There is no other place that makes you feel more welcomed than here, the atmosphere is amazing and the people are top notch, the coaches are second to none, from bullied children to troubled youth and everyone in between, you are welcomed with open arms and equal to all!! Muay Thai Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, Karate ,MMA who wouldn’t want to learn to defend yourself and It’s like a home away from home and a second family that’s got your back at all times! My son has enjoyed his 2 years at HTA! The staff are very knowledgeable and professional, the facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. Supportive, instructive atmosphere. There is a family atmosphere at this gym where everyone is helping and supporting each other and striving to make everyone better. Great classes. Great workouts and even better instructors. I love this place!

I started training at both locations. The instructors are all super knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. I was intimidated to start but, I’m very happy I joined Muay Thai and boxing classes. My 6 year old daughter also enjoys the classes!

I was looking for a community, and I found it. Between Lakeshore and Windsor, I can take multiple classes in one discipline or alternate for the whole MMA experience. The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly, making it a comfortable learning environment. I like that you can either train for fun or push yourself to compete. You have options, skilled & ranked trainers, and a community behind you to cheer you on. I just wish I had more time in the day to spend training.

My son joined HTA almost two years ago and it was the best decision i have ever made. Since he started I notice how much he has changed. Hes more open not afraid to stand up for himself, hes more confident in himself, and alot of people tell me of how great of a kid he is. At HTA they teach the kids discipline and it really shows in them. Signing my son for HTA was the best thing i did !!!! Plus the coaches are awesome 🤩

My kids have been members of HTA for six months now. They do both the Extreme Karate and Jujitsu classes and absolutely love going. The instructors are knowledgeable, great with kids and make it fun and exciting. It has also made a big improvement in their behaviour and school work and most of all we’ve had no recent bully issues. We are so grateful to HTA!

We have been with HTA for many years now! The hybrid training program has brought in so many great athletes, that our children now look up to and can enjoy the random class teachings with them.
