Karstadt is Karstadt. Hardly anything you don't get here, from underwear to hardware. Great grocery store in the basement, with excellent choice of wine and liquors.

It's a go-to place for quality gifts or everyday family wear that looks good but doesn't need designer prices. Family friendly with lots to see and lovely staff.

Happy that I found a variety of Nutcrackers at an incredible price. My collection keeps growing!!

It seems, this probably one of the biggest shopping grocery store where you can find pretty much what you need for food, drink and snack if you are looking for cooked food here they served only cold salad and some others, and there are lots of other things as well like clothing, facilities and brand names!

Very posh shopping mall, it's pretty big and carries lots of brands. I think they're trying to advertise it as Family friendly. There's an large chocolate selection and a food area downstairs. They do offer lots of discounts but the extra ones are for card members only.

I have been to Galeria in Wiesbaden multiple times for a variety of reasons, including shopping for home appliances and clothes, dining, and returning items. Each time, I have been impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. They are always friendly and helpful, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. One of the things I love about Galeria is the wide range of products they offer. Whether you're in the market for a new kitchen appliance or a trendy outfit, they've got you covered. I appreciate the convenience of being able to find everything I need in one place. Overall, I highly recommend Galeria in Wiesbaden. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they offer a great selection of products. It's a great shopping destination that I always enjoy visiting.

Very nice store with excellent selection of clothes and accessories. A lot of discounts before Christmas. I was very pleased to shop there and I absolutely recommend it.

The parking garage is a straight rim carnage. This must be one of the worst parking spots in Germany. Extremely narrow and not suited to any long or wide cars. Take extreme caution or avoid parking there.

Offers and sales made by Galeria are not attractive.. and also customer restroom is not easy to reach

While the department store is nice and well kept, I have to give 2 stars for the horrifying parking garage!!! The stairs leading up to it are so dirty and smell bad. But the worst part was driving in the super tight and narrow loop that kept going and going. By the many scratches and marks on the walls, I can tell people have damaged their cars entering and exiting the garage. I drive a midsize vehicle and struggled to make it without scraping my vehicle. Rude people will honk and ride up very closely to intimidate you into driving faster, but take your time! This place is downright dangerous! I don’t understand how such an upscale department store has their customers pay to park in such a terrible garage. Do better Karstadt!

Good parking facility, nuisance due to Covid-19, you have to take the stairs down AND up, 5 floors. Only afterwards I understood why the parking was practically empty. Shop's great though. Immediate access to the major shopping street too.

Entered the parking house at 19 hours and were told that we could exit past 20.30 hours (official closing time), got locked in and were only let out 3 hours later after a 50 EUR payment). Ridiculous.

Parking is super horrible (but who uses cars to go into cities anymore anyway besides of rich people) and like a lot of retail stores still existing, they somehow still live in the 90ties with non-competitive prices and limited selection. The air in it is very stale sometimes.

This store has so much choice from food articles to cooked food and everything you need to cook food with plate’s and tablecloth’s for very reasonable price’s all under one roof that’s why I love shopping here!

Not everyone spoke English but they were still able to help. I appreciated the staff working with me the best they could and in the end, I got exactly what I wanted and was looking for!

I parked my car in the Wiesbaden Galeria Karstadt carpark one evening and went with my son for a meal in a restaurant nearby. The sign on the lift stated open until 2000. See photo attached. I returned just before 2000 to find the car park closed. It had been closed at 1930. More than that a family with 3 children including a baby were stuck outside needing to get to their car. There were also 3 other car drivers with family and friends also wanting to drive their cars home. There is a sign saying the car park is open until 1930 but I did not see this entering the car park. The narrow entrance and frequent pedestrians are where you look as you come to the entrance. More than that a look online gives various times... e.g. until 2030 closing time. We called the security company number and was told we had to wait for 30 mins and pay 50 euros per car or leave our cars until Monday morning and pay the hours parked. There is another phone you can call but they have no power to open the parking house. In the end we were able to get our cars one hour later. The security guard was most helpful. Frankly the experience made me wonder whether perhaps the take over of Karstadt by Galeria had brought a don't care attitude to customers. I find the staff in store to be great. But the inconsistency of signs appeared to show a contempt for customers. It seems far from hospitable to close a car park before the store is shut. I will rarely park there if ever again. And therefore I will from now on chose to shop at other shops.
