove the staff from the general area but leave them there to continue to be a problem. This interaction with this one staff will insure I never step foot in that store again and possibly reduce the amount of shopping I do at Walmarts all together. Let your staff label someone's tone as disrespectful and continue to grip about them in front of that person. Seems like there is a lack of professionalism in store with both staff and managers.

Short staffed in online grocery. Told all mgrs left at 4 pm and they're closing at 8. Said normally they'd give a discount or gift card but no mgrs on site so tough luck, I guess. "Yeah sorry." Had pickup order for 9 said to come early because closing at 8 even told me i could come PU earlier when he called me at 6:38pm . Been waiting for an hour... also charging a bagging fee now on the app. Not cool.

This Walmart is great! The staff was very friendly and courteous and helpful! Very clean! I don't visit this one very much. But the times I have it's been really good!! Thank you!

I really like this store. It is always clean and as well stocked as it can be. The only suggestion I would have is that the greeter actually greet you with a smile at least instead of turn around and act like she doesnt see you. I went over to produce and watched for awhile. I was not singled out......otherwise I really like this store. Wide aisles so there's room for two buggys to pass easily. It's very easy to navigate as well
