I took out a couple of young adults to try out Bp’s famous beverage in a fish bowl but unfortunately were served regular beer glasses much to their disappointment. The explanation given by the server was the restaurant did not have any, and that they were stolen. This sounded a tad fishy (pardon the pun), but this would’ve been a great first time experience for the two young adults (son and niece), but it wasn’t. So we decided to check out a diff location, they served their fish bowls no problem. We decided to go back to the St. Vital location, a second time thinking we’d give them the benefit of the doubt, except this time around all three of us ordered these fish bowls, and guess what? I was the only one served with a fish bowl, neither my son or niece got theirs. I think it’s a case of discrimination against the two young adults, perhaps the server thought they would steal these fish bowls??!!!? I most definitely would not go back to the St. Vital location. Why advertise beverages in a fish bowl if you don’t have them!!!!! False advertisement if you ask me.

Been awhile since we've been to Boston Pizza but we were given a gift card for there and had a date night. Above all, the service is fantastic! Super friendly, makes sure you have everything you need (minus cutlery that we had to get for ourselves). The food came out hot, was a small error on our side dish which was fixed right away and brought put asap.

Just was perfect! It was very busy and all the tables were reserved; mostly big groups together. I didn’t know it will be such busy coz it’s weekday and it was like early dinner. Usually not busy at that time. The reason that i said “just was perfect “ because they kept serving everyone with hospitality and high standards. The staff was nice and most of them was keeping their smiles. I appreciate what was the staff doing to provide a speedy service and food quality. Big shout to the kitchen team to cover that kind of peak with the same quality they always serve. The food was too tasty as usual, this time we ordered for appetizers: Spinach & artichoke dip, and the new BP Winged Rip (first time to try) very delicious. For the main dish/course: Boston Royal pizza and The Hungry Carnivore, they were perfect taste as usual. The dessert was Chocolate Explosion, our favourite dessert at BP. The washrooms were clean. High chairs are available. The overall experience was perfect and great. Keep the great work team! Thank you everyone

Very good location, with free parking. A nice patio in the summer, a lounge for the adults and a dining room for the family. The menu has something for everyone. Many different choices for kids' meals. Awesome pizza with great flavors. The service has always been great. There are TVs in the dining room and lounge. The lounge has VLT's.

I hate to leave a one star review. Food arrived in satisfactory time. Price was $47 for a chicken burger, small poutine, and large chicken quesadilla, and side salad. Side salad was forgotten. With these prices, quality is expected. The chicken burger was the honey dill chicken sandwich. Very dry, hard to chew. No flavour, soggy, It was simply awful. The poutine was enough for a toddler, not a full grown man. Salty. Just tasted poor. Chicken Quesadilla was satisfactory, but the side was forgotten. The value was just insulting. $50 for a chicken burger, fries, and a quesadilla. Simply gouging customers. A company must try to be acquiring return business. Please don't bother with the generic manager response apologizing, offering to make it better. I simply will never return to Boston Pizza. Go local, avoid this corporate slop. I feel ripped off. Recommend? I would suggest anyone who reads this review to order elsewhere. Boston pizza is garbage. Avoid it.

First off I want to say, why is it so hard to find good chicken wings in this city???? ANYWAYS....I was on skip looking for a new place to try for wings, I think Ive had Boston Pizza wings years ago, so its been a minute...got honey garlic and medium and some fries which were $9....potatoes.....got my food, I asked for double fried on the wings, well to me they looked baked.....not fried....so there soft and the fat isn't cooked, ugh, look at my fries....there white still, took a bite, there not even cooked all the way through!!!!! And the packaging was just fail, the sauce was leaking everywhere. I had to put my fries and wings in the oven just to try and crisp them up which didn't really help....it was just gross and I was extremely turned off by the food. I threw the fries out, $9 fries in the garbage. Now I know not to get wings at Boston Pizza, EVER. As you can see they wanted me to reach out to them, well I did twice, no response back....

I’ve been to my fair share of BP’s over the years, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Our server, Matteo, was friendly, attentive, and personable. I visited with my two boys (4 and 6yo) and he made a point to chat with them and even told them a joke. Food was fast, hot, and delicious. The staff on shift truly worked as a team, and it showed. We had 5 different people, the manager included, attend to us at some point. Bringing food, getting refills, clearing dishes on their walk past… it was amazing. The manager actually checked in, asked my youngest if he wanted a refill on his drink, and went and grabbed it himself. I’ve seen a lot of restaurants where managers just boss people around and would have a server do it, but he was involved and it was refreshing to see. Thank you all so much for such a great experience. It was an incredibly long and exhausting day for us and you made the end of it relaxing and fun. Will absolutely be attending this BP again.

Great food and friendly waitress!

Great Service.... I came here for dinner with my husband, and the service was excellent. I enjoyed a small Mediterranean Pizza which I liked very much, and a Twisted Rocket Cocktail which actually had a full ounce plus of alcohol in it, unlike the drinks I ordered recently at the Pony Corral that only had .25 and .50 ounces of alcohol in them. Thank you for not skimping on the alcohol; we will be back!

Went for lunch there with 3 people. Two men ordered burgers. They were cold. Cold!!!! One other order a pizza. The cheese wasn't even melted on it. THIS IS A PIZZA PLACE!!! Huge fail. Myself I order the spicy Mac and cheese. I wish the waitress would have warned me that it was EXTREMELY spicy. I burned my tongue on the spice. It was awful. Even my hubby tasted it and he loves spicy food. He also couldn’t eat it. Had two mouthfuls and gave up. Waitress came around and looked at my plate and just asked if I wanted a box to take it home. She did not ask any of us how the food was nor did she come to check on us during the meal. Fail. Will not be back. A pizza place that can’t make a pizza isn’t for me.

Great food! Terrible service! Had to get up and get our own cutlery, brought my side of onion rings out as a starter when I asked for it with the meal, among other things. Food is worth the $$$ but not the service.

I never leave reviews but this time I must. Our server who I think her name was Ramneet. She was amazing in providing service to us as she made sure our drinks were full and asked wether we needed anything else regularly. She was very hardworking as we noticed she was helping other tables actively as well. She even took a step further in helping us as she brought a toy car for our kid. Over all, it was a great experience thanks to her and would like definitely come back next time!

I used to go to this Boston Pizza all of the time with my step dad. Even if we just ordered in. Now, every time I come home, this is where we go for dinner. Always great food, and they always seem to employ great staff. Great White North is my go-to at BP. Best pizza, hands down.

Tips are supposed to be complimentary not forced. Servers shouldn’t be coming out demanding for tips. And mind you majority of us tipped. Then on our way out she made another comment saying “only tippers can take the toys placed on the exit” mind you again that majority of us tipped. Customers aren’t entitled to tip. And servers shouldn’t be demanding for them either. We aren’t supposed to be paying for there salary. We come to pay for our food. And also some of us don’t have a job so paying for the food is already expensive enough on top the server comes out demanding for us to tip is just not right. They should not be expecting it from us and certainly should not be allowed to demand for it.

The waitresses at this location are very diligent and eager to serve. They quite often check in and make sure you are enjoying yourselves and the food. The standards at this resturaunt are noticeably high. Their strip loin steak is juicy and savoury. I can also attest to their delicious Memphis Chicken Sandwich.

This place has great staff, the delivery drivers are great, just 10 stars all around. Later that evening, I ended up with food poisoning. When I finally felt better I called the location and talked to the manager, and she just thanked me for calling her and letting her know. First time this happens, but I will hesitate to order again.

Adam is a great bartender, who serves some of the coldest beer in town. Pizzas are always great tasting. Grey place for a quick bite or to watch the game on the massive screen.

Waited 25 mins to be seated although we were the only ones waiting. Food took forever to arrive and two out of 4 plates were cold. I had the Carbonara Pizza. Very little Alfredo sauce ( I could not taste any), sparse toppings and the cheese did not even get near the edge of the pizza. And it was cold. Not worth $27. I will not be going to this restaurant again.

The Nachos were very Good_but I did not care for the spinach dip I found it to be very salty. they offered to get me something else but I declined because I had already eaten too much.. the staff, service and the atmosphere was very good.

I ordered a double order of honey garlic all meat bites, and there was barely any sauce on the bites. I was rather disappointed, also they tasted spicy even though it was honey garlic so I was very confused.

Very busy had to wait about 20 minutes to get in but to be fair we were a party of 8. Once seated our server Josieanne was fantastic. I ordered the wings plus one side combo. The wings were superb. Large meaty and very tasty. Best I have had in along time. The rest of our group had the mac and cheese burger and they all raved about how good it was. Overall a very satisfying experience.

I still think that it is somewhat pricey. But the food, service, and comfort probably makes up for the cost. Our waiter was a little soft spoken but was excellent. Boston Pizza certainly made a perfect choice in the hire.

Really friendly staff and are quick to modify an order or fill your glass. The salad- meat combos are huge and are great after a day rollerblading or bicycling at the beach.

I would give them 5 stars for the food, but less for the service. When we arrived we were seated in an area where no server was yet assigned. After seeing another table getting their order taken and they came in after us I got up and asked to see a manager. After that everything went great! She took our order, brought our drinks and made up for our wait by giving us the most scrumptious brownie and icecream dessert! Of course I'll go back again! The chicken pecan salad is my favourite!

5 adults, 2 kids and a baby came here for Pasta Tuesday and everything was wonderful. Food came delicious, fast and hot. Gourmet Pasta dishes on Tuesday is an incredible value. Most importantly our server, Jensen was friendly and attentive, offered refills often and served with a smile. Management came by to ask how everything was and we told them it was perfect. Great job Boston pizza Bishop Grandin!

We went out for lunch a few days ago. Got Chicken and mushroom Alfredo, which is my go-to at Boston Pizza. My lunch partner got Alfredo, too, but got hers baked. Our server was awesome, and since we were there at lunch, our wait wasn't very long. Nothing was too loud or disruptive that we couldn't focus on our conversation and our meal. It's easily my favorite BP!

Came in with my mother she had the 7oz steak sandwich which came out rare after asking for medium well and had to go back so they cooked her another one. I had the chicken & mushroom fettuccine that was extremely bland and had barely any chicken. I picked out 4 small cubes from a decently sized bed of pasta and placed the plate off to the side as I was disappointed. No acknowledgement whatsoever. After finally addressing the problem we got %15 off a $70 bill and I left hungry. I noticed how cluless the service staff behaved, either they didn't notice my plate off to the side or ignored it all together. Not a good time.
