Three big chain jewelry stores told me they couldn’t fix my ring, one even took it for 3 weeks and then gave it back and told me no. I brought it to G & G Jewelry and not only does it not even look like it was ever broken, it’s shinier than the day my dad bought it for me 13 years ago, and they did it for a fair price. I really appreciate them and recommend them over big name stores any day.

Visited in from Detroit a few weeks ago. Came here to check out the coins and was helped by Adrian! He helped us find coins that we wanted to purchase and left with a lot! Also noticed the walls with all the second hand jewelry being sold at quite cheap prices! We will surely be back soon.

Went to get my watch resized, service was fabulous and efficient. Good value for money.

Came in for a quick repair. The one lady I talked with (Don’t remember her name) was nice and got right to work. I had forget to mention something about my repair and asked a gentleman and woman on the sidelines about the simple request of my repair. In response I received an unwarranted and passive aggressive comment. Extremely unnecessary compared to my genuine request.

I am absolutely happy with the professional services here at G&G Jewelry. I custom made a moonstone pendant for myself and a wedding band for my fiancé. Both items are gorgeous and in high quality. Trish assisted me from beginning till the end, it was such a pleasant experience. Definitely recommended!

I was amazed at the professionalism, service, friendliness, quality of work, and reasonableness of price of G&G. After investigating a number of online and in-person jewellers (in Canada and the US) for an engagement ring, G&G came out as clearly the best option for the quality and price: the diamond they had for me was better quality than that offered by other jewellers, at a better price (and the diamond is Canadian and even the ring is made entirely in Canada)! I was not expecting to get a product of such quality at my budget point. Trisha was enormously helpful and guided me through the process of making various specifications on the project and understanding every step. My now fiancee absolutely loves her ring, as does everyone else who sees it—nothing but compliments! We went for a simple, elegant, and classic style. I cannot recommend G&G enough!

Adrian was really helpful and friendly. He was so friendly that I almost asked Adrian out for coffee, lol . I still might . Fair and honest people who are passionate about what they do . No pressure, I sold some gold .they offer you can say no if you're unhappy personally. I'm tired of gold I don't wear, and I lost my father, so a piece or two belonged to him . I'll definitely go back in to browse when I'm interested in buying myself another ring. There are a lot of unique and interesting rings 💍brooches etc to look at plus coins n neat vintage jewelry, too. Bought in this shop gold coin. Went home and noticed it was some stamping defect. I went back to the shop and asked for money back. No question asked I had no problem to get my money. Very good and friendly shop's stuff a specially older gentleman, probably owner.

Was a bit disappointed. They charge the most in town for bullion and offer you the lowest in town aswell. Would not recommend.
