Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean and functional. Nice to be given a bottle of water and found breakfast pretty good. Particularly enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar great choice of gins and a special mention to the bar man who recommended and presented each drink.

Perfect location near the train station, next to the Lili mall And in the center of town. A very nice breakfast. Small but nice rooms. The front desk was well informed and helpful.

Stayed here overnight on a business trip. Rooms were small but clean and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is standard continental fare and the coffee was good. The wifi is ok, not superfast and not quite good enough for streaming but it was free and good enough for web pages. Would stay there again.

Very good hotel in the centre of Wiesbaden. Next to the station and big shoppingmall. You can park underneath the hotel, you will get a parking ticket from the hotel at a reduced price. Nice thing is that you can get from the hotel in the parking. Helpfull people, very nice, can speak English and always ready to give a hand. Room is nice with high ceilings, very nice bathroom (not big) but good enough. All windows can be openend and there is an airco. Also very good wifi. Beds are very comfortable and you get like 3 different pillows so you have something to choose.

I wished the website would have stated the hotel was under construction. I like having certain amenities when I travel. No lobby, no bar, or restaurant onsite. The reception area was located by the elevator in a small dark hallway. I was reluctant but I agreed to stay due to my paid reservation. The room was tiny and the bathroom was even smaller. I opened the curtains and was surprised by the view. This is the only part of my stay which I was happy for booking this room. I opened one of the windows to see this spectacular view and to no surprise it broke. I went back to the reception desk and asked them to take a look. He explained he would come up and take a look. He did not show up at all that dot or the next two days after reminding him. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

At out arrival saturday at 6pm, there were a younger and an older employees at the front desk, the younger was busy with a guest and the older kept looking to his computer for at least 2 minutes. When we gave our name, the older employee said very rudly "we've no reservation" and stop talking. As we did not want to leave, the older employee asked me to write my name on a post it in order to check it again. We have been forced to show the older employee the confirmation of the reservation in order to get our rooms and the older employee simply said it was fault from Booking that only gave our first name (I wrote on booking my first and last name). This is easier to reject bad on Booking than apologising for being rude and unprofessional... The older employee also explained it happen every 2 or third day what I did not take as an excuse since he could have simply asked for our first and last name.

Being a local I take advantage of the lounge for bringing my laptop and getting some work done whilst having an espresso made with devotion by the lovely baristas. The service is impeccable, the coffee very tasty and the atmosphere is great.

Great location right by the train station. Clean and comfortable room. Quite area with shopping right next door. Loved the shampoo and hand wash. And the shower massage was great. Ambience in the room of the fish and background music from the tv was also very pleasing. Wished there was a fridge.

Motel One is brilliant, staff are very welcoming. The rooms are really spacious, and I had a fantastic view of the city from the 8th floor. Breakfast is served in the reception/bar area but there is plenty of seating and choice.

Hotel was clean, modern and welcoming. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms were on the small size (as to be expected in Europe). Only real complaint was that the wifi was spotty to nonexistent some nights (even late into the night when you couldn't blame it on high traffic).

Nicely located next to the Train Station. The room and bathroom were a good size for an overnight stay and clean. The hotel has a lounge and a very nice seating area in the lobby. There is a breakfast area (I did not get breakfast - too many nice bakeries in town). The price was okay - I booked at the last minute so I had to pay a premium. Good place to stay if your plans are to spend the day sightseeing in Wiesbaden.

Nice rooms with a view, the hotel features the usual Motel One style and design. Friendly service and a huge gin selection at the bar. Breakfast, though, is very crowded and feels quite messy with the buffet all over.

It's a great location with secure parking. The staff so-so. It's a very at their leisure sort of service. Some are wonderful, but most are on their own time and where that is; is very unkown. Again, another location that I would not be surprised if it was a stolen business.

The only hotel around that easily accommodates more than 3 people. The super modern looks made the €105 price tag feel like a good deal. The room was clean and the ablutions were meticulously arranged. Everything felt very high end. Beds were comfortable. There’s always a concern when one pays this much for a room whether or not they’ll get quality sleep. It wasn’t an issue here. One downside is that those who enjoy cold rooms won’t find much control in the temperature here. Adjusting the thermostat yields no results. Probably for good reason but it got a bit toasty during the evening and early morning hours. Rather that having a single massive blanket, there were two miniature ones in which a person could sleep like a sleeping bag. This was a nice touch and very comfortable. Worth the stay. Definitely recommend this for a night or two stay in Wiesbaden.
