This store is grotty to say the least! They have a good choice of products but the overview and organisation in this location is very poor. Also at the checkout one is left with an impression of staff trying to do their best in surroundings that you would expect from 20 year's ago. I will be looking to other DIY stores to leave my money. I have returned to this store and noticed a big improvement.. There seems to have been a reorganisation and items are well sign posted now. The owner / management of the store have done a lot more than expected..Also their comments to my review were constructive..well done I've doubled my rating to a 4....and I'll be coming again! 👍🏻

Very friendly and nice people working here. The man by name David greatly helped me to choose a Gas grill. Many employees speak good English which isn't common on Wiesbaden. Another man called Lucas helped me bring the 52kg grill to my truck and put it in which was super pleasant. Overall super good obi with everything you may possibly need

Cool Home improvement store, very nice garden department. Provides kitchen and bathroom custom build and design. They can cut wood to size. Also has a nice pet supply area. You can rent all kinds of tools in the store as well.

They don't have any fish, although they advertise it.

Always good for the DIY stuff I need! Located down near the Äppellerallee in Wiesbaden on the A66, with a nice bakery out the front with customer toilets and adequate parking out the front!

Its a hardware store. You will find everything you need for the garden, house etc.. it's always hard to find someone to help you when there's so many different selection but if do find someone they're a great helper. Otherwise it's Obi wie wo was weiß Obi 😁

I just love this store, I always find what I’m looking for and they have a great selection of indoor plants. I always promise myself before coming in here that I won’t buy any more plants but I fail, quite often too. Prices are fare as well; probably cheaper than the other hardware stores.

ZERO Customer Service! Just returned from this location. Yes, its Wuhan Virus time BUT that's no reason to have zero customer service. The shelves were a mess in many areas and bare in others. The representatives would look at people and run the other way. Those that didn't disappear pretended to be looking for something or fiddling around with other stuff. When I finally asked someone, actually multiple reps, they simply pushed me off pointing over yonder. What a horrible experience. Let me also mention that this location is in an industrial area making it difficult to maneuver through traffic especially at the end of the work day. AVOID this location unless you absolutely can't.

How do I say this.....If you want to waste 3 hrs of your life half of which is either hunting down staff or trying to beg staff for help.This the place for you. Know what u want way before you visit....Staff breaks are more important that customer service.

Great selection. Typical customer service...rare almost nonexistent.

Obi delivered the wrong kitchen. This has been the worst experience ever. Spedition is available to tell us about the delivery of the new kitchen (which we had to do in a separate purchase, so we are still out the first kitchen), but has not been available for over a week to determine when the wrong kitchen can be picked up. And of course the person who called about the delivery doesn’t have any info about the pickup. 🙃 Since Spedition is separate from Obi, makes it even that much harder. Never again will I shop at Obi, nor will any of our family after this ordeal. The service is trash. We are out the time and money (and space) for their mistake and it doesn’t seem like they want to make this right.
