The best place tonstay for a holiday or second home owners. Service is outstanding, kids enterteinment, swimming pool, tennis court, gym, all with professional personnel always able to help. The natural park and forest around makes it a fairy tale location. Higly reccomended.

Friendly personal, good for families

It is very nice when they aren't building new chalets. The kids will enjoy the swimming pool in the summer. Surroundings are outstanding, amenities are well tended to.

Wonderful campsite. Free showers and very peaceful. Nice restaurant and bar attached too.

Nice showers, nice toilets, decent beer and food. No traffic noise but the dawn chorous is full on.

Bonte Vlucht is a great place to stay if you are looking for an apartment with a kitchen a living room, bathroom(s) and a balcony. My brother and I stayed here for a couple of days until we had to leave early, we couldn’t get a refund but we got it in writing that if we came back to Bonte Vlucht we would have an apartment for rest of the days that we had left. Very considerate and kind service.

A great site, that we’d happily return to. We had a pitch on veld (field) A. Close to the main area of the site, including the pool, bar, playground, tennis court, and restaurant. Shower block in veld A was always clean and never any queues. Showers were free, with a six minute timer for hot water. Swimming pool was heated, this took the edge off and meant later in the day it was pleasant to swim in, the kids happily swam in it all day. Staff were friendly, with excellent English. Food in the cafe and restaurant was good and reasonably priced. No shop on site, but Doorn was five minutes drive away and had decent supermarkets.
