The only staff that work are the German girl's, all the Turkish staff mostly men walk about like there gods doing nothing but causing problems for the female staff literally one girl doing all the work while 5 Turkish guys and the manager act like spoiled children They made my order wrong small Fry's rather than large, hot chocolate forgot the cream, then noticed the hot chocolate was cold, so the manager tried to make a point by burning the second hot chocolate. Get rid of all the Turkish staff one German girl can do the work of 5 of you and all you do is make it more difficult for her to do her job

When the right crew is working, it's smooth. The food is classic McDonald's. I'm so glad it's not the American food standard. The food is not fake here and filled with preservatives. The new chicken burger 🍔 was gut.

The staff always accommodates English speakers and the food is way better than any McDonalds stateside!

Die Mitarbeiter gerade heute Abend bekommen nicht mal mit, wenn ein Auto am Schalter steht, weil Sie nur am quatschen sind. Die Hälfte ist am rauchen hinterm Laden und dann fehlen auch noch wesentliche Bestandteile der Bestellung. Gerade dem am Drive In sollte man mal Service beibringen. Sonst sehr typischer Laden. Viele Idioten als Gäste. Gute Öffnungszeiten

Never a bad experience here, food is good and staff ate pretty nice. Location is OPEN 24 HOURS! Sadly they do not have the Deutschland Burger

@McDonald’s Deutschland: Diese Filiale ist selbst für McDonald’s unwürdig. Okay nachts um 02:00 kommen vermutlich keine Restaurantkritiker mehr vorbei und es ist auch so immer voll, aber die Burger schmecken wirklich nach Schuhsohle, trocken, ohne jegliche Sauce, mit unangenehmem und undefinierbarem Beigeschmack und die Nuggets sind künstlich und schmecken einfach tot. Ein „Big Tasty Bacon“ für 6,99€ ist alles andere als tasty und nicht mal die Hälfte wert. Sorry. Eine Katastrophe. Wenigstens war der Laden einigermaßen sauber.

So bad, I thought I was back in the States. I only gave them a single star because Google wouldn't let me give them none. As the locals would say, "So schlect!" Hamburger was so old the lettuce had dried into flakes stuck to the box. 1970s-era decor and fixtures, although seats were modern. Filthy ladies' restroom. I don't know if (West) Germany got it late and the fixtures were really as recent as the 1980s, but the crappy McDs from my childhood had remodeled around 1990 so it's kind of a toss up. I kick myself for not taking pictures but I was afraid someone would steal my phone. This place reminds me of the last McDonalds I ate at in the States, back in 2002, when I took one bite of a stale sausage biscuit and was sick all day and night.

Das Essen, MC Donalds Essen. Immer der gleiche Geschmack. Der Service läßt zu wünschen übrig. Das Ambiente ist teils ungepflegt. Die Tische werden nicht oft abgewischt. Sie kleben und weißen Flecken vom Vorgänger auf. Wenn mal einer mit dem Lappen unterwegs ist, leicht feucht und ein Lappen für alle Tische, mit Flecken und Dreck auf dem Tisch. Hygienisch ist anders. Man weiss ja nicht was dies für klebrige Flecken teils sind.

Das Essen lag wohl schon länger auf der Warmhalteplatte und geschmacklich... naja, früher war das deutlich besser. Ganz abgesehen von den Preisen mittlerweile. Der Laden war (vom Boden) ziemlich schmutzig. Auch bei 24h sollte man für Ordnung sorgen können.

Habe für knapp 18€ bestellt und habe zusätzlich nach einer Pokemonkarte gefragt. Hab keine bekommen. Das finde ich sehr traurig. Aber essen war ganz gut.

Good for a quick meal. Qtr pounder was weirdly warm on one side and cold and hard on the other. Fries were warm and soggy. This was a quick to go meal. You do get what you paid for and most of the time it hits the spot.

Bin selten dort. Und wenn - dann gibt es ne große Pommes. Schmeckt mir stets bestens. Die diensthabenden Servicekräfte waren freundlich. Fix. Mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Forgot our shakes and we had to come back for them. Ordered a chicken and CHEESE box, received 3 types of chicken instead. Spent €20 to regret even stopping in. Staff needs to get themselves sorted.

Very good McDonald’s. Decent wait time, good English, and order is never wrong. Not so much as a missing sauce.
