From the moment that we walked in the door, we felt very warm and welcomed. Visiting Wiesbaden for the first time, from the US, we weren’t sure if language would be an issue. It was most assuredly not going to be an issue if you don’t speak German. We arrived early, and even though our room wasn’t ready, the front desk gentleman gave us a room key to look at another room that he thought would be suitable. It most certainly was. Lunch at the restaurant was fantastic, do not miss trying their exquisite and unique Romain Salad. The club sandwich and Veal dish were great. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with the chef continually bringing out fresh items. Don’t miss the warm tomato’s with pesto and melted cheese! The location of the hotel offers a quick walk to the town center which is full of shops, eateries etc. We definitely will stay here, again, upon our future return to Wiesbaden!

One of Wiesbaden’s best kept secrets, Hotel Oranien and it’s amazing restaurant is truly top quality across the board. The staff is exceptionally professional and personal in their service thus leaving lasting positive impression that I always will remember. Perhaps above all, their restaurant is absolutely top quality in all regards. All local ingredients with the best recipes, beer, and wine lists to go with it. The breakfast is equally as good! This Hotel is the best place to stay in Wiesbaden and my favorite hotel. I feel like I am family every time I arrive, and the staff and owners are the most wonderful people. The rooms are fantastic, clean, well furnished l, and comfortable. The hotel location is a very short walking distance to the downtown area. The hotel breakfast is great, many selections, and delicious choices. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Oranien, which is why I have stayed there at least a dozen times

A little dated but a nice hotel. Good location, super close to city center. We booked a classic double. Room was spacious. Curtains are not fully lightproof. AC worked fine. Not all classic rooms are featured with AC, better ask for it, if it is important to you. Information on common booking-websites is not fully correct in this regard. Gym is quite small but the equipment of very good quality. (Public) Parking spot available. Reception gave us even a free ticket.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. My family stayed for nearly 2 months when we first moved to Wiesbaden and everyone was so helpful making the hotel our temporary home.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, taking care of all your needs. In case you're still learning German like me, the front desk and restaurant staff all speak excellent English. They accommodated our family with our cat very nicely for more than a month that we stayed here. There's also a daily breakfast spread that's a mixture of German and American style breakfasts. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated within 5 minutes walking of the main pedestrian street downtown, which is great to explore if you're new to town. But don't pass up the hotel restaurant! It has an excellent variety of local cuisine and wines to offer, with great prices for the quality of dining you experience. I wish I could rate this team at more than five stars!

Great privately run hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff, terrific rooms. And a quiet location but still close to the city center.

I can tell it was a hotel of grandeur in its heyday. Perfect for people that like having a lot of space in a hotel and an older, elegant vibe. It was definitely the biggest hotel room we stayed in on our Europe trip. Well located within walking distance of most Wiesbaden points of attraction, and the concierge staff were always helpful.

Outstanding stay! My family and I just moved to Wiesbaden and needed a place to stay for a few nights nearby as our shipment arrived and we set up the new apartment. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. The hotel is clean, classy and has a lot of charm. The junior suite was quite large with a comfortable bed and all of the amenities you need. Just steps away from the pedestrian area of Wiesbaden.

An outstanding family owned hotel! We loved our stay there. Very welcoming and charming staff, always ready to assist you for anything. Spacious and well equipped room. The breakfast is a must have. And the amazing team are very friendly and experienced, as soon as you sit they will remember what you like or need. In our case vegan options (oat milk, soy yogurt...) Great location, right by the center of Wiesbaden. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay that makes you feel at home. The residences are the best place if you have a long stay. Incredible staff!

Our Corner room with three big windows, that is so satisfied, and the room is the biggest one on the same floor, therefore we decided to cancel tomorrow hotel in KOLN , Germany, and add another night. They recommend and book a very nice restaurant for me, and change the reservation time twice. very good service. And I asked many questions, they tell me really carefully. It's really nice.

Location: Close to the bus stop. A bit of a walk uphill. Stroller, suit cases, and stuff was a bit of a huff and puff for me (Need more cardio!) Inside the room: The room was comfortable and clean. Staff: They were super lovely and helpful. Breakfast: It was good~ Our little family enjoyed the meal. Overall, the place was nice. It is an old hotel, but they are renovating it constantly. Close to the downtown area which helps when travelling with kids.

Pris: Clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, excellent service, friendly professional staff. Cons:No AC in rooms, small TV in the rooms with no English channels, limited options in the restaurant menu, food is average

If you are planning to visit Wiesbaden in Germany, this is the hotel for you. It's an oasis in this wonderful city, with exceptional service from every employee in this hotel. The rooms are excellent for people with disabilities with wheelchairs. There is a restaurant with an old flair, and a terrace one can eat and drink from an excellent menu. It's also 5 minutes from the city centre.
