I bought an engagement ring for my fiancee where it was custom made. The process was simple and the interaction between the staff member and myself to create this special ring was just phenomenal. I had some issues with my ring. It was only 6 years old. The owner sent it back to the manufacturers to be rebuilt. Incredible customer service and the ring is fabulous! No charge to me. Very impressed with this.

I always appreciate the beautiful selection of jewellery and the helpful staff. I went in to get my wedding band sized because it was loose on my finger, and also needed to get some gold chains and pendants tested for quality. I was taken care of right away and they polished the ring after it was sized. I never leave here dissatisfied!

Visited the store 3 times before finally deciding on an Oris Great Barrier Reef. Unpretentious service and everybody in the store was helpful- visiting 3 times it was hard to time the same salesperson. Tony was the one who really persuaded me on the watch. She had a good knowledge and gave me other options to look at. I had checked the other Big Name local jeweller but the product and service sold me. I will continue to shop here first for any jewellery needs.

Purchased my husband a Bulova Watch for our anniversary here. Good customer service. Was not impressed with the fact that I purchased a Shinola watch for him 4 yrs prior and they couldn't pull up my name. So if he wanted to bring his watch back for a battery which Shinola is supposed to be lifetime warranty they may tell him he could not get a free battery. I feel my record of that purchase should be on file longer.

I went to Precision Jewelers to have engraving done on three religious items which I intended to present as a gift to a family member for a special occasion. Although Precision does in-house engraving, these items needed to be sent out to a company that they use for specialized or intricate work. Zac helped me through the process, ensured that the engraving was done exactly as I specified, and accommodated my schedule for completion of the job. He was very patient, he kept me informed of the progress, and he made sure everything was taken care of properly. Started off as a decent experience back in the spring however went down hill quickly. I was attempting to find an uncommon stone or something similar for an engagement ring. However the sales associate tried selling me something that was maybe a 60%-70% Match color wise but a completely different cut than what I was trying to recreate.( I wanted round and this had a lot of edges). Nevertheless I was told that with a deposit the could hold the stone for the weekend while I think on it. Over the weekend I found exactly what I was looking for that I knew my fiancé would want. When I went in to get my deposit back I was told it’s non-refundable. That would’ve been fine if I knew ahead of time however no associate even hinted to that was the case. I was led to believe this was to hold the stone they had shipped in while I thought on it. No work was done to create the ring. When I expressed my concern that no one educated me on the process or let me know that this would be non refundable, the response was “we don’t have time to explain that at checkout”. Among many other concerns, what started out as a decent start turned out to be very disappointing for me.
