Such an AMAZING concert by "Colby James Genuine Concert" by Colby James Barradas)!! I loved this venue with the super contemporary stage and amazingly lush grass that is perfectly manicured! Fun to go barefoot or lay on a blanket at these events. The weather cooled off nicely by 7 or 8 p.m. and had a cool breeze to carry us through Colby James' "Genuine Concert", an annual event! ☆☆ LOOK FOR HIM NEXT YEAR!☆☆ (Colby James Barradas)

Definitely a better design than the old park.. new shops.. nice outdoor eating area by homegrown as well. Looks like a great place for walking your dog. :) Give it a visit!

I love this park! I go there a lot for homegrown and I also attended when they collaborated with Wichita Public Libraries for Storytime in the Park. It is a great park that has a lot of opportunity. My daughter also loves their splash pad during the summer. They don’t have any playground equipment or anything but it is nice to have a place for kids to run around at or adults to be active at. Especially since there isn’t much of that in downtown Wichita.

Seems like I end up here almost weekly sometimes more. Lots of events which are enjoyable and always a clean. Just a great get together place enjoy the events and people and friends. One thing I wish they either dumped the trash more often or put in more trash receptacles they are always full and nowhere to put your trash. I always have a good time here.

So glad they revitalized this area! Naftzger Park is a nice place to go to meet up with friends, relax, watch a movie on their outdoor screen, and just see what Wichita has to offer. It is the hub for block parties , open streets and community get togethers. There are several restaurants close by one being Homegrown (amazing food, try their homemade poptarts!) and Old Mill Tasty Shop for a quick snack or lunch. There is usually a friendly face to strike up a conversation with, kids playing in the water area, people with their dogs or a local band playing on stage. A nice area to visit to get to know Wichita!

It's a nice open space. However, the dog park is ridiculous. It's tiny with a random pyramid covered in the fake grass used in the other part of the park. Then there are too many benches surrounding the perimeter AND IN THE MIDDLE for dogs to even really play. Dog's don't care about your architectural nonsense and you don't need more places for people to sit than all the other full sized dog parks in Wichita combined. It could have easily been made a bit bigger to stretch the width of the far end of the park. The ball was dropped.

Not really a park per say, more like an glorified dog walk area. Has great restaurants and sites to see but don’t expect a great spot to keep the kids busy or nothing for hours.

Great place to visit. Clean and safe. Dogs welcome, except on artificial grass. Great 1st class $ restaurant that closes at 2 pm! Be early!. (I loved the coffee!)

Nice place to take your family safe and secure can also rent rooms ,for meetings, films, big enough to take your drawing classes also nice children area there's lots of books the vending machine you could sit and drink pop which is rare lots and lots of videos DVDs there are computers that you can rent I believe you can rent or they're free with a membership there's all kinds of activities copy machine, can send a fax and receive them on here they have group reads they have mystery shows going on out in the hallway they have photographs ,water colors, people with real talent paintings oil paintings jewelry group displayed stuff some wonderful , really professional. The staff is very nice and helpful to find you just about anything you want it's a small town library but it's got a big feel to it.

Not the biggest fenced area, but adequate. My boy had fun with the other dogs. Free WiFi.

Awesome small downtown park. Perfect to throw a football, take an exercise class (yes people do them) sit in the provided seating or bring your own. There's a band stand and screen so looking forward to events in the park!

The downtown park of Wichita, at Douglas and St Francis. The recently remodeled and newly named park has a large center of well cared for grass, surrounded by many bench areas for eating and gathering, along with a stage for performers. A sharp view of surrounding downtown architecture is a highlight with a variety of shops and dining available close to the park. There is a small, gated dog area but it is a total waste since it’s mostly concrete with a small grass pyramid that is not always cared for. Accessibility to this park can be a challenge for new visitors due to locating parking in the busy area and searching for a spot can be frustrating when events and food truck gatherings are being held. Overall, it’s an improvement from the old park and is worth a visit from anyone walking the area.

Love this place. We bought all our new furniture for our new home here. Why why pay retail prices when you can get it at wholesale prices? It's the same stuff you get in the high price stores. Very friendly staff and helpful.

👍👍 Hidden gem! Hardly anyone here even on days over 100° very clean, picnic tables with shade covers, clean restrooms, in a fenced area so you don't have to worry about the kids wondering off. Absolutely a delightful place to hang out and play with the kids!
