The
location
is
excellent,
but
the
service
and
hygiene
standards
are
aligned
with
those
of
a
third
world
country.
Parking
was
severely
limited
to
the
point
one
could
be
easily
boxed-in
and
there
were
no
other
convenient/legally
viable
parking
options
available.
Room
was
dusty
and
moldy.
The
bed
sheets
were
stained.
We
also
found
sand
and
hair
dispersed
throughout
both
beds.
Told
the
manager
the
following
morning
(discovered
too
late
to
tell
him
the
night
prior),
who
then
insisted
they
were
clean
and
claimed
the
“environment”
made
the
sheets
sandy.
I
asked
for
the
sheets
to
be
changed;
he
said
he
would
comply
but
never
did
so.
Our
concerns
were
met
only
with
sorry
excuses.
I
am
astounded
that
this
business
is
operational.
Additionally,
my
friend
and
I
both
tested
positive
for
COVID-19
after
our
trip.
We
both
slept
in
the
same,
sandy
bed
on
different
nights
and
interacted
with
the
same
17+
people
throughout
our
three
night
stay,
none
of
whom
tested
positive.
I
realize
there
is
no
way
to
prove
we
were
afflicted
through
this
hotel,
but
considering
we
were
the
only
people
to
get
sick
across
this
weekend
and
we
shared
a
bed,
that
was
never
cleaned,
suggests
that
said
bed
was
more
than
likely
a
significant
factor
in
contracting
our
illness.
