Kwamen voor nieuw scherm van een iPad; bleek dat de batterij op ontploffen stond. Is voor onze kleindochter en dat wil je niet op je geweten hebben. Prima service en ze kijken verder dan alleen maar geld verdienen.

My Samsung was dropped a while ago, cracking the screen. I made an appointment in Dordrecht for a repair. I was helped promptly by a friendly employee. After an hour the screen was replaced and I was able to take my phone with me in working order again. Great price: a few tens of euros cheaper than elsewhere! But 4 stars instead of 5, because the store is not accessible for wheelchairs...

My phone needed a new battery. Made an appointment for the next day and was helped quickly. After 45 minutes my count was back to normal.

Had my Samsung phone screen repaired by appointment, which was done within an hour. Friendly staff and good service.

Phone OnePlus 9 pro sent for screen repair. You receive a call that the new screen is not working. Ultimately you will receive the phone back, in pieces and parts. If you send an email, you will receive an answer that the motherboard was broken. To this I answer that before you sent it, you connected the phone to an external screen via USB-C and the functions still worked. This will no longer be responded to. This is purely a scam.

Voor een neppe en beschadigde batterij ben je hier aan het juiste adres! Batterij laten vervangen van Iphone 11. Het duurde erg lang om van 80 naar 81 procent te gaan. Ook na 80% was opladen erg traag en duurde soms tot een paar uur. Daarna is de batterij vervangen. Deze is nog slechter dan de vorige. Hij gaat extreem snel leeg en na 80% laadt hij bijna niet op. Uiteindelijk heb ik met moeite de helft van het geld teruggekregen, maar nu zit ik wel met een kapotte batterij opgescheept. Nooit meer hier wat kopen. Ook is het een niet-officiële batterij. Je batterijconditie valt niet meer te zien na het te vervangen. Dit werd niet vermeld voor het verwisselen van de batterij. Ook toen ik vroeg of ik mijn oude batterij weer kon krijgen, kreeg ik een “nee” te horen.

Super snelle service! Mijn scherm was gebroken. Werd in 1,5uur gefixed en niet zo duur. Ik ga hier zeker weer naar terug als ik weer issues zou hebben.

Gisteren mijn telefoon laten vallen, vandaag weer zo goed als nieuw! 30 min en mijn 8plus was weer als nieuw😁😁 goede service & een goede prijs!

goedkoop scherm hield het een maand voor zonder krassen, 6 maanden garantie hele valse belofte. Ik zou er niet nog een keer naar toe gaan

My WiFi was not working, my internet worked occasionally but often dropped out. My Bluetooth could never be turned on again. Finally called to say that my phone was still not fixed. I went back with the phone and my phone could be fixed. This took a while before I heard anything about my phone. Finally, after a long wait, I receive a phone call saying yes, your phone can no longer be repaired. Be careful who you take your phone to. Meaning I spent €700 on nothing and they said my phone could be repaired. You are the repairers and would have known even if the phone were repaired that defects could occur, I was not told, but yes it can be repaired. People, watch where you put your count. My phone was ultimately repaired by a repairman in Rotterdam, so my phone could be repaired. Only they take 700 and keep your phone in the store for more than a month and then it's like, yes, sorry, it can't be fixed. Don't bring your phone here because they will take your money so quickly and then they will easily say no, sorry, nothing can be done about it. Think it's a scam shop, 1 man works and the other does everything over the telephone but is never in the store himself. They also have a store in Spijkenisse, but these people cannot be trusted. They tell a whole story, but they are easy to understand grab the beginning 700 and put it in your pockets. Now I had to incur additional costs in Rdam at Matrix, but luckily my phone was made well. During their repair, there was still glue stuck everywhere on my phone, which is not even supposed to be the case. They're a bunch of amateurs. This case is wrong and has a strong odor. Anyone who wants to fix their phone should go to Matrix Rotterdam, very sweet, nice guys who are at least honest and don't immediately take money and then say sorry. If you want to go there with defects, I would say definitely do it😉
