We stay last Aug 21-22 book by online and ise my credit card as guarantee and i choose payment in the property. first day i paid cash with deposit 50 euro, 2nd day we extend. upon check out i paid the 2nd day stay with cash then we check out. After few days i received my credit card bill they charge me 38 euro without me knowing and without my permission. I tried to complain but they just say i paid not enough thats why they charge my credit card.. I mean what? I was informing them i will pay cash! and i paid it all by cash when check out. and then you say i pay short? Careful guys. They are scam or receiption is scam. They will charge your credit card without you knowing.

Hotel room with a small kitchen area but with everything you need including, oven, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine with a Nespresso coffee maker and French press. An iron and board with a safe also come with the room. Like a regular hotel room, there is also daily housekeeping. There is a 24 hour manned reception too. A short walk takes you in to town or to the casino. The staff on the desk, where you can buy water, extra coffee pods and snacks, are friendly and efficient. The block also contains a restaurant on the top floor where you can purchase breakfast and other meals. The room we were in, although looking out on the main road was fairly quiet and you can keep the windows closed due to the room having air conditioning. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Put simply - if you want an exceptional place to stay in Wiesbaden, then look no further. Excellently located (easy walking distance to everywhere you need to visit but not right in the middle), with well proportioned rooms (cooker, microwave, fridge and washer/drier machines), and an excellent and helpful front desk staff. The fitness centre boasts a swimming pool and sauna - both of which are very welcome. And there is a restaurant right next door (and many more within a 10 minute walk). If I had one negative point, it is over parking - there is not enough for every occupant, but there is plenty of parking nearby.

Refrigerator was inoperable and parking was unavailable without much explanation as to why. Over great location and comfortable rooms.

Excellent hotel with extremely nice and helpful people. The front desk personnel are always with smiles and very helpful with providing information. Decent gym, nice pool, and excellent sauna. Area to improve, hotel room floor could be vacuumed more often and with greater detail. With that said... It is a great hotel.

My hotel stay was fine except for the horrible parking situation . I arrived back to my hotel after midnight and the staff didn’t open the entrance to the parking garage that I paid for. I ended up parking next to the hotel. I woke the next morning to get my car and it was towed away. I explained the issue to the staff on duty and was reassured that my towing expenses would subtracted from my parking costs. Upon checkout, I was told that I would have to pay the full amount and the manager would refund the towing amount later that day. This issue was resolved in a satisfactory manner.

The hotel and location is great. I am still currently a guest at this hotel and have been here for an extended stay, and I have been enjoying my overall stay. The staff here are friendly and are generally helpful however, My only and consistent complaint with my stay here is… the parking. If you have a vehicle, you pay for a spot-reserved for you. Throughout my time here, I have had my parking spot taken from me-either from a guest or individuals that are unaware that the spaces are reserved or are parking without consideration for the guest that PAYS for the spot. Nonetheless, the staffs inability to handle situations like this, considering this is a reoccurring issue is disappointing and quite frustrating. I have to resort to parking in a different location and that potentially poses issues for others that access the garage (not just the guests that reside here at the hotel). If your solution is to tell me “I don’t know” after multiple occasions and explaining to me that you’ll leave a “warning” does nothing. What is the solution? I’d expect management to be able to deal with issues like this. In addition, I still have to pay for the parking spot I reserved and don’t have access to? That’s absurd and they have not once issued reimbursement for me after hearing from me numerous times. There needs to be a solution and an “I don’t know” is NOT a solution. Either figure out a way to deter people from parking in reserved spots for guests or compensate and/or reimbursement the customer.
