I was looking for vegan food when I first arrived in Winnipeg and the person at the information desk at the airport recommended the Green & Grain. It's a small restaurant, located in a strip mall, that specializes in smoothies, wraps and salads. The person running it was very helpful in making me a customized salad with falafel that met my dietary needs for vegan and gluten-free. Best of all the salad was delicious! My husband also enjoyed his chicken veggie wrap. We enjoyed a pleasant conversation with our kind server about Winnipeg and life in general. It was a great experience!

A local favourite. We've been frequenting since before they moved to this location and are never disappointed. Food is fresh, fast, and made to order. The wraps are huge here and are a delicious challenge you should try to finish.

Love this restaraunt!! Its my go to for fast, delicious but guilt free healthy meals. The portions are just the right size that you aren't over eating. Very wholesome, and tasty. And the staff are friendly. I recommend the honey garlic chicken melt. Yum.

Great options, large portions, very tasty. I like how when the wrap is being made, they are using judgement to decide if it needs more sauce or other items instead of following a one squeeze rule like some shops.

I've been going here for several years now and the food (the wraps in particular) are always fresh, fully stuffed very satisfying that in my opinion is better than fast food. Roughly about the same in cost as going to McDonald's or Wendy's and a much more healthy alternative.

The Green & Grain is one of my absolute favourite spots to eat at. The owner Hope is an angel and always greets everyone with kindness! They always have the freshest food and are always so friendly. Everything I’ve had here for years has been delicious. My favourite is the baked melts right now.

They seem a little overwhelmed at times so be sure to call direct to place your order in advance (don't use skip or doordash). The food is delicious and at a great price. Love the Cuban sandwich!

Great little local restaurant. Ingredients are all fresh and the smoothies are delicious. Might need to wait a little bit longer for your food during peak lunch times but it's worth the wait.

I’m not the type of person to post reviews but if I ever moved from Winnipeg, I would miss Green and Grain more than anything. The work ethic and friendliness of staff deserves far more than a 5-star rating. You will not find a better place for wraps and smoothies!

Just moved into the area and wanted a sandwich, it was great. I will be back to try most things on the menu and give a more thorough review.

I first went to green and grain 5 years ago. I fell in love with the place on that day. Today I saw that they had a new wrap called the taco wrap, so I tried it out and boy oh boy was I super impressed with it. It will now be my go to wrap from this place for the foreseeable future. Thank you green and grain for always make perfect wraps and smoothies.

Food is always fresh and delicious every time I’ve been in. Ownership is also top notch friendly and fast service.

My daughter and I went for lunch here today and what a great surprise it was!! Fresh and flavourful meals. I think what I had was called Asian crunchy something-it was truly delicious. My daughter had a chicken melt and said it was very tasty. I was happy with the serving size.

Love the staff that works there. Very fast and completing orders and the food tastes great! I love supporting this local business.

I will try again but the hummus falafel wrap was REALLY bland (I think the hummus was not put on?). Hopefully next try will be better as I do love the freshness of options!

It was okay-nothing great, which for the price I would have expected something to get excited about. We got smoothies and wraps, and my partners wrap was more rice than filling, and same with the lettuce I got with my wrap.

Definitely worth the price, amazing portions and tastes amazing. Very friendly service too!
