Don't order the prime rib special. They grilled it and burnt the most tender parts. Who on earth grilles prime rib??!! Apparently this place does. Waitress was bad too even though it was a slow night. One and done. Terrible.

As we sat and watched the two owners sit at the front of the restaurant not doing a dam thing as the wait staff struggled to get drinks and bread to the tables. If only they would have helped get drinks bread salad etc. 1.5 hours wait for entrees served on dollar store plates and with dollar store steak knives. I know its a seasonal business but had the owners at least not just sat and watched as we all kinda got agravated I wouldn’t be writing this. But its the shore. So they are banking on one time customers because they have zero clue how to run a successful business.

A friend made reservations for 6 a month ago, and we had to have had the worst table in the place. We sat in front of door that lead outside with two a/c units above them. One door was open. The a/c was blowing directly down on us and one door was open and the cool evening air was also blowing in. My friend closed the door as it was blowing on his back.Joey came over and opened the door and told us to leave it open. When our dinners arrived, we could only eat half as the cold air blowing on us cooled off the entrée. I asked the server to tell Joey we wanted to see him, he refused to come over. One of the hostesses said he was in a bad mood all day, good businessman don’t act ignorant to their customers even if they’re having a bad day. The music was loud and when they allowed customers to sing along, some were so off key, they should have been stopped. The only good thing was our server. I didn’t get her name, but she was a very sweet young lady. Oh, and my dessert? A 4” cannoli $12. One and done on this place.

This is one of my favorite places. I absolutely love Joey M. as a singer and he hires other classic singers for entertainment. This place is fun, engaging, romantic, delectable and delicious. I consider this one a tiny hidden gem!

This was my first time at Joey M’s and I can confidently say that this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in awhile. My boyfriend and I went for the early bird special which is probably one of the best deals down at the shore. A soup, salad, entree, and dessert for $22, all of which were amazing. Their salad dressing was homemade and their chicken parm and chicken francaise were delicious. We left full and with leftovers, even with the smaller portions for the special. Our server was also so sweet and cared about making our first experience a good one. We will definitely be back!!!

I love the staff here, the customers the atmosphere the place is like a family run business where everyone is friends. It's an older crowd love music and good drinks, the food however is just average at best, the marinara sauce was way to watery and my meal was was just ok. From what they say the pasta is homemade and it was good but again the sauce needs to thicken up.

We just finished dinner at Joey M's, DELICIOUS! Our waitress was ReRe, she was so sweet and helpful and gave great recommendations! We haven't been there since before Covid and forgot how good it was, we will definitely be back, sooner rather than later!

By far the best Italian food we have ever had. We vacation in Ocean City but make the drive just to come here. We have eaten here for 20+ years and haven't found any better Italian. Worth the trip no matter where you live!

I have been wanting to try this place out for a while. So so happy that we finally made it there! Pasquale was our server- he was great. There were 6 of us and every meal was delicious. Very large portions, enough to take some home for the next day. Prices are comparable to other restaurants. We didn’t get to experience any of the live entertainment or Joey M but we will make sure next time to have a reservation when there is live music. We will definitely be making this one of our regular spots!

We finally had a chance to get back to the Wildwoods for a mini vacation. This place was one of the trip highlights. Excellent food and an amazing, welcoming staff. We will always make a point to dine at LA Piazza Cucina on future trips 👌

An absolute must if you want a genuine Italian meal served in the romantic setting of a singing host, friendly servers and a dance floor exhibiting mature couples doing two step dancing. You must have the calamari as an appetizer, served in olive oil, mild peppers, capers and spices is an absolute gem.

Party of four two ordered two chicken entrees, both seemed extremely tough and not appetizing. Informed our waitress we thought they may possibly be overcooked. The server brought over someone who informed us it was not overcooked… that it was perfectly cooked veal. The issue… we did not order veal since neither of us eat it. I felt like they were bothered we were served entrees we didn’t order.

I went with a senior group, and we enjoyed ourselves. The entertainment was him singing some older songs. Such as Frank Sinatra and other artists of that time. Everything was first class. I plan to go there on my own sometime.

Excellent dinner, atmosphere, and entertainment! Visiting cousins for the weekend and they brought us to this gem. Calamari was super. We also enjoyed the shrimp scampi and cioppino. The Friday evening singer was great and we were glad that Joey joined him for some tunes. We really enjoyed the food

The food is wonderful I am actually sitting in the restaurant on Sunday, 28 May 2023 having an excellent dinner and Google is saying they’re closed and the owner and the staff are all putting in. We are open and Google continues not to change it Yet

Wife and I were there last night after the Italian Festival boy what a fantastic time. The best Italian spot not in Italy. The food, the service, the entertainment was top shelf all the way. Thank you very much Joey and staff for making g us feel like Family.

The cutest hidden gem. The food was old school, authentic Italian and phenomenal. Great portions. Wonderful service from our waiter Pasquale. You can tell they all take pride in their work. Even the complimentary salad and bread were great. The outdoor seating area is adorable. We will be back !!
