First review of a company ever! If you're considering JJ, then I suggest you take 3 minutes to read this. I am not the type of person that changes up her jewelry every day and cycles out different pieces. I am the person that wears the same staple pieces for years until one day I decide that its time for a change. I have ordered pieces from JJ twice now and I'm thrilled. The first order I placed about a year ago because I was on the hunt for the perfect pair of huggies that were interesting, didn't have any stones, and were a good price point. On recommendation from a friend, I chose a pair from JJ and haven't taken them off since I got them! This time I was looking for a necklace (have been for months now) because my husband got me a necklace with two small heart pendants and the original chain broke. Problem was, the rose gold heart was so small that neither end of any chain I already had fit through it. I had been trolling a bunch of places (new and old) for a new necklace and wasn't finding anything that excited me. I decided to go back to JJ since I was so pleased the first time and decided to get the mini disc necklace with my initial and the paw print studs (because why not). After I placed my order, I emailed customer service because I realized that for the necklace, there were 2 places to put an initial for engraving and I put an "S" in both and I REALLY did not want my necklace to say "SS". I explained the situation in my email and I heard back WITHIN THE HOUR from a lovely customer rep (shoutout Hayley) who said it was not a problem and she even asked me if I wanted a particular font for the letter (so it was more customized than I even anticipated!!). Shipping: the shipping info came in super quickly and said it would take about 4 weeks to arrive - okay no problem. Being the person I am, I refreshed the tracking info every day for a week and all of a sudden, the expected delivery date jumped up 10 days and I got my piece in about 2 weeks! Overall, I LOVE Jessica Jewellery and I will certainly be buying from them in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Pics of all my pieces mentioned for reference.
