The staff , one guy in particular , is very difficult to deal with . Borderline harassing people . Makes working out in peace very difficult ! I have no problem with authority and I understand the employees have a job to do , but we all deserve to be treated with respect and fairly ! I’m not to confident addressing my concerns with the manager after reading the reviews , it’s just a shame this is the only gym close by . Be kind , respectful , and let’s all love each other

It's a good workout gym. They have plenty of cardio machines. I rarely had to do something else cause a machine I wanted was occupied. Reasonable pricing for the amenities it has.

Good gym but not sure why 90% of the people don’t put deodorant on. Smells bad in there .

Scammers. Don’t join this gym. They will try any possible way to take money from you. Very bad customer service. I will leave it soon and never join again. If there was something less than 1 star, I would’ve give it.

These are the only public bathrooms I’ll use, knowing it’s sanitary and always being cleaned. Also amazing staff, so friendly and nothing but amazing people in the gym as well. Made so many friends in this gym who are always there for me ❤️

Everything is good, except they need a place for water, I understand the business model.... and of course you can bring your water, unless you are coming directly after College or Work, and you finished your water bottle. Kudos for the massage chairs and hydro massage beds.

Great price for a fully stocked gym. Racks aren't so busy. Didn't see a water fountain so remember to bring a water bottle for serious lifting sessions!

Honestly when I first started my membership I was worried because of the bad reviews. However I am very glad I got a membership here, the staff have been absolutely amazing they say hi to me every morning and they're absolutely polite when I ask for anything. I feel like the majority of the bad reviews here are simply members who didn't follow the rules or just simply not nice people. I would recommend this gym to anybody looking for a cheap, easy to access, clean, convenient gym to workout at. My literal only complaint is they don't have showers.

Broken cables/machines are not fixed for weeks! A lot of machines are warped and don’t operate smoothly. They don’t replace carabiner clips for weeks. How come your own staff works out at the gym and fail to notice the roughness in the machines? Do some maintenance. Will probably cancel my membership.

The massage chairs are only available till 9:30PM. I mean i paid for them and the gym is 24*7. I should be using them whenever i want. They don’t mention this when u go for membership. Keep this in mind guys.

This gym is okay, it needs a better layout for sure. It is basically one big room that can be awkward to maneuver around or avoid people (if you’re into that). I wish they could set up a couple of utility rooms/areas. Also there’s only 2 free bar squat racks :(. But overall clean, and has all the standard machines.

3 star only because im used to planet fitness where im allowed to bring in a friend when I workout. It keeps me motivated. Only going to this gym because it's close to where I live.

With great membership pricing, a convenient location and workout equipment for all workout needs Fit4Less at the Ambassador Plaza is a wonderful addition to the community. If you feel like treating yourself to a massage from time to time be sure to upgrade to the black card and get access to the pleasurable massage chairs and beds.

This gym have only have one cable machine to workout people are waiting for their turn it’s annoying plus there is no WIFI and water fountain it’s weird though they’re are charging $50annual fee plus the membership you want. On the other hand you will find everything in planet fitness. I choose this gym only because it’s close to my house or else i would never joined it.

I got my membership roughly July 2022 and I really like this place. A couple days ago I forgot to leave my sunglasses in my car and realized if I left I wouldn't be able to swipe back in so I put them on a shelf in the open. THEN I left them there by accident. The following day went for my workout and really hoped no one took them and they were there! It definitely ups your faith in humanity in those small moments. ALSO, upon entering the gym there was a repair man fixing machines and staff members were mopping and cleaning the mirrors etc. They really do a great job keeping it clean. The only downfall is it madness trying to workout between 4-7pm. Way too many people texting while sitting on machines and basically monopolizing benches, machines, workout spacing etc. Some will even use a bench to hold their keys and cell phones. Members can be really inconsiderate that way.

Corporate NEEDS TO KNOW, THAT YOUR EMPLOYEE "CHRIS" At the Huron Church location is BY FARRRR THE HARDEST WORKING INDIVIDUAL I'VE EVER SEEN AT A GYM!! (I used to be a trainer at the Lifestyles on Dougall) and NONE OF US EVER CLEANED AS HARD AS CHRIS DOES. HE LITERALLY GETS DOWN ON HIS KNEES TO WIPE THE BOLTS OF THE MACHINES. YOU DON'T SEE ANYONE WORKING THAT HARD THESE DAYS AND IT NEEDS TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED! PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE (Sorry I don't know his last name, I got his name from the manager) IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE COMMENT, PLEASE GIVE "DREW AND JOSH" THE SAME GRATITUDE BECAUSE THE THREE OF THEM MAKE THE GYM A TRUE JOY TO ATTEND. THEY SMILE AND GREET EVERYONE WHO COMES IN AND THEY KEEP THE PLACE SPOTLESS! EVERYONE AT THAT PLACE GETS TWO THUMBS UP FROM ME! TRULY GREAT JOB!

Possibly the worst F4L in Windsor. No water fountains(???) no black card area making it absolutely useless to upgrade unless you want a mediocre massage during staffed hours only, and only 2 squat racks for the whole gym accessible to those who do t have a black card.

The service and accommodation made by the staff is above and beyond always a clean, organized and motivating atmosphere! Thank you for all that you do! It doesn’t go unnoticed 🙏🏽🫶🏽🙌🏽

the facility is always clean. most of the staff are super friendly. the tanning beds and tv's are great although im positive we could do without the news ( last thing i wanna see while working out- is trudeau ) 😒. id recommend wiping down equipment before AND after use because its heavily populated by students who neglect the rules of cleaning up after themselves ...... as for charges.... taking out that extra charge right after christmas... is a biotch move... also in the hour i was at the gym 8 people searched for assistance... this whole no staff thing is rejected. do better mr evans

Pleasant club, open 247, clean and maintained. The personnel are nice and efficient. The only real drawback is lack of water fountains

Coming to the gym for sometime now. Usually for some resistance training and cardio. Plenty of treadmills, weights, and other equipment available for the members. For those who like constant hydration, make sure to bring your own water bottle. :)

Gym doesn’t have a water fountain which is a big safety concern and goes against the safety act. Workers do a good job at keeping the facility clean regularly.

Friendly staff it just gets way too busy after 5 pm, so I recommend morning workouts

Friendly staff and the place is quiet in the morning. equipments are what i am looking for. location is good and i can do my grocery on the same day. parking is always available. nothing to complain about.

This location does not have the black card weight room available which is disappointing, but overall it’s a good gym.

The biggest issue with this gym is the smell. This gym does not enforce any rules against people not wearing deodorant. Almost 80% of the people in this gym don't wear deodorant. It's honestly running the experience. Imagine working out and a sweaty guy next to you is shoulder pressing wearing a tank top. And the stench of his pits are just penetrating your senses. It's absolutely ridiculous that we have to deal with this. This is a serious issue and I will be cancelling. People need to follow suite and cancel their membership till they force these dirty people to wear deodorant !

Easily the worst Fit4Less in the city. No water fountains??? Really bad equipment selection, stuff is broken half the time for months on end, and there’s no section for black card members. Both of the other locations in Windsor have this one beat in almost every category. Get with the program Huron.
