This was the first time I had been at this particular restaurant. The service was good and courteous. The food that my companion and I had was very good. This location had a robot that took us to our table! There is liquor available for those who would want some. There is a regular bar off to one side of the restaurant. It was somewhat busy and the staff was really hustling to get everyone taken care of. All together it is a good place to eat.

Pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Ancho Salmon with rice and broccoli, it was delicious. The service was fast and friendly too. They have a separate entrance for carry out too...

TBH I rarely eat at chain restaurants because I find thier food and atmosphere to be very "vanilla" and don't really have a reason to go when I can get a more authentic meal somewhere else. I haven't between to a Chili's in probably ten years, but a few people told me about the meal deal they were running where you get a starter( soup, chips and salsa, salad) an entree, and a pop for like 10.99. You can upgrade entree or make the pop a margarita for a few bucks more, but we were craving burgers, had cleaned the house ahead of Thanksgiving, and spent all day prepping food, and Chili's turned out to be EXACTLY what we needed for the right price. The kids meals were 6 bucks or something and included a drink. For two adult meals, two kids meals, our total was like 39 bucks, add a tip and somehow our family of four ate a full service meal for $50. I would probably struggle to replicate this at McDonald's and after McDonald's I need a shower to wash away the shame and stink of the playplace dining area.... So if you have a fam, don't feel like cooking, and don't want to take out a loan to afford a restaurant meal, try Chili's and you might be as pleasantly surprised as we were that thier food is actually good, plentiful, and really cheap.

They took away their original chicken crisper! That and the queso were the only reason we went. As long as their original queso remains, we will still come for appetizer snack break, but otherwise, we are so sad they removed the good crisper to keep the dried out all breading one. Overall though the restaurant is clean and a decent atmosphere, somehow it always seems there is one really great personable waitress and one super crabby attitude one. Not sure if that's a schedule thing or what but it's still a decent evening. Bring back the original chicken crisper!!!

Horrible. There’s a reason this chilis is dead on a Saturday night. First off, the robot Rita is horrible and doesn’t work. Second, we were seated and waited 15 minutes just to have the waitress great a table seated after us. Never eating at chilis again.

Food was decent but for the bacon was meh. Tea was watered down bad. Good staff though friendly and helpful. Their timing was a little off though and we didn't get our food altogether. The burger minus bacon was great. Very friendly staff but they need some leadership and or polishing. Overall a good place to go with family and friends. They gave us chips we didn't rat and they stayed good for a few days.. my wife was happy so it was a worth whole dine in experience!

Food is good the flavor the temp of the meat and the tenderness. Reasonable prices for the meal and portion. The waiter that I had did an amazing job.

Chili's is my favorite place to go. I really like and love the food that you guys have in the menu, but it's been a long time since I been there. I wish I could go there again

We walked in at 8:28pm. Not a single employee was seen at all anywhere. Waited about 2 mins. we went and sat at the bar. Bar counter had crumbs everywhere. Bartender saw us but never made eye contact. No greeting, nothing. She just kept handling cash and making drinks. Not washing her hands. So after handling money she is touching fruit to put into drinks. Finally after about 10 mins. She came over and I asked for a food menu. Got told we need to order food before 9. The place wasn’t all that busy. We decided fast what we wanted but the bartender just ignored us. I seriously thought she was trying to wait til 9 for us to order. At this point we discussed if we should just leave or not, but figured other places would be closing too. We ordered. We got our food. It wasn’t hot. The food wasn’t all that great. Pretty disappointing to see careless employees. I recommend going to one of the other local restaurants over this place.

Chili's Grill and Bar at Homer Glen is a great dining establishment at all levels. The food is great, the service is good, the atmosphere is good and the place is clean. Most prices are reasonable on a wide selection menu. The chips and salsa always fresh and the Fajitas always awesome. I patronize this place often.

Great food. Place was kept very clean. Service was great as always. The hosts are always very friendly.

Took our kids and the servers made sure our food came out for the boys quickly. Kind and attentive throughout the meal.

We have bought the Party Platter Custom Combo in the past to get some steaks for a big family. Usually they are great. So got it again for my birthday. The steaks were on the dry side, and the salad we got might have been a little old. The croutons were really stale. The corn, potatoes, and fries were all as great as ever, so it wasn't all bad. Will try again, but will give them some time as it might have been an off night. We all have them.

4:30pm on Saturday We walked in and was seated right away. Waited for someone to come to our table or even address us. After 9 minutes we left. Had plenty of servers and wasn't too busy yet. We have been to this location a couple of times. we did wait those times too but it was only like 4 or 5 mins. this location seemed to be better then the Orland one. but guess not. Very disappointed!

Wrote great review 6 months ago about experience here especially praising our wonderful server Emma. Was here again today & thrilled that Emma was once again our server. Exceptional service. Emma is very efficient friendly conscientious & has a great work ethic. Management needs to read reviews, reward & praise employees, give them copies of these reviews,& reply to reviews. How do you expect loyalty & excellence if employees are not appreciated or praised? Or from your patrons?

Way over there top excess Caesar dressing on their salad. I assume the cook doesn’t eat salad. Soaking wet dressing on Romain. Same experience at 3 Chili’s so obviously that’s their recipe. Gross

Super duper clean. Super duper friendly atmosphere. Appetizers and drinks were outstanding.

Overall, just an average experience with average food. Servers are not very attentive, the food is just okay, it's Chili's and their menu is pretty much unchanged over all these years. Definitely go spend your money somewhere else, it's way too expensive for what they provide.

The atmosphere would have been better if the air flow was better and if there was a way to lower all the shades in the windows facing the sun. Because for a good portion of the meal I had the sun blasting my face

Went on a Thursday at 6:30pm, was not busy at all. Got sat by the bar and never once got a waiter. Left after 15 mins, told the host and he shrugged his shoulders at me. Horrible experience. Went to Pelican Harry’s instead. Won’t be back to this chilis.

We use to love to go to Chili's for quick eats with kids. But this trip, well the food was terrible. The nachos twice sent to table burned. The noodles on the chicken dish were so overdone they were mushy. The serves was outstanding as usual. For god sakes can you clean the tablets. They are always so dirty. We have to use them to check out. The entire tablet especially the back was covered in ketchup, dirty finger prints and grease. You know every messy kid wants to play with it so please clean them as you would the table after customers leave. Two stars go to servers who are so nice.

My food was cold and not cooked as I requested it. Missing ingredients that was suppose to come with my meal. The corn on the cob ,that was served to me, was not fresh and tasted disgusting. The portion size of their food was small for their prices. They're understaffed, it took some time to even get a waitress to serve us. Overall, I don't recommend this restaurant.

Lately there chicken fajita soup has been water down & of course the service has been very slow. Sales smaller portions & they got rid of the Caribbean salad that was awesome.

Great food. Only minor was the special sauce burger..Not a fan. Salads were crisp and GREEN, nice. I suggest shredded parmesan only, no dressing. All Servers Including Emma,were fantastic.

Steak Fajita was super tough. Could not cut it let alone chew it. Sent it back for chicken and shrimp. Excellent

Chili's has good food and that's about it. Terrible service along with nats in our faces while we ate. Unreal...the manager was of no help at all either!!

We love the Homer Glen Chili’s friend staff and good food. It’s the first place my kids ask to go when we say we are going out. Eating in or Chilis to Go can’t be beat.

Great! The margaritas were amazing! Luke's upbeat attitude was a breath of fresh air. His suggestions of the menu were very helpful service was quick all the employees were extremely polite and positive. I will be coming back here. The food also looked just like the menu and tasted great!
