We had taken many trips with GoGo and all the tours, as usual, are amazing. The tour guides worked hard to make sure every detail was taken care of. The local guides chosen were excellent, the hotels and meals were fabulous. I could not complain about anything because the tours we joined were so well organized and always exceed our expectations. I will continue to join GoGo as it is an excellent value and lots of fun too.

Just came back from a 13 days tour to Dubai and Maldives. It was everything I expected and more. Our tour guide was Terry and he really took care of us. He knows the places inside and out, gave us suggestions of how and where to take good pictures which is what I cared most while travelling. We ate in the one and only Armani Hotel, one seven star, one eight star hotel for lunch and one six star hotel and one Michelin restaurant for dinner. Food may not always fit my taste but the experience was priceless, now I have the bragging rights 🤪🤪🤪. Hotels we stayed were also rated highly on other travelling sites. Both Dubai and Maldives were beautiful and the itinerary was just right. Terry made sure we had enough time to explore on our own and all the ‘need to know’ were explained in detail. This is my sixth trip with Gogo and I look forward to join again.

We have just returned from this fantastic Eastern Europe trip. 6 countries in 12 days. Weather has been perfect. Hotels are excellent, particularly the prestigious Grand Hotel Zvon and Grand Hotel PUPP. Meals are good too. Our tour guide Stephen Wong is awesome. Energetic guy that can put a big group of 45 under control, amazing. Funny guy that can keep the group in high spirit all the time. All in all, this low profile tour company is doing a great job organizing tours all around the world with unbelievable prices and offers great service. Strongly recommended.

Our tour guide Bruno ( together with Boss Leo ) was very knowledgeable about the places we visited and provided us with excellent care every step of the way. I joined GoGo Tours Ltd. to Morocco in March 2018. The iteneries were well planned; tours guides were caring and knowledgeable; luxury hotels; delicious meals; comfortable bus; great shows... I enjoyed the trip very much and so satisfied with GoGo Tours Ltd. and will continue joining them. My next trip is the Russia Baltic 5 countries this year. I do not mind to fly (pay more money and spend more time)from New York to Toronto, Canada to start the trip, because it's worth! I am definitely recommend GoGo Tours Ltd. to all my friends and family.

They offer a good selections of well-guided tours, outstanding hotels, nice food and very well organized. Tour leaders are good, most of them,if not all. Staffs in the office are all friendly and knowledgeable. Have joined them 3 times( Eastern Europe, Swiss/France/Germany/Austria, and Greece) , no complaints, going on our 4th(Spain/Portugal) soon. I felt my money was well spent with Gogo. Keep it up!

My parents in law booked a vacation in May. Due to the pandemic, Portugal's border is closed and therefore the trip is cancelled. The company hasn't even organized for anything on their side, yet they deducted $300 per person for cancellation. If each tour group has 30 people, they've made $9000 for not having to do anything. This is unacceptable because it's no fault of us. All other major tour companies and airlines offers no fee return during this sensitive time. If we were to re-schedule it for another tour, they would still take $200 administration fee per person. While this is not directly related to the tours quality, it shows how they handle their clients should anything goes wrong. They don't care for your return business but only care about collecting every single bit of money while they can. We will NEVER advise anyone to book a tour with them again and will continue to leave reviews on every site possible. I would not hesitate to contact the media to expose this terrible business practice.

My husband and I have taken a number of trips with GoGo Tours in Richmond Hill, the recent ones being along the Silk Road+Tibet and Splendid Italy. Office staff was friendly and extremely helpful prior to departure while our tour guide Frank (on both occasions) went out of his way to provide a truly memorable experience. Accommodations were top-notch and the local restaurants we dined at were top-rated venues on Trip Advisor. I would highly recommend GoGo Tours to those who want to see the world while not wanting to be burdened with the grueling details of planning and research.

First time go to Switzerland, Germany,France and Austria by Go go Nice route Because going to Switzerland we had stayed for three day. Thanks Samson (Tourer guilder) to taking care of us . My mom just came back from her Morocco trip with Gojo Travel. Tour guide Tony is absolutely horrible, no consideration of the health and safety of the tourists. First of all, a fellow tourist was coughing non stop and doesn’t even have the decency to wear a mask. Being a tour guide, wouldn’t you take the lead of the group and ask that individual to wear a mask just in case it was COVID? Well, it turns out it was COVID and several individuals, including my mom, has contracted COVID and has now brought it home to us. (FYI, I now have contracted it because of your incompetence). I would never go back to this Tour agency and I would advise everyone to think twice about using this company.

We came bk from our Morocco tour. We loved how much we got to see and experience. But I wish the tour guide would respond to multiple inquiries of data card and internet situation from multiple customers in our WhatsApp group after it was created. So we got very expensive data card (C$35 for 1 G per data card but we were worried and desperate without any info fr tour guide) b4 the trip, only to find out that the airport store sold a 10G for 10Euro, plus there were wifi provided on the tour bus as well as all hotels. There was no initiation to inform tourists the weather/activities ahead so we could get our coats, long/short sleeves etc ready in the next few days and we had to pester at the end of each day. There were only minimal introduction or knowledge of local custom or sight-seeing info. Fortunately, the local guides were pretty good on most locations (so we gave extra tips for them). I understand that group was large and there were lots to take care, but one could make these simple sharing ahead so we could organize our luggages and wardrobe more appropriately for the activities/weather and for individual health reasons as most of us are seniors. While I do appreciate the wonderful hotel and meal arrangements, eating too late for us elderly is quite stressful I woke up with stomach issue every night. It's Ramadan but they somehow let us eat at 8 or after instead of at 7, right after the fast was over. The guide did listen to some of our requests to get bk to hotel earlier so we could enjoy the various beautiful resorts a bit more. He also tried to help us with our suitcases as he's much younger. I think with more experience in future, he could be a wonderful guide. The staff in the office could also exhibit more human side when they had to switch our dates of travel, instead of "it cost work for us too with these changes from airline". Well, isn't it part of your job to deal with these changes? Anyway, I do appreciate the tour on the whole, just that it's not up to the reputation Leo created in the past. I hope they take my constructive criticism to improve their attitude. Though I hesitate to use gogotour in future travel. Thank you

20220608 After two years of inactive due to the pandemic, I was able to signed up for a trip with Gogo to Turkey in April. I had a great time. The itinerary was well planned, both guides were knowledgable and did their utmost to serve us. It seems we were the only tour in many tourist spots. They were very careful making sure we stayed in our safe boundary and checking on us regularly on any health issues. Overall, I am glad to see Gogo is back on it’s feet and is leading again in the tour industry. Two years ago, I wrote .... "I am still with Gogo tour here in Calafate Argentina. With the service I received during the last couple of days I just have the urge to write and share my experience. It's my 7th trip with Gogo tour and every time it brought me fond memories and good friends. This one is of no exception. Their staffs are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Their tour itinerary, food accommodations are always well-planned. That is the reason why many of the fellow travelers I spoke to are repeat customers. I have no hesitation to recommend Gogo to any traveller, thank you Gogo for doing an excellent job."

Joined this company for almost 7 years. Feel like family. office staff, leader, guides are all very nice and professional. they might be $100 or $200 more than other companies. but they provide better hotels (most of them are 5*), better meals. I wish could join them again after this pandemic!!

My Recent Morocco tour experiences sharing: the tour leader is rude and his professionalism is not quite up to par. For some unknown reasons, he named calling me in public on two occasions. Honestly?! This spoiled my vacation mood. Plus the long bus rides from destination to destination was a bit annoying. When I came back home, I watched YouTube about all the spots I visited and I enjoyed it much more at a relaxed pace, and my knowledge about all those lovely places are enriched tremendously. Most of the places details and highlights are not told by the tour leader or the local guide!) The overall experience I got and remembered was ‘get on and off the bus, sleep, rush, be careful of your wallet etc’. I would say that It was exhausting and nerves wracking. Finally, I would say a good, nice and experienced tour leader can definitely make the trip more memorable. After all I have an opportunity to learn some valuable lessons (tolerance and patience and thankfulness) from this trip.

Today is the last day of our Portugal and Spain trip. The stars are mainly for our tour guide Tony. I just want to praise Tony. He not only arranges the schedules/itinerary properly and smooth, Tony is very knowledgeable and explains everything very clear and interesting, which make our trip very smooth and joyous Our bus driver George also provide great services.

We have just returned from a 12-day Turkey tour organized by GoGo. This is our first-time travelling with GoGo and we are very pleased with their performance. The tour guide Nicolas and the local guide (BB) worked closely with one another to make sure they followed the itinerary. All meals are provided and all the hotels are of 4 to 5 stars. The tour price is reasonable and it is competitive to similar tours offered by other tour providers. There were 45 people in our tour group, and there was nothing but praise from the tour members about the trip. Nicolas accompanied the tour to and from Turkey and he was attentive to the needs of the tour members throughout the trip. I will travel with GoGo again and I highly recommend them for you to consider.

Today is the last day of our 11 days Morocco tour. We are a high school alumni reunion group consisting of 46 “matured adults” who might require extra and special care at times. Our tour leader is Stephen Chan whom we have specially requested him to be our tour leader again since he led our group to Balkins in 2019. I would give a 10/10 on the quality and value of this tour in a heartbeat. We stayed at all 5 stars hotel wherever it was available. While Morocco cuisine might not excite everyone, we were still given the opportunity to explore different types of Moroccan cuisine; a very unique and special experience to all. The camel ride to watch sunset in the Sahara desert was definitely the signature and highlight of the tour. To say I highly recommend this is an understatement. Stephen looked after all 46 members so well and all of us had such wonderful memories from this activity, such an “once in a lifetime” eye opening experience one could ever imagine. All other sight seeing activities Go Go travel arranged for us were superb and excellent. Last but not least, on behalf of the entire group, I would like to express our utmost heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the exemplary leadership and professionalism Stephen Chan, our tour guide, has demonstrated throughout the trip. Although Stephen has sprained his ankle on the very first day, he was still there to resolve all issues and “hichups” in a timely and efficient manner. Stephen’s professionalism, knowledge of Morocco’s history & culture, patience and unconditional care for the group are commendable. This is the third tour we took with Go Go travel and we are already planning our next trip with them. We would highly recommend this Morocco tour to anyone who wants to have a once in a lifetime experience exploring this beautiful country. Our group would not consider any other travel agent as we are 110% satisfied with what Go Go travel has to offer.

Just came back from the trip to Italy. Our tour guides Leo & Jackie were professional even under certain stressful situations, and managed to arrive at a very acceptable resolution at the end. The only “downside” of this trip was the long bus rides, coupled with some fairly strenuous up/down hill walking. The meals were mostly good, but the accommodation provided was only slightly above average, but this is a “price one has to pay” for visiting some of the wonderful but out-of-the-way places and sights. Overall this was an enjoyable trip.

Just came back from (Oct. 15 to 25) Morocco tour. Was very impressed again with our tour leader Steve Chan, whom we enjoyed his leadership to Balkans in 2019. He is absolutely indispensable, attentive and with phenomenal professionalism. Have no hesitation to refer to our friends.

We had a great experience on a 11 days Morocco tour recently with our wonderful tour guide Stephen W. He was very detailed & responsible which made the trip more pleasant. I must say it was a very packed and tiring trip with long bus rides. Overall the food was as good as it could be consider we were in Africa. Thank you for your hard work Stephen!

We took part in the Dubai Maldives tour in Nov. 2023. It was overall a wonderful experience for us traveling the first time with GOGO. Food was exceptional throughout the trip and our tour guide Terry not only knowledgeable about the places on the itinerary, he also did a great job in keeping us safe and entertained. I have food allergy and my wife is a vegetarian, Terry always remembered to a make special arrangement with the restaurants along our journey to make sure we had the best food to eat. My wife was so touched seeing a birthday cake delivered to our table while dining at the Sofitel Obelisk. A great thanks to Terry of his best effort to make our trip both memorable and enjoyable. Our first impression with GoGo is a good one. Had we planned for the same trip ourselves, we could have ended up paying more. We’ll certainly be repeating with GoGo for more trips in the near future.

10/15 - 10/25 Morocco. GoGoTours organized this tour for our alumni group. The itinerary and arrangements were well planned. We were especially glad to have Steve Chan as our tour leader. He was organized and caring. Although most of our members are in their 70's, we all felt like youngsters when he was around. He successfully turned a good tour into a fun one and deserves 5 stars.
