Ist
we
had
been
calling
their
establishment
for
a
few
days.
They
seem
to
only
allow
making
reservations
online.
If
you
have
any
other
questions
you
have
to
go
there.
We
tried
calling
every
line.
Reservations,
business,
speak
to
a
team
member.
There
was
no
answer
on
either.
Finally,
I
called
Northbrook
to
ask
if
they
were
aware
of
Oakbrook
location
being
open.
The
gentleman
assured
me
they
were.
That's
why
we
went
instead
of
canceling
our
reservation.
A
couple
of
hours
before
we
were
to
arrive,
my
daughter
got
a
text
to
confirm
her
Monday
reservation
for
bowling.
Our
reservations
were
for
Saturday.
One
for
dinner
and
one
for
bowling.
Once
we
arrive,
they
see
the
error
that
was
made.
The
woman
tells
us
all
she
can
do
is
put
us
on
a
waiting
list
to
bowl
if
someone
cancels,
which
no
one
did.
The
manager
gave
us
free
complimentary
bowling
tickets
for
the
error.
We
are
seated
for
dinner.
Our
orders
are
taken.
The
starter
dish
was
delicious.
My
daughter
dish
was
good,
and
so
was
my
friend.
I
order
the
BBQ
ribs
to
fall
off
the
bone
tender
is
what
the
meun
describes.
When
my
order
comes
out,
the
ribs
are
very
dry.
I
waited
for
our
waiter
and
then
tried
to
call
for
a
couple
of
others
and
our
waiter,
and
I
was
ignored.
By
the
time
she
returned
to
our
table,
my
ribs
were
cold.
I
was
going
to
ask
for
some
sauce.
But
I
told
her
they
were
dry,
and
she
took
them
back,
and
they
sent
me
some
more.
They
weren't
dry,
but
they
weren't
good.
Later
on,
after
u
get
home,
I
end
up
with
an
upset
stomach
and
nauseous.
