Burritoes were tasty and nice. Also gave me a very respectable quantity. Will definitely recommmend going here to anyone. I was also dazzled by the pulchritudinous customer service from the boy who served me. I think his name was Nathaniel. Tiffani was also helpful (but not really). Anyway I will definitely be coming back here again 👍

I roll up to my local zammies. Hard coupla hours of bball across the road, all I want is a burrito make my long day short!! Lights on , sweet open as usual. Roll up to the speaker. My boy says their closed 30 minutes early , WHAAATTT My heart dropped , shattered , sadness envelopes me. you arejoking. I've been getting burritos consistantly at this time. Yeah, done me wrong here, guys!! Absolute shambles 1 Star.

I was doing waiting for a delivery as a uber delivery and I had another food to be delivered. I was waiting for more then 20 min. One of the staff says one of the ingredients missing and they didn't tell me when I got there. That's not on. So i cancelled the delivery. You need to focus on your staff services.

After entering the drive-through, I was immediately met with poor service. The girl who took my order rushed through it and had to confirm it multiple times. Furthermore, I was not given my total at the pay window. Service was slow given that I had only ordered a small burrito, and it was quite obvious that she was too busy conversing with coworkers. The final product had been messily assembled to a very low standard. Will not be revisiting Zambrero Willetton.

Has been some incorrect item in the past. The last one was a big burrito that happened to have the meat missing. Unsure of how one of the main ingredients gets missed. This level of attention makes me wonder about the cleanliness!

Absolutely delicious and scrumptious burrito's were made for me at this god send of a food hub. Especially nice service from the young philipino man Nathaniel, what an absolute pleasure to meet this inspring youth! I loved the food here, would definitely come back for the assortment of different and delicious Mexican themed food!

Pretty decent service. The food was good, very filling and warm and at it made for a relaxing experience with the fairy lights and all. Maybe a bit too low light, you'd almost be concerned about where you were going.

Have ordered Uber eats with this store 3 times and without fail they completely butchered my order all 3 times. First time I ordered two bowls and they sent one burrito, the second time I got two completely different bowls to what I ordered and the last time they left out items from both bowls. Not sure if this is plain bad luck or shocking service. I’d recommend avoiding this store all together if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Went to zambreros tonight expecting an average experience, but I was truly astonished with the speed, expertise and friendliness of Sienna tonight. She took my order and had my food ready within minutes and it tasted just terrific. Will be back.

This place does the best zambreros. Other ones don’t match up. The staff here are so lovely and have the best customer service skills. The ingredients are always fresh. Love it!

Need to improve drive through service. Have heard they have forgotten about people sitting in drive through on multiple occasions. Took me 15 minutes before I could place my order today

Patient and caring service (I had a younger girl with brown eyes and brown hair). Dining area and food making looked cleaner than other zambreros and food was pretty decent. For a zambrero it’s a 5

I love the foods, I had a regular sized burrito costs $13-ish for my lunch and the portion was so generous that it kept me full for the whole day and night, the service was excellent, the cosy atmosphere was perfect for a dine-in 🌯💯🫰🏼

Found meat in vegetarian burrito. I’m not going back there ever. Worst zambrero. Even in my previous experience, these guys gives wrong orders 6 out of ten.

No details asked for my order in drive thru was guessing my sauce choice waited 10 mins at cash windows I guess workers drank invisibility potion this store off my list.

Store closed early, which meant we were sitting in the drive through at 9:50 (with all its lights on outside) and no one was serving us. Waited there for five minutes, proceed to drive all the way through and all lights were turned off. Saw an individual inside the store but unsure if they were an employee or not.

Ordered as Drive-Thru yesterday and had a poor experience. The girl taking the order at the speakerbox was very pushy and rushing me. Didn't understand what I was trying to order to. Everything I said and asked for, she repeated 2 to 3 times. All I wanted to order was two burritos and two drinks. Once I finished the second burrito order, she started to repeat my order (1x chicken burrito and 1x beef burrito) anyway... hadn't even got to ask for the two drinks. Once I said yes to the order being repeated, she told me to drive through. When I get to the window she whacks the pay thing out and I say "I wasn't done back there I want two drinks to" and got met with "oh ok" and she laughed. Ordered 1x chicken and 1x beef burrito. Only to realise once we are home that both were chicken. Despite the lady at the speaker box repeating the order back to me, and once at the window she asked again what two meats we wanted. I mean the food was yummy, but the customer service is dreadfully painful.

today at 950 i placed order of buritto it wasn’t properly prepared no sauce in that wasnt hot it was very cold very disappointed staff was in hurry of closing

Vast improvement over another Zambrero to the west! Clean tables inside, but it would be good if the outside tables received a wipe once in a while. Friendly staff who know what goes inside each burrito and they are well proportioned. Quick service as well. Some staff have trouble with the meal deal. It is worth checking your bill.
