We had a good meal here nothing overwhelming but good, my pizza bread was still doughy inside and the vegetable china style dish consisted mainly of onion’s and soybeans and no other veggies. Its so pity because the staff are so friendly and helpful and the drinks are great and maybe the other dishes are better but two failing dishes in one sitting isn’t my ideal. It’s my money and your money at the end of the day! Overall I would like to try it again but something else maybe a burger 🍔

Die Bedienungen sind sehr auf Zack und man fühlt sich gut bedient. Die Bowls sind sehr lecker. Die Ofenkartoffel hat auch gut geschmeckt. Von dem Schnitzel waren wir sehr enttäuscht, da es wirklich dünn und klein war, sodass man es eigentlich nicht Schnitzel nennen sollte. Allerdings hat der Rest uns so überzeugt, dass es keinen Stern Abzug dafür gibt.

Man kriegt, was man erwartet. Ambiente könnte besser sein, Beleuchtung ein bisschen wie in einer Schweinwerfer-ausgestatteten Garage. Die Pancakes waren leider etwas trocken und es gab nicht sehr viele pflanzliche Alternativprodukte. Aber das Gebäck war sehr lecker und die Croissants knusprig und leicht

A go to place of ours with friends. The food is good, especially the home made drinks! Service is good at times and they don't care at times.

This restaurant has amazing selections and gorgeous accommodations. The rustic interior is beautifully done and the outside terrace is incredibly cozy. The steak is one of the best I’ve had in Europe. Would be 5 stars but my last waitress refused to speak English until the check came 😒 Otherwise I would highly recommend!

Zwar ist das Alex immer ziemlich voll, aber wenn man ein wenig Geduld mitbringt , kriegt man auch einen guten Platz. Das Essen schmeckt mir auch immer sehr gut.👍🏻 Die Preise sind vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Toiletten sind auch in der Regel sauber und ziemlich geräumig 👍🏻 Alles in allem esse ich gerne hier.

Ungepflegtes lokal, freche sowie unaufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Die Terrasse liegt voll mit Müll. Direkt der erste Eindruck wenn man Richtung Eingang geht. Die Scheiben der Eingangstüren sind verschmiert, man möchte sie Türen garnicht berühren. Bei meiner ersten Frage wurde ich direkt mit einem schnippigen Kommentar begrüßt. Ebenfalls rochen die Kellner teils wirklich unangenehm.

Die Bedienung war wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht. Sie hat schon bevor wir reinkamen bemerkt das wir einen Rollstuhl dabei haben und hat uns die Tür aufgehalten. Sie war auch zu meiner zu Betreuenden sehr freundlich und geduldig. Die Auswahl von Frühstücksbuffet war gut und hat sich geschmeckt.

I tried a burger at this restaurant, which I found to be average and acceptable, though nothing particularly special. The ambiance and decor of the place were quite good. Additionally, the staff displayed commendable behavior.

I like this place, food always great. Service was off a bit with waiter forgetting order. Will return.

Breakfast here is not worth it. No refills on drinks and food is bland and some is just okay. It’s more like hotel buffet food,nothing special about it.

Great restaurant with amazing food and cocktails......

Been in Wiesbaden over 3 years and the 1st time going to ALEX, the atmosphere was cool, we were able to sit wherever we wanted, very comfortable chairs. The herb butter that was on top of my steak was not melting which means that the steak was not warm enough for it to melt. The baked potato was completely covered in sour cream (at least it wasnt dry), my wife's chicken ceaser wrap had probably 4 pieces of chicken in it total, my son said his burger was just "good" he's 10 and the fries were ok. The server was pleasant.

Wasn't as good as the first few visits. I wouldn't suggest going on a Sunday in Germany. Normally the food, atmosphere and service is excellent. One so-so visit out of several excellent visits isn't bad at all.

The Waitress was very nice. We love the Alex Brunch but the Food could of been refilled a bit better that day. One staff member was very unprofessional and slightly aggressive. I'm sure the Staff was under lots of stress. I also recommend Alex in Mainz if you like a good Brunch.

We found ourselves here for a nice Valentine's Day dinner; we did not have to make reservations as we came in towards 2200, and it was amazing! Quality service, savory meals in large portions, and delicious drinks, overall a great spot to go to if you're in Wiesbaden!

Breakfast buffet was great...staff was friendly...prices are good...if you're in Wiesbaden I'd recommend going there...total worth the visit.

The food (sweet potatoe fries and bruschetta) were very good and the drink I had (heartbreaker) was delicious as well. Quite busy on a friday evening and there could have been more staff. A nice place to go to for dinner and nicely decorated as well.

Alex the best option for a brunch buffet on the weekends ☺️ after a Saturdays night hangover join Alex to fill up your energy for Mondays 😉

My husband and I visited ALEX for a Sunday meal and were not disappointed. He first ordered the appetizer of sweet potato fries with the garlic aioli. It was wonderful! For a meal, he ordered a beef entre off the menu which came with mashed potatoes and vegetables, while I greatly enjoyed the brunch buffet. There was a large variety of items which I found to be well worth the price. I enjoyed the delicious apple pastry the most. We will be returning for meals in the future. Thank you all so much!

Been here a few times, Mainly for Brunch. I recommend it just on the fresh croissant alone! Staff was very nice and friendly buy it does get busy and they try their best to come around, but every so often you need to get their attention.

Food was good. My first drink came out wrong. Requested multiple times for ketchup for my husband and it never came. Food came out cold, but at least it tasted good. Server was unattractive but nice. Not sure I would go again.

Alex Wiesbaden is a good place for your quick snack. With a lot of items on the menu, it's a good range of food for everyone. The prices are okay, not the cheapest one can get or maybe on a higher side. Unfortunately there was only one person serving in the entire place so it took a bit of time(thus deducted 1 star). Quality wise, it's amazing.
