This store is like IKEA meets Pier One. They sell furniture, decorations, kitchen item, and so much more... there are 3-4 floors of shopping! It's pretty big and I have yet to make it all the way through the store in one go. They even have a pretty good restaurant on the top floor. We had desert upstairs and it was amazing!! Definitely a sweet ending to a day of shopping.

Where to start: we bought a couch end of april. We received it mid july: it was not the one we ordered. We went back to the store and they recognized that the whole couch was wrong and they would order a new one for free... waiting additional 10-12 weeks. We asked to come and pick the couch and they said they would contact us for the pick up. They never called. We had to call them to arrange the pick up. They day they had suppose to come they did not show up and when we called (3 times) they informed us that the driver had no time to come... in the meantime, we had to reschedule meetings and appointments to make the pick up work. Was it that hard to call us back and inform us they could not make it? Was it that hard to follow up on the order and reschedule the appointment? Very disappointed with the overall experience.

Most giant shop I ever so. All u need for home. Is there. From all level. Must visit to believe

It seems they only give service to a 60 years old people which are easy to sell to. We came to buy a new mattress (2nd floor). We were the only ones there for more than 40min. We asked for advice and help in selecting one item from the dozens of mattresses they have there. Unfortunately the sellers' approach was negative and impatient, like they prefer not to sell. "No, no, no", "we don't have", "we don't sale", "buy online", "delivery time is too long", "you should not", "go there", "I am not from this department"...etc. Most important is to wear suits. Totally weird.

Worst customer service. I tried scheduling an appointment to have my curtains measured and they canceled the day of. When you try to call the store you always need to go through corporate and it takes 48 hours to get a call back. Once you do reach someone at the Wiesbaden store, they always have an excuse as to why they can't give you a new appointment and expect you to keep calling corporate. Not sure if this store is rude to everyone or especially to foreigners.

Great store, youu can find everything you need for your household, starting from kitchen ware to furniture and beds.

You can see I am addicted to mon Kuchen, xxxlutz wiesbaden . even thou I ate different days classic and delicious meals, the cakes are my favorite 😋 so yummy hope to find it in wien.

I couldn't find what I was looking for. It was saying available online, but nowhere to find. Also, the size of the item online was misleading.

Sofa was delayed and when it got delivered it was defective. It is supposed to be 10 minutes of assembly time, but the screws given keeps breaking. Called the shop and said to email customer service which hasn’t responded yet. I’ll go to the shop and hopefully get a better answer. I paid for a sofa so I want a sofa that works.

Veey bad quality of products and also overpriced for the quality that they offer. Sofa that we bought one year ago it’s already not usable anymore, material is very bad.

Not to bad. Wish they would sell the sofas that are on the floor. They said rushing a delivery will take 5 wks minimum

An expensive but excellent showroom. I love this place! They have an amazing and quite a lot of exclusive collection of a lot of things, especially the furniture and other household items. Haven’t bought much from there (because things are expensive), but the things I did buy have proven to be durable and pretty much worth the money. Staff are friendly and helpful.
