    The worst location I have ever been to. It says they are open till 3:00am and Saturdays all night. We came around 1:30-am and saw workers inside but they would not respond and kept on hiding. This is the 3rd time we drive for 15 mins and are now being taken care of. Change the hours till the 10pm or shut down overall, the false advertising is really not it. Will not recommend this location to a single person i know.

    Not bad I’m just hard pressed to give any fast food restaurants over three stars, so a fast food three should be considered a regular restaurant 5.

    Be careful of your sauces.. I wanted and CRAVED cheese sticks!!! What the heck happened to the marina sauce?!?!? I was too mad to go back. The one late evening, I had received bad news.. and I really wanted cheese sticks.. this is what they gave me?!?!? The cheese sticks weren’t really great, and the sliders were cold.. but it took them well over 25 minutes for 2 sliders and cheese sticks.. and I was the only one in the drive thru.. so not cool!!! 😤

    I went to White Castle today. I haven't been there in a bit because of a bad past experience but they were on point today. LaShawna was great and the food was good. I'm happy I gave them a second chance.

    Horrible staff save for one kind young man (new) taking my order. I made a complaint to the managers and even called corporate to no avail. Door is locked for in store service. Wonder why that might be. This store sucks

    Fries were cold went in asked them to make fresh fries they did but my burgers were not how I ordered them which was extra sauce extra pickles didn't get either one and the burgers were cold and old. I am done with the White Castle in Homer Glen.

    Ordered online at 645 for a 730 pick up of a crave case. Got there at 745 just to make sure it was ready and it hadn't been started yet. Walked out the door just after 8. Management split this crew up. Too much talking and joking around.

    This location is exceptionally good.. We ordered from the drive-thru, and the food came extremely hot and well prepared. We ordered cheeseburgers, onion rings, and drinks. The buns on the cheeseburger were exceptionally soft. Nothing stale at all. The onion rings are your traditional white castle, which are unmatched by most anybody. The drive thru server was polite and friendly, which is always a plus. The outside parking lot was clean, and there was no debris. If you are in homer glen, you need to give this one a try definitely worth the stop for a quick bite to eat.

    I really love your sliders and your fish nibblers, but sadly I miss Tiffany and miss going there. I wish I could see you guys again. But last time I was there the service was good.

    Went there on Oct 6th at 2am after a long flight. All of the lights were on but, when I pulled up to the drive thru, no one answered for 5 minutes straight. I called out several times and nothing. Pulled up to the window and nobody was there either. When I looked inside, I didn't see a single soul. No idea what was going on, but that was an awful experience and I 100% won't be coming back.

    Waited 10 minutes to order while the sign says closed at 330pl on a Saturday. We are the one and only car in the drive up. After ordering, we were pulled up and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our order. Had it not been for our relatives desiring white castle, I would’ve left. It’s unreasonable for a small order to wait this long and no explanation when i asked

    Got medium vanilla milk shake they only filled it 70% maybe 75% full to the top so I guess every three milk shakes they get one free? 3.99 you would think they would fill it up

    Listen, I'm a true White Castle fan, however my three castles w/ extra ketchup and pickles was terrible on date 01/18/23. To me they appeared a bit under cooked (meat was too d@×n pinkish) I thought about turning my vehicle around and driving back to get my money or calling that Castle site store. However I let it go( like in the movie, Frozen) so today i threw away the rest of the burgers. But I really, really do hate to threw away good money I've spent on bad food purchases. If I ever visit this White Castle site again I'll be more watchful of my food prepareness at the time of it's presentation to me. I know a few people would tell me to stop crying over a few white Castle penny burgers. But money is not so easy to give away on food NOT USED to nourish my body. And I really didn't wanna get Ill on undercooked food.

    This place is great! It might be a tad slower than other locations, but that’s because they cook up the burgers fresh while you wait. They may also be short staffed, but the staff that works there hustles hard.

    My friend and I placed online orders (mine was 30 sliders and a smoothie) hers was 20 sliders…. The order was placed at 8:20pm we didn’t our food until 9:20pm we tried asking several times approx. how long it would take with no response aside from they are working on it… of all the time we were there. Several other customers came and left (mind you without their food since I assume they were also sick of waiting) my smoothie was straight liquid… it wasn’t a smoothie by the time we got it…

    I love our Valentine Day tradition at White Castle, but not at Homer Glen, IL location. It was our first time back since the pandemic. But it was my worst Valentine experience in the ten years we have been going to White Castle for this special event. AND SPECIAL IT WAS NOT!! Each year we try a new store for the annual Valentine dinner and this year was Homer Glen's turn. What a disappointment! I've seen small parties decorated better and more to a theme than this store was decorated. There was no Valentine fancy dinner ambiance. No dimmed lighting like other stores have done. Not even a photo area with a backdrop on the wall. So sadly, we didn’t take any pictures. No one greeted us at the door and the place was a shambles. It looked worse than a Chuck E Cheese on a bad night. Granted it was 8 o'clock, but still. After we waited for a table and finally sat ourselves, it was another 5-6 minutes before a "server" came to take our order. This person was an incompetent order taker and I had to repeat the order 3 times for each person (there were 4 of us). First thing we asked was if there were shakes available. He said yes. It was 8:30 and the shake machine closes at nine. By 8:55 we still had not received even our drinks and finally someone (I think he was the brightest one there) came out and asked us what our order was. We were a little agitated but we repeated it angrily and then he said " sorry, too late for shakes" the first item on our list. After that 2 other immature high schoolers came out to get the order and laughed when we were upset that it was taking so long for our order and how the error occurred. While waiting for our fast (ha-ha) food I asked for the manager whom I barely saw thru the big kitchen window. She came out, heard our story, gave an insincere apology and offered us some coupons. COUPONS?? as if I might come back. We finally got our meal, 45 minutes after ordering it, that was the only thing that replicated a fine dining experience, the wait! After we hungrily ate, but didn't enjoy, the brighter one came out seeing our disgust, comped our meal. Which was nice but didn’t change our unpleasant experience. I will return to White Castle next Valentine Day and thru-out the year, but NEVER AT THE HOMER GLEN location. Poor management!!

    Ordered large unsweetened tea, received sweet tea. The only other thing was cheese sticks, they gave them to me frozen. This is the 3rd time which is why I'm doing the review, the first couple of times I let it go.

    Took 20 min to get food bs of crave case. Got wrong food. When got home with food I he buns were sooo slimy that it felt like they were soaked in water. It was disgusting. Three high school boys with NO supervision is very bad business. People ahead of us said they hey got wrong order and had to wait super long to get correct order. Very disappointed, remember how the original white castle in bridgeview worked. This generation has no idea how to do two different things at once. But again three high school boys with no supervision, I blame management

    It's always packed..now I know why It's a shame. We can not get workers..we're have all the people gone...how can it be good or fresh when u can't and don't have enough people to man the stations to get it all done..I feel bad for them.

    This is the only fast food place open for miles after 1130 so it was not unexpected to have a lobg line. People are in a hurry after a long day at work and a little roudy. Food was hot and fresh. Tastes great. Good job to the team

    The worst grease dripping from the onion rings all thru the bag was soaked all way thru and all over my car and coat. Went back in and returned it. Can't even think of eating it a getting sick. Really never had a problem at White Castle before. I love be the Orland location but the Homer Glen is a huge disappointment!!

    Waited a total 30 minutes in line got up to the window and waited 15 minutes. The place was short staffed and my food wasn't worth eating, so cold. The lady was nice I felt sorry for her.

    There’s no way that there is a White Castle on this planet with slower service than this location, I’m the only vehicle in the drive thru as we speak and I’ve literally been here 10 minutes for 4 breakfast sliders! Terrible service and happens almost every time I’ve been here

    The worst. In 65 years of eating sliders, have never had such a bad experience. Rude window clerk. Cold food. I hate giving a bad review, but I am never going back. Too many other choices out there.

    I have never actually been treated with such disrespect. The guy responded multiple times with “is that all” even after we said the first thing in the order. We weren’t even finished with our order and the guy told us to pull up the the window, and then proceeded to let out of big SIGH when we finished at the window. The guy then proceeded to say in the worst tone when we pulled up that it was going to be a while and pull up to the next window and would not take any sauce requests. If I’m being honest minimum wage is way above what he is doing and he should be getting paid half of what he is getting paid because he lacks any source of work ethic. He ruined the entire experience and who knows when we’ll be back

    Ordered in app & prepaid for p/u@3:30 pm. Not a big order. Arrived 3:25 & waited 1/2hr in drive thru. 3 people clearly behind window talking doing nothing. Could see customers waiting inside with no worker at counter. Asked at window why delay, said only 2 working. B/S. Plus never followed my special request made in app & order was barely warm and greasy. Will not go to this place again.
