STAY AWAY! I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but I wasn’t expecting this either. From the time we pulled up I knew we were in trouble. The parking is a complete nightmare. You were asked to double park and leave your key or make sure you left your phone number so you can move your car if necessary. Yeah… NO. We booked three rooms for our family, at check in we were given three room keys and when we walked in, they were occupied. ALL THREE. (apologies to the people we walked in on)So we change rooms, no problem. The rooms are a NIGHTMARE. To start they smelled of vinegar and or mold. They were dusty, sandy, incredibly out dated. The refrigerator didn’t work. The AC was full of dust and mold infested. Out microwave didn’t work and there were a total of two accessible electrical outlets. The pool skimmer had some black film in it and it looked like it hadn’t been emptied in days. My brother-in-law went to skim the pool before my son jumped in and the skimmer was filled with hair and other funky things. Bottom line, stay away.

Terrible, and rude customer service in person and especially on the phone. The power was out last night and it was extremely hot. Many guests last night wanted a refund for the terrible service they received last night and the hotel management refused to give refunds. You pay to have a comfortable room to sleep in at night at a comfortable cool temperature and that is not the service that was paid for and provided last night! They refused to give people their hard-earned money back after they weren't given the service they paid for. This hotel management team is terrible and they appear to have no empathy for their guests.

I would rate this a zero if I could. I can understand that it’s a bad situation for the power to be out but to not be notified before my reservation or before the cutoff time the day before when the power had been out for 2 days is ridiculous. The man there for checkin seemed like he was under the influence of something and told us to basically deal with it in so many words. At one point he did say the power should be on in a few minutes but he also said it was supposed to be back on the day before. We were only there for the night and did not want to chance it. Which we were right to do. The power came back on but then went off again and when we passed as on 10pm it was still out. When we called Expedia about the situation they called the establishment and they said they strictly abide by their cancellation policy and would still charge us. Some back and forth with Expedia and we were thankfully able to avoid the charge.

This motel is ok. Wife didn't like it. I thought was ok but nothing to brag about. Best 2.5 stars. Parking is HORRIBLE!! Had 2 vehicles & to park 2 1/2 blocks away for one of them. Lucky we ran into friends & parked behind them. The spots are 2 deep so you can block or be blocked in. Office is closet as others stated on reviews. Bedroom had walk AC, good thing it worked. Kept Bedroom cold. Other room was ok. Had to TVs with no working remote. Had to wiggled Bedroom TV ro get rid of static. Bedroom Had no hooks for towels etc & no tp holder. Kitchen chair was fallen apart. Place need simple attention. Pool was nice. Will not be back for the money. Over priced. Stayed in Pigeon Forge, TN for 1 more day & half the cost as here.

Please, please, please do not stay here. It’s easier for me to list the good than to go on and on about the bad. The good is the location. From there, this motel is a train wreck. I won’t go on about every bad thing but there’s MANY. I was lured in by the budget friendly price. Please don’t make my mistake.

We stayed here for a 3 nights and 4 days. At first glance it was nice, BUT we were told over the phone our check in was at 3, pulled in at 2:45 and they told us our rooms were available until 3:30-4. Once we got our hotel room it was not cleaned. There was a horrible stench of cigarette smoke that was covered up by perfume. The toilet seat has ash from something all around it, the toilet paper was half used, and the fridge had hair all over it. The owner didn’t believe us until we told them by the end of the night by boyfriend would have an athsna attack. There is no maid service so do not except to get more toilet paper or clean towels. There is barely any parking, there is additional parking 2 blocks away but i’m sorry who wants to walk an additional 2 blocks away and hope no one breaks into your car. would NOT recommend.

Rooms are tiny, very old style, old furniture. Even no hair dryer and shower not working properly. Don’t worth the price.

The location is excellent, but the service and hygiene standards are aligned with those of a third world country. Parking was severely limited to the point one could be easily boxed-in and there were no other convenient/legally viable parking options available. Room was dusty and moldy. The bed sheets were stained. We also found sand and hair dispersed throughout both beds. Told the manager the following morning (discovered too late to tell him the night prior), who then insisted they were clean and claimed the “environment” made the sheets sandy. I asked for the sheets to be changed; he said he would comply but never did so. Our concerns were met only with sorry excuses. I am astounded that this business is operational. Additionally, my friend and I both tested positive for COVID-19 after our trip. We both slept in the same, sandy bed on different nights and interacted with the same 17+ people throughout our three night stay, none of whom tested positive. I realize there is no way to prove we were afflicted through this hotel, but considering we were the only people to get sick across this weekend and we shared a bed, that was never cleaned, suggests that said bed was more than likely a significant factor in contracting our illness.

I don't want to list all of the negatives. The only good thing about this place is its location. The rooms are dirty, sketchy outlets, and poor service. You can find better for the price.

I wouldn't stay there again. The location was ideal, but the room was not what advertised. Tiny, tub wouldnt stop to fill, shower nozzle to turn on you'd need major muscles. Sheets were sandy & itchy. Paper thin pillows, outdated everything. Pool was nice though, clean.

My family of three stayed on the third floor, which was the best floor. The pool is small but clean. The location is great, less than a block from the boardwalk. Small, clean, updated room. Had a coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge. Patio with patio tables and grill. Perfect for our little family. Nice family motel. The manager, Simon, was so accommodating and a very nice and easygoing man. Thank you for making our visit pleasant!

Place was great. Friendly staff. Room was nice. Different size rooms depending on needs. Good location 200 ft from sand but 1/4 mile from ocean. Its a nice walk but kinda long. So be.prepared when it says 200 ft from beach cause thats not exactly true. 20 ft to the boardwalk then 1/4 mile to ocean. But its nice.

The room could use some maintenance/updating and the bathroom is small, but it was clean. I had a junior suite which was a good size considering I was always out and only there a night. The owner met all of my requests; he checked me in 40 mins early, gave me a ground room, and helped me park. Parking is very limited with the option of double parking, but the owner was nice to contact the owner of the vehicle behind me so I can back out. I don’t have any complaints, other than the room could be updated but I wasn’t there that long.

2 minutes walk from broadwalk.. You sleep, you lay on beach, you swim a little at the motel and go home. This place does the job. No complaints

Arrived and was given a room that was NOT what I was told. On top of it being absolutely disgusting. Went down to immediately inquire about what I was told and ask for refund. I was told by owner I had to go through Expedia cause he couldn’t. I called Expedia and was told owner refused to allow it after being put on hold for 30 minutes. Went down to speak to owner again and he said… no I won’t give a refund, room is fine. It is NOT by any means fine. We drove 7 hours and were now stuck in a nasty room ( picture will follow) on two double beds (was told Queen) and a hard Futon (was told pull out couch bed). Hair everywhere, dirty sheets, comforters, dusty and sandy and don’t get me started on what we are pretty sure is a camera in the tv. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Do your self a favor and stay a lil further away from boardwalk and pay a little extra. This man should not be in business.

The location is great. The manager seemed surprised that we were checking in for 3 rooms. The rooms were inconsistently refreshed. We had no hand soap and a half used roll of toilet paper sitting on the bath tub. I dont think the tub was clean. The floors were sandy. The beds had the cover on them but no other blankets. Im sure the covers aren't washed everytime. We paid $420 for 2 nights. The place just needs a face-lift. Pool was nice. Closes at 7pm which is way too early in the summer.
