I think the establishment is beautiful and the staff is nice, but I think they’re also overworked. I stopped in with my two children, my aunt & cousin arrived a few minutes before me and when I set at my table I set there for almost 15 minutes before someone came to greet me. Then they took the drink order saying our waiter would be over, but no one showed up. The lady finally came back with drinks and we sat for another 20 minutes. A larger party of about 20 plus came in and they were assigned about 5 waiters including the one that was working my table. I had to request for the wait bread for the table, I saw it brought out immediately for the larger party. I had to request my children’s appetizer that came along with their children’s meal. The food was okay, it tasted as if it set there for a minute to be brought out. The ceiling was also leaking on me and I told the wait staff she saw it and said hold on, by time she came back they were bringing out the food and I told her it’s too much now to move, again I had my two children with me. I still tipped $10 because I understand working in the restaurant industry, but it would’ve been more had my service been better. Again, they were nice but it was extremely chaotic. I don’t know who would get the tip because it was a few people flying past my table who would I guess say something after they saw me sitting there just looking around. I don’t know if it’s worth coming back if this is how service is.

The food at Pinstripes is phenomenal and addicting(ly) delicious 😋 Everything is fresh and top quality cooked, grilled and baked to perfection!! My ALL time favorite restaurant chain!!

So in all honesty, I’ve been wanting to come to Pinstripes for a long, long time. When I was able to get to have dinner in Oak Brook, I made sure we tried out Pinstripes. We only did dinner so I cannot review the entertainment portion. That may be something we explore in the future. In regards to service, our server was pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to keep my family happy. In regards to our meal, I thought the Prime Rib sandwich was good, but for the price point and portion, I wouldn’t get again. My daughters enjoyed the kids spaghetti, which was just spaghetti. The other members of the party enjoyed their salad and sandwich. I like how some of the team members help their colleagues out with running out food. However, like everywhere in the service industry, you can tell they’re suffering in staffing, which in turn hurts your processes and product. With that said, I wouldn’t blast this place because of it. I’ll give it another try, but their is definitely room for growth with this location.

The BEST food and drinks! Ambience was spectacular! They have a fire pit on the patio, but many different rooms to accommodate whatever mood you're in! The Staff is the BEST! Greeted right at the front door and so attentive! Management is the most AMAZING! The CEO will greet and say hello and has really taught the team about hospitality and service! Highly recommended! Whether for a date night, dinner with family, or hosting your work/company functions, meetings, private events, you will not go wrong with Pinstripes Oak Brook or any Pinstripes!

We had a Awesome Awesome Awesome time! We celbrated our moms birthday for sunday brunch and the manager came out to greet us and he was so gracious and super freindly! The food was excellent and the atmosphere was superb! Our family will be back again in 1 month!

Wonderful experience every time we visit I was there a couple weeks ago with my coworkers and we also went there yesterday with my friends before going to Drury Lane to see Evita! Christian is our favorite he is an amazing server and always looks out for us and our requests! The food and drinks are delicious. The place has a great vibe and so much to do… bowling, live music and the happy hour is unbeatable! Will be back soon!

Pinstripes is fun and the food is good. Their super salad is by far one of my fave salads anywhere. I give 4 stars because the bathrooms were bad and I don't think they manage the brunch well. Food was good, shrimp was a bit over-cooked, the bacon was greasier than you think bacon could be, but the rest of the brunch was good. The service was ok. The hosts need a bit more training. It was disorganized. When i did finally get to my table it took almost 15 min just to get water. Ugh. Pinstripes is fun, hands down. They just need to step up a few things.

A big thank you to Mimi! We had some miscommunication as to who was making the reservation. We were celebrating my sisters birthday. Needless to say, we did not have a reservation. Mimi and another hostess were able to accommodate us. Thank you ladies so very much!! Fiona was our server and she was fantastic. Great food and great service!

My Daughter had her Wedding Reception here on 9/17/23. What an awful experience. The waitstaff consisted of two teenagers who were to take drink orders & take care of The buffet. They were never around to take drink orders! The couple of orders they finally did take they could not remember what guest ordered it! HORRIBLE. The Buffet was a joke. I was one of the last people to go get food. When I went to the Buffet more than half the serving dishes were EMPTY! About 20 minutes later they finally refilled them! At that point people were done eating. RIDICULOUS! The bartender tried to tell my daughter and her husband that they had reached their bar tab. Really? There were about 50 guests. 16 of those guests were children! There were at least 20 people, including myself, that DID NOT DRINK. A HORRIBLE experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. What a HORRIBLE way to celebrate my Daughter's Wedding! WORST SERVICE EVER!

Our waiter Christian was on top of everything. He was quick and polite. We received great service with a smile. Everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere! All the servers were top notch!! I would definitely host another event in the future.

Pinstripes really knocked us out with their outstanding staff, food and bar menu. If not doing an activity, I highly recommend the lounge. The bar seating area is first come first served and happy hour specials from 3-6 pm really take the cake. Stopped in to catch the end of US Open match and gotta say, this was one of the best semi-fanals to watch. Our bartender were amazing, recommending lightning fast appetizers and quick with drinks. Tried the house pilsner made from one of my favorite Chicago breweries, Moody Tongue. The pour was crisp, clean and refreshing. Must try and quick to table appetizers were the Truffle fries and Calamari. Both got thumbs up for taste, crisp and sauce. The energy in the lounge is welcoming during events and would definitely return for happy hour. Beers, wines and cocktails are $5 and flatbread and apps are 1/2 off. Can't beat that with a bowling pin. This location is just outside of Oak Brook Mall and the parking lot gets packed. Best to park just outside the inner drive, which had plenty of spaces. Will definitely return to Pinstripes.

Great place to visit with friends or family from a weekend outing to an event. We were here close to 2 hours bowling and having dinner. The Chicken Caesar salad was filling. The Chicken Sandwich was delicious. The Chicken tenders were plentiful. The Mac and cheese was a great appetizer. Always a great time when we come. Their brunch on Sunday's is amazing.

We went here for Mothers Day brunch and it was amazing! We had a person in our party that had some difficulty walking and the manager was very accomodating and moved us closer to the buffet table. This was greatly appreciated!! They had a fantastic face painter and a great gentleman who made amazing balloon items/characters for the kids in our party. The food was hot, delicious and fresh! The service was amazing and because they were so accommodating, we added some additional $ to the tip. Best brunch we've been to in a long time and we will definitely go back! Thanks to Pinstripes for making our Mothers Day a great one!!

Great service and food. Also a wonderful atmosphere. My husband ordered the baby back Ribs and I had the Salmon and Vegetables and rice. I Just Love me some Him. Thankful 🥰💕🥰

Hands down the best place to take friends/family for an amazing private bowling experience. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. Also food and service is top notch. Miguel and Denise served us all night and were extremely prompt and patient with all the kids running around. Definitely will be returning!!!

Wife and I had another great brunch date! Bottomless mimosas along with the customer service was top notch! 👏🏽The steak was really tender and tastes much better than the pic.

Beautiful restaurant. Wasn't overly crowded. Nice waiters. Only reason for 4 stars is the water was warm and we asked for new cold water he brought us more warm water and didn't even offer ice.

Great pace to go out after work with the team. It’s also a great place to go with the family. Brunch on the weekends was great. We enjoy their bowling, bocce ball, and bar! The service is great and the food is good. They also have a nice outdoor patio and bar.

The reason for 3 is the service, everything else was great. The biscuits and gravy were ok, I would pass on them the next time but the chicken and waffles were amazing. We usually come here for events like Mother’s Day so there is a buffet and the buffet is really good. This time we were in the restaurant and it just took forever to get any service. Lots of people standing around.

Ist we had been calling their establishment for a few days. They seem to only allow making reservations online. If you have any other questions you have to go there. We tried calling every line. Reservations, business, speak to a team member. There was no answer on either. Finally, I called Northbrook to ask if they were aware of Oakbrook location being open. The gentleman assured me they were. That's why we went instead of canceling our reservation. A couple of hours before we were to arrive, my daughter got a text to confirm her Monday reservation for bowling. Our reservations were for Saturday. One for dinner and one for bowling. Once we arrive, they see the error that was made. The woman tells us all she can do is put us on a waiting list to bowl if someone cancels, which no one did. The manager gave us free complimentary bowling tickets for the error. We are seated for dinner. Our orders are taken. The starter dish was delicious. My daughter dish was good, and so was my friend. I order the BBQ ribs to fall off the bone tender is what the meun describes. When my order comes out, the ribs are very dry. I waited for our waiter and then tried to call for a couple of others and our waiter, and I was ignored. By the time she returned to our table, my ribs were cold. I was going to ask for some sauce. But I told her they were dry, and she took them back, and they sent me some more. They weren't dry, but they weren't good. Later on, after u get home, I end up with an upset stomach and nauseous.

I have been here several times and it does not disappoint. I do recommend that you make a reservation in advance. I love the ambiance and the service. All the dishes are very good and their bottomless mimosas on the weekends is a must

The risotto dish was a big hit. I had the super food salad. It was great. We ate out on the patio and the atmosphere was lovely.

We went for a wedding rehearsal dinner and fun after. Bowling and Bocce was great. Nice setup and staff was excellent and friendly.

I live across the street from Pinstripes, but hadn't been there before. I was looking for somewhere close where we could sit and relax with a cocktail and a good meal. Reviews were good and it appeared that there was no wait for a table. I was very surprised that it wasn't more crowded on a lovely summer Friday night. Interesting cocktails, but pricey, averaging around $13. Ordered calamari to start. One of the best I've had. We went with sandwiches- Grilled Chicken Club for me and Shaved Prime Rib for my husband. Both were very good. They came with parmesan fries which were nice and crispy. Service was very good. I'll definitely go back.

THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE UGLY. The Good: My salmon was cooked perfectly; our waiter was friendly; & my sister enjoyed her Cesar salad. The bruschetta was okay, but I've had better. The Bad: 1) Ordered BBQ wings for appetizer; should have requested the sauce on the side because the sauce hid the fact that wings weren't fresh; 2) my other sister ordered the gnocchi which was too thick & bland; 3) the bread which waiter claimed had just come out of the oven was hard. The Ugly: Over-priced & over-rated. I don't mind paying a lot for a meal but it has to be great. Might go again for brunch 'cause I believe in second chances.
