Very professional, polite and prompt! I know that I can text and he will come, we flooded twice in the two 100 year storms and he fixed my treadmill, and elliptical! Treadmill broke while training for a half marathon he fixed it quick!!! When I need anything, be it my treadmill, elliptical or cable machine, he is there fixing it up!!
