What a gem. Great coffee set in a working farm in beautiful countryside

I got some excellent yogurt and ice cream. The farm is pretty and the service is friendly. I also loved biking there from Leiden. If you are visiting Leiden, I highly recommend renting a bike so you can enjoy the scenery along the way (after you pass a few ugly stores close to the Spaanjardsbrug it gets much prettier). They also sell some produce, loose herbal teas, and cookies

This was a very disappointing outing for me and my family, the website and reality is not the same. I expected to go and buy all this lovely fresh farm products, I was greeted by a boiling hot steel container that serve as their shop, very little stock, the fruit and veg wasn't fresh, very little dairy and meat products and only 4 different flavors of ice-cream. The outside area where you are supposed to sit and children can play was overgrown and not maintained.

Delicious (Italianen style) ice cream. Chocolate, coconut, passion fruit, strawberry, ect..ect.. Picknick tables to sit. Playground area with sand and water tables. They also have a small store, which sells real old fashioned bottles with vla, yoghurt and milk. Jams, eggs, vegtables and wool. Lovely place. :)
