Very nice and upscale boutique! The pricing is reasonable and the beautiful young lady that is the assistant manager was very helpful. I purchased gifts for my sons girlfriends and feel very good about what I purchased. Thank you!

I have always loved this store. Staff is always so nice and helpful. But I went and bought a $52 dress for a wedding last week. Put it on once after buying it and there was a hole in the armpit. No biggie my aunt sewed it up. Where it to the wedding and it rips in the same place all the way down to where my bra is showing. Talk about a cheap dress. I call them to let them know assuming they’ll at least offer me a new dress to replace this dress. Nope they say there’s nothing they can do. You’d think they’d offer to replace the dress since the material was obviously very cheap. Very upset that I spent that much money and a dress that was terrible material. I will never be spending my money here again.

Very nice staff but I will not shop there again due to restrictive return policy. I couldn’t even get store credit on a shirt I purchased two days before because it was on sale. I was told “it says that on the receipt”. Yes it does. But a receipt is given to you after you make a purchase.

We were greeted with store employees indicating that their 50 to 75% off sale was from the round rack to the back. Upon leaving checking the receipt, it was clear that there was a mistake. The items in the back were clearly marked with a green sales star. Went back to the store to correct the mistake and was clearly treated with a talk to the hand “manager” who said the tiny green dot was sale price and the green star was an exclusion. We’ll give you a refund… but sorry about your luck otherwise. Advice? Post a clarity so people are not caught off guard… returning to the store asking for clarity. Only to be met with… well you know.

This store will scam you… BEWARE!!! They held a 50-75% off sale for the entire back half of the store. I purchased 3 items, 2 from the back sale location. Upon leaving and looking at my receipt I realized I was charged full price for all 3 items. 2 of the items had a green star on it. When I went to the store to be compensated for the oversight, the first person apologized and said it should have been on sale, the 2nd person said the green star meant it was excluded from the sale and the manager said they were not on sale. While they offered to give me a full refund (against “store policy”) they refused to give me the sale price. Furthermore, where was signage to tell patrons that there were exclusions to be aware of? Again.. BEWARE!!!! This store is shady and scamming people. Check your receipts. What a shame, they lost 2 very good customers today.
