First
of
all,
I
would
like
to
point
out
that
everything
corresponds
to
my
personal
opinion.
I'll
start
with
a
few
basic
things.
The
studio
is
always
clean
and
cleaned
regularly,
the
devices
all
work
and
so
does
other
equipment.
There
is
a
snack
machine
in
the
studio
that
occasionally
has
good
offers,
but
the
prices
are
otherwise
okay.
There
is
enough
cardio
equipment
and
the
studio
is
rarely
overloaded.
Unfortunately,
the
toilets
are
located
in
front
of
the
entrance
to
the
studio,
so
you
always
have
to
go
out
with
your
cell
phone
and
check
in
again.
The
app
that
is
advertised,
which
shows
the
studio's
occupancy,
is
unfortunately
somewhat
inaccurate.
Since
it
is
displayed
there,
even
at
peak
times,
that
the
studio
is
not
very
busy,
which
perhaps
refers
to
the
number
of
visitors,
but
does
not
take
the
size
of
the
studio
into
account.
I
had
spoken
to
the
owner
on
the
phone
beforehand
because
I
wanted
to
know
exactly
how
the
trial
training
was
going.
I
also
find
it
quite
questionable
that
the
trial
training
costs
€10,
since
after
all
you
don't
buy
a
car
without
driving
it
first.
The
owner
also
told
me
that
he
conducts
an
annual
survey
in
which
he
responds
to
members'
wishes.
For
me
personally,
that
was
a
very
strong
argument
for
concluding
the
contract.
Now
the
question
came
about
suggestions,
I
sent
an
email
with
suggestions
and
requests
from
myself,
but
there
was
only
a
very
unprofessional
answer.
In
addition,
the
studio's
subscription
model
is
questionable
because,
for
example,
with
a
one-year
contract,
the
contract
is
only
extended
for
one
month
after
that
year
and
the
costs
then
increase
by
€20
per
month.
This
means
you
are
actually
forced
to
cancel,
sign
a
new
contract,
accept
any
increased
membership
fees
and
pay
any
registration
and
service
fees
again.
The
registration
fees
also
include
costs
for
a
“starter
package”.
This
one
still
has
me
wondering
what
it
entails.
The
temperature
in
the
studio
is
always
extremely
high
in
summer.
In
the
picture
the
outside
temperature
was
18
degrees
Celsius.
There
is
no
drink
dispenser,
so
remember
to
bring
your
own
drink.
EDIT
January
16,
2024:
Dear
Eckhard,
I
don't
know
about
people
my
age
here.
Thank
you
for
respecting
data
protection
and
deleting
my
member
data
after
I
left.
Now
to
the
points:
-Member
app
It
may
be
that
the
app
is
set
to
the
studio,
but
my
experiences
were
different
and
I
can't
say
anything
more
about
it.
-Day
use
Everyone
has
to
decide
for
themselves
whether
that
is
fair.
Other
studios
generally
do
not
charge
any
money
for
a
trial
session.
-Member
wishes
and
change
I
was
registered
there
for
a
year
and
there
were
no
implemented
changes
during
that
time.
Only
the
entrance
area
has
been
changed
a
bit,
which
I
wouldn't
see
as
a
change,
as
it's
just
about
the
training
options.
-Absurd
wishes
I
have
made
suggestions
to
make
wishes
possible.
I
only
listed
devices
that,
as
far
as
I
remember,
were
not
used.
The
metal
handles
for
a
cable
tower
would
actually
have
made
sense,
as
I
broke
a
normal
fabric
handle
myself.
-Cheap
extension
"Extension
interval
1
month
at
20€/month
more"
In
my
opinion,
a
cheap
extension
at
a
normal
monthly
price
of
€35.00
looks
different.
-Starter
package
Then
I
must
have
overlooked
it.
-"Natural
temperature
changes"
High
temperatures
are
quite
normal
in
summer,
which
is
perfectly
fine
if
you
could
at
least
open
the
windows
wide
enough
for
air
to
blow
through.
There
is
an
air
conditioning
system,
but
it
is
of
the
size
needed
to
cool
a
hotel
room
and
I
am
not
sure
whether
it
was
even
switched
on.
But
I
would
like
to
be
corrected
on
that.
-Drinks
vending
machine
Drinks
machine
(chargeable)
≠
drinks
dispenser
