Pretty authentic for gelato standards. We were on route from Italy, and having tasted many Italian gelatos, this does not pale in comparison! Pistacchio was super delicious, and the hazelnut flavour too was perfect, not too sweet or overcloying.

Yummmy!!!! Excellent taste!!!! Cool atmosphere and the staff too is very helpful and friendly.. understand English very well and very patient. Overall the best eiscafe in taste around the area. The coffee was so tasty. And even the icecream and waffles too.. lovely experience.

Delicious Yoghurt icecream with fruit of the fittest. And a lovely tasting limoncello from biolemons. Creamy, lemony, and a good warm feeling as it gildes into your stomach. Best waitress ever!

Excellent quality Italian ice cream served here at Heidelberg old city tourist area. Ordered two cups of ice cream. Peanut/coconut and almonds/coffee flavours. Paid about 7 euros.

Great Gelato. The flavors are well balanced and the taste is bright even in small bites. I recommend the Basil Zitrone.

It's actually the best ice cream I've ever had. My friend was telling me about this place, about how it's the best and she in no way lied. Super creamy and tasty. The atmosphere is great and the people are super friendly, I just gave them a 5€ tip along with my 11€ purchase. Totally worth it.

Very friendly staff and amazing ice cream 🍨. I’m a big ice cream fan (VEGAN) and you should try their hazelnut or pistachio ice….. this is way to good 🤤 …. Also dark chocolate…. Damn I’m getting cravings again 😂 guys just get ice and see how the magic works 👌🏽

First time trying gelato, and needless to say I was not disappointed. The two employees behind the counter were so friendly and helpful. My kids and I thought it was absolutely delicious.

When I became a vegan I was afraid of saying goodbye forever to a good IceCream... But I happily, I have had the pleasure too meet my this sweet and lovely Italian Ice cream place, in Germany, that have brought me back the taste of a good ice cream without nothing to envy to a traditional Ice cream. And it is not only the taste of the ice cream which is so sweet and amazing, the care given by the owners was at the same level, no wonder how they manage to make something as delightful

This eiscafé is amazing for glutenfree people. They serve glutenfree cones. They also ask if you are really allergic or not. I have celiac disease and they got icecream from a new batch so that it was safe. So the service was already 10/10. And the icecream was also very very good!

Very good ice cream and very helpful staff. Managed to find vegan and sugar-free ice cream which tasted amazing. There is a huge variety of normal ice cream, which were delicious per my family..

Can’t complain 😅😋paradise ice cream with dozens of choices , I did a mistake to try mango and fruit of the passion with testing the taste before and was disappointed by the acidity of both 😩 they should mention that it’s not sweet at all 👎 which is something unusual for sweet natural fruits , anyway, next time will certainly taste before choosing the flavor

Amazing selection of vegan ice creams! Big fan of their pistachio. Great service too. Note that the sign may be misleading. The “12” next to the vegan ice creams means there are 12 varieties (not that it costs 12 euros). A small cup was 1.70 euros. I’ll be returning soon! A great ice cream cafe in the heart of the old city. :)

Great service and simply the best original Italian ice-cream available north of the alps. No wonder Gianni won a world championship trophy for his first class creations (have a look inside the shop!). Together with his family he is a genuinely passionate gastronomer with a great sense for culture.

Picked this gelato cafe because it had the most people lined up out front. At €1.50 a scoop, the portion was gigantic. We tried lemon, cheesecake, and mint chocolate. All flavors were absolutely delicious. Best ice cream I've ever tasted!

Puro gelato is really best quality ice cream in the town. They have variety of ice creams and I always the intense flavours they offer. This time we enjoyed nougat and cappuccino flavours. We couldn’t resist the ice cream in this summer before we realised to take a picture as always 😂😂 Enjoy this place if you are around 😎
