The
hotel
and
location
is
great.
I
am
still
currently
a
guest
at
this
hotel
and
have
been
here
for
an
extended
stay,
and
I
have
been
enjoying
my
overall
stay.
The
staff
here
are
friendly
and
are
generally
helpful
however,
My
only
and
consistent
complaint
with
my
stay
here
isā¦
the
parking.
If
you
have
a
vehicle,
you
pay
for
a
spot-reserved
for
you.
Throughout
my
time
here,
I
have
had
my
parking
spot
taken
from
me-either
from
a
guest
or
individuals
that
are
unaware
that
the
spaces
are
reserved
or
are
parking
without
consideration
for
the
guest
that
PAYS
for
the
spot.
Nonetheless,
the
staffs
inability
to
handle
situations
like
this,
considering
this
is
a
reoccurring
issue
is
disappointing
and
quite
frustrating.
I
have
to
resort
to
parking
in
a
different
location
and
that
potentially
poses
issues
for
others
that
access
the
garage
(not
just
the
guests
that
reside
here
at
the
hotel).
If
your
solution
is
to
tell
me
āI
donāt
knowā
after
multiple
occasions
and
explaining
to
me
that
youāll
leave
a
āwarningā
does
nothing.
What
is
the
solution?
Iād
expect
management
to
be
able
to
deal
with
issues
like
this.
In
addition,
I
still
have
to
pay
for
the
parking
spot
I
reserved
and
donāt
have
access
to?
Thatās
absurd
and
they
have
not
once
issued
reimbursement
for
me
after
hearing
from
me
numerous
times.
There
needs
to
be
a
solution
and
an
āI
donāt
knowā
is
NOT
a
solution.
Either
figure
out
a
way
to
deter
people
from
parking
in
reserved
spots
for
guests
or
compensate
and/or
reimbursement
the
customer.
