I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work you do at Prenatal Fit. I started coming to your studio at 4 weeks of my pregnancy to prepare my body and mind for labor. I was not a yoga person but you and your colleagues helped me get more comfortable with it, prepare for labor, and embrace all the changes I was going through . In addition there is a wonder community formed, felt comforting talking with other pregnant ladies or postpartum. On March 4 after 17 h of labor I gave birth to my daughter after just 1 hour of pushing, this was my first pregnancy so I believe attending prenatal yoga helped speeding up the process. I will definitely recommend your classes to my friends and take it in consideration in future. Thank you

Incredible prenatal studio! It's not just a gym, it's a community. Highly recommended for any mom or mom-to-be! You're welcome at any stage of your pregnancy! They provide you with different levels during exercises, so you can cater it to your body. They even share little tips for labor during yoga. They offer lots of amazing events and workshops in the studio as well! All at the same place

This has been such an amazing place not only to stretch and get limber for labor but Adina does a great job of building a community. There are so many moms-to-be that I’ve met. It is such a unique time in my life and prenatal fit makes it even that much more special.

Small class sizes, friendly classmates and wonderful teachers! This has been an excellent resource both pre- and postnatal, from classes that are designed to be safe for pregnant women to workshops to learn about topics that are important to me (infant CPR, pelvic floor rehab, infant massage, and many more). Additionally the community built of women going through the same experience as you has been an amazing resource to have going through this big life changing event.

The studio has been the best choice for my health, staying out of the bed during winter and building community. Everybody is super nice there, they have a great variety of classes and the teachers are awesome! I recommend it 100%!

This place has brought me so much joy during and after my pregnancy! I used to attend the fitness and yoga classes while I was pregnant, which helped a lot with the aches and tension in my body. I went back as soon as I got my 6 week check-up and attended the Mommy & Me classes with my baby. There is a wide range of different classes from chilled out yoga to more sporty fitness/bootcamp, so there is definitely something for everyone. The Mommy & Me classes have been a brilliant form of stimulation for my baby and I have met some great Mom friends there too! The owner of the gym has a lot of knowledge about motherhood, fitness and the other teachers are amazing too. There are also specific workshops you can attend with external providers who are specialized in their field (lactation, pelvic recovery, etc). I will really miss this place once my Maternity Leave is over, but the good thing is there are classes every single day, so I will keep going on weekends!

This has been a review I’ve need to write for so long! Adina and team were amazing during both my pregnancies. I learned just how strong prenatal mamas can be. This gym also introduced me to a community of other moms with babies around the same age as mine. That was so valuable during those first sleepless weeks. And as our babies grew older, we continued to be strong together with the cardio, strength training, and yoga…all with babies in tow. I can’t say enough good about this gym and neighborhood resource! And Adina gives amazing prenatal massages too!

Prenatal Fit was a lifesaver during my pregnancy. I’m usually a very active person and their workout classes helped me stay active and still safe throughout my pregnancy. I enjoy that there are a variety of classes including yoga, Pilates, and cardio/weights. An added benefit is becoming part of a really great community of women. I recommend prenatal fit to all of my pregnant friends!

We love the mommy and me baby classes. There is such a variety in class offerings, and Adina always provides modifications if needed. My baby tends to be very vocal and roll during class, so I was a bit nervous bringing her at first, but everyone is very understanding and happy to see babies enjoying the class. I also love the virtual option - it provides a lot of flexibility and the same great instruction. Such fun classes!

As a yoga teacher & lifelong student I really value the wide range of classes offered here. I feel its important to listen to our bodies but also give ourselves a chance to try something new! I love the healing opportunities of pre/postnatal massage and monthly workshops to help women, families and new moms connect!

I love prenatal Fitness ❤️ Adina and her coaches are so lovely and very helpful. It’s fun to join their prenatal and post classes. Very professional. Also the weekend special classes are fun to join and also her massages are amazing. It’s a whole community and not just a gym. I am 8 month postpartum and still love to attend her classes. Even in this difficult times Adina has set up virtual classes and it’s so professional and amazing to stay connected with her and the community and continue the exercise from home. Big thanks to the team for supporting me during and after my pregnancy 🙏🏼❤️

PrenatalFit was my inspiration for prenatal workouts and now postnatal ones. Here you are surrounded by women that you relate to and work out with, women who have similar challenges and need fitness adjustments to accommodate changing bodies.

The instructors are all amazing and very knowledgeable with getting our bodies ready for the big push day! This gym is a great place to go during your pregnancy and after! I went to Prenatal Fit when I was pregnant and did yoga throughout my second and third trimester. After baby arrived we did some yoga and the Mommy and Me carrier class. Being around folks who were in a similar situation brought me comfort and understanding about the changes occurring. All of the instructors are warm and thoughtful.

I love Prenatal Fit! I joined when I was 11 weeks pregnant and quickly found myself really looking forward to the classes - this is the most fun I have ever had working out! Adina, the owner, creates a really relaxed, friendly atmosphere and combines good music with just the right amount of chat to somehow keep you entertained while making sure you get a great workout. I was thrilled that I was able to keep working out until the day I went into labor and had a surprisingly quick recovery after my c-section (my third). I couldn’t wait to get back to Adina’s classes and am now six months postpartum - feeling fit, strong and so grateful for this place!

I came to the studio when I was 3 month pregnant and kept coming back 4 times a week for the remaining months until delivery and then for a few more months after. Dear PrenatalFit owner and instructors, thank you so much for the last 15 months. You have made a significant impact on my pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. You all put a lot of energy, positiveness, and warmth into PrenatalFit and it comes through and makes this place very special. I also had two massages with Adina, the owner at PrenatalFit which helped enormously with the acute hip pain I was having during the pregnancy. I highly recommend PrenatalFit to anyone pregnant.

The birth of my baby was such a positive experience, and I know so much of that is due to the mind and body work that I did at Prenatal Fit. I enjoyed the variety of fitness classes offered and found them all educational and empowering. I’m so grateful for all the support at such a special time in my life. Thank you!!

I love all of the classes!! My favorites are the cardio fit, yoga and barre. The classes are fun, you feel challenged but safe because you know they are being led with pregnancy in mind. I did all of the breastfeeding basics, bringing home baby, and preparing for childbirth workshops. These were life changing. Adina makes sure to give you great gems during the actual workout classes but the workshops were fantastic at giving you as much information as possible to help you feel prepared. My husband really valued them, they gave him an idea of how to help me during labor and be an advocate when I needed him most. The breastfeeding basics gave him so many ideas on how to support me, he still does so many things from this class today 7 months later. The best thing Adina has given me is a community and an amazing support system. She herself is my friend now, and she will personally text you to encourage you to come to classes or send pictures/answer questions. She encourages connections everywhere and provides a space for all. I have close friends now from prenatal fit. I am still going 7 months later and will be here for every pre/post baby experience moving forward!

Every mom-to-be should be in these classes! The staff is amazing, the classes are challenging but good for growing/postpartum mamas, and the environment is clean and safe. Heck, I never really want to go back to my "normal gym".

Love Prenatal Fit. I started late well into my third trimester. Adina is great at modifying for where you are in your pregnancy to make sure you don’t get hurt. I highly recommend. It’s better than an online course as you get to meet mommas either online or in person!

I went to Prenatal Fit during my pregnancy which kept me healthy throughout pregnancy, strong through labor and delivery, and have recently restarted the virtual classes postpartum to help me get back in shape. Adina is great as well as all of the other instructors who know exactly what exercises we should and shouldn't be doing throughout pregnancy and are always able to provide modifications if needed. The gym also provides a great community of women at all different stages of pregnancy, which was very helpful for me during my first pregnancy. I highly recommend this gym for anyone who is pre- or post-natal!

I joined Prenatal Fit when I was about 7 weeks pregnant and have been going there regularly ever since. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The classes and teachers are amazing. I get a great workout in every time I go and feel awesome at the end of each class. The owner, Adina, really gets to know all the members and is really personally invested in them. It makes you feel so welcomed and like you have a whole other resource to turn to for the duration of your pregnancy. It's also a great way to meet and bond with other women who are going through what you are. I love love love this place and am so glad I found it. If you're looking for somewhere to help keep you in shape and support you through your pregnancy, this is the place!

Everything about Prenatal Fit is awesome. I participated in a couple of virtual fitness/dance classes yesterday. The proprietor/leader of this establishment, Adina Rosenberg, gave it her all to make me feel so welcome and comfortable. The instructors were amazing - great choreography as well as enthusiasm, encouragement and fun! I had a great time !

I am so happy to have joined this community and workout with fellow pregnant ladies! Adina and all other trainers are super-friendly. They make you feel comfortable and energetic. They also challenge you with different levels of workout so you can work around what works best for your body. I am excited to continue the rest of my pregnancy at this fitness club to keep me motivated and feel content. Thanks, Adina!

Such a great local fitness community for moms and moms-to-be! Adina is very knowledgeable about prenatal exercise and all of the teachers are supportive and encouraging. I would recommend Prenatal Fit to anyone looking to continue their fitness routine without the worry of what modifications they need to make in other group classes.

Love Adina and her classes! I heard about this place from a friend and decided to give it a try. I came here during third trimester for prenatal workout and now I'm back again for postpartum workout! It's inspiring to see other moms working hard, keeping fit, and staying energetic. It's more than a gym or studio. This is a supportive community!

Prenatal Fit truly helped me as a new mom during the pandemic. Adina, the owner does an amazing job of creating a sense of community even when remote! I've done workout classes in zoom, her stroller bootcamp in the park and treated myself to one of her massages. Adina gave me the best massage I ever had! It was just what I needed to de-stress in a challenging time with a lot of competing priorities. Highly recommend!

I started taking Prenatal yoga classes here at 26 weeks with my first. Wish I had come earlier in the pregnancy! The prenatal yoga was perfect not only for making sure I stayed comfortable physically throughout the pregnancy but also mentally preparing me for labor and delivery. Adina gave guidance throughout class that came in handy when it came time for the big delivery day. Highly recommend for prenatal fitness and will be returning for postnatal recovery!

I cannot say enough about how positive of an experience I had with Prenatal Fit throughout my pregnancy. I was looking for a place that would ensure my workouts were safe and I got so much more! Adina (who owns the gym) was so sweet and nurturing from the beginning and makes a point to learn everyone’s name and create a real community. Not only did I feel like I was able to stay in shape throughout my pregnancy but it was so nice to know there was a place to take care of myself where everyone else was going through the same experience. After my delivery it was great to be able to come back and take classes with my baby throughout my maternity leave. The Mommy and Me yoga was such a fun way to bond. Thank you for everything Adina!

Great prenatal studio! I have been looking for more options than just one class at EBC and here you get plenty! From prenatal yoga to barre chisel and cardio, plenty to choose from. Adina is a shining star and you will be taken care of! And you learn so many great tools to utilize when it’s time!

Prenatal Fit was my best choice during pregnancy. It is more than a gym, it is a community, where everyone is going through or has been through what you are going through. I was able to continue my healthy routine knowing that my baby was safe. And for me the highlight is Adina, owner and teacher of the studio. Besides being an excellent teacher, she welcomes us and teaches everything we need about prenatal, birth and postnatal. I felt very welcomed and I will definitely continue my postnatal care there.

Best thing that happened to me during my pregnancy ! Love love this studio and I've enjoyed every single class. The space is so clean and warm and follows very strict COVID protocols( Masking/distancing). The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The tips/tricks i learnt in the classes helped with a very smooth Labour & Delivery process. Also, I've made some great friends with other new moms and I can't recommend this place enough! Pro tip: Sign up for the prenatal massage with Adina as well!

I was so fortunate to find this amazing place during the last months of my pregnancy. It boosted my energy, self-esteem and optimism for the upcoming birthing experience so much! I started getting very lazy and depressed prior to meeting Adina, but her awesome personality, endless support and encouragement is trully magical! I feel better than ever in my life physically and emotionally being just one week before my delivery and its all thanks to this place! It has this powerful aura in the place itself that makes you happy. I highly recommend Prenatal Fit yoga classes. Best place in Chicago to connect your soul and body!

  • 5/5 Deanna K. 9 months ago on Google • 1 review
Informative, interactive birthing classes taught by experienced professionals - My spouse and I have done both the Rush birthing class and the birthing classes offered at prenatal fit and the ones at prenatal fit are much more interactive and customized. The class sizes are small so you can have all of your questions answered and get hands on experience and practice. Best of all it increased our confidence in the birthing process - my spouse in particular feels like this was the only class that really gave him an opportunity to understand what goes on during labor and delivery and what his role in that process was. I also do the fitness classes which have really improved my physical and mental wellbeing during the third trimester. Update: After giving birth, the daily toll of postpartum life really requires moms to be in good shape! The fitness classes that I took for my third trimester have really helped with postpartum recovery and carrying our little one all over the house.

Prenatal fit was a lifesaver for me ! I would not have survived my pregnancy without it :) Not only did the classes help me feel physically strong throughout my pregnancy and childbirth, the warm and welcoming environment also helped me embrace and celebrate my pregnancy. I’m so grateful for Parental Fit, Adina (the owner) and the community she created. I look forward to every class - I can’t recommend it enough!!!

Prenatal Fit was a highlight of my pregnancy! My favorites were prenatal yoga, yoga sculpt, and pilates - there's a good mix of high- and low-energy classes. I appreciated the flexibility of in-person and virtual classes. Adina keeps energy high in classes, and stays in touch (as much as you want) to keep students motivated. Lastly, going here gave me a sense of community with other moms-to-be.
