Visited the mall on a 6 hour layover in Winnipeg. This mall seem to be the backbone of Winnipeg. It is a very huge mall with numerous varieties of stores. The food court has a lots of choices as well. The food court was well kept and clean. I really appreciate a clean food court. The mall was very very crowded the time I had gone. I got a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people that was there, after spending two hours looking for Black Friday deals. Only Forever21 and Urban Planet actually had good deals. The main thing I loved was the fact it had bowling alley.

There are definitely better malls out there, but this is the best mall in Winnipeg by far. Good selection of stores, and you can find most things that you’re looking for here. Plenty of parking and located centrally in the city.

I recently visited CF Polo Park and overall, it was a decent shopping experience. The mall is quite large and has a good variety of stores to choose from. It's easy to navigate and there are plenty of places to sit and rest if needed. One thing I appreciated was the cleanliness of the mall - it was well-maintained and didn't feel cluttered or dirty. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful as well. However, there were a few downsides to my visit. The parking situation can be quite frustrating, especially during peak hours. Finding a spot can take some time and the parking lot can get quite congested. In addition, I found the prices at some of the stores to be quite high. While there are some good deals to be found, it's definitely not a budget-friendly shopping destination. Overall, CF Polo Park is a decent mall to visit if you're looking for a wide range of stores and don't mind paying a bit more. Just be prepared for potentially difficult parking and higher prices.

One of the best location in the centre of city. Huge parking option available all around the mall and even on first floor. parking could be problem during renovation on further west side on portage.this mall is nice, great job done by workers who maintain it. Nice big mall for shopping and walk. Food stalls, bowling etc. also great. I love the view from the centre where the elevator is

This mall's vast array of shops caters to diverse tastes, offering a wide shopping spectrum. However, recent safety concerns, like inadequate security and occasional incidents, have marred its appeal. While the shopping experience remains abundant, the mall needs to prioritize and enhance safety measures to regain the confidence of its patrons for a truly enjoyable and secure visit.

Excellent shopping complex at the heart of the city of Winnipeg, it has got stops for all the majority of buses plying across the city. The parking space is massive with huge options for shopping and public events like ride for Dad etc

My first time in a mall for several years. I didn't really miss anything. However, I was there with young children and had dinner in the food court with my adult son. It was a great place to be able to eat and have room where the kids could run around a bit.

Too many inconsiderate people, everyone is in your personal space and the 'security guards', are jokes. Good shop selection though, if you don't mind people being three inches away from you at all times

Ideal place to get shopping done in one go. Easily accessible by public transit along with plenty of parking. Food court is diverse with a variety of options. Several of the businesses are in flux and closing out. Best check on details of business status ahead of time.

Great options. Worse mall during pandemic. Most stores won’t allow entry good examples are guess(both), Couch ( told not allowed without sanitizer), and almost all jewelry stores like pandora’s. Go to st. Vital. They are ready for business and no one yells at customers. Also so many closed stores. It’s depressing they need to fill these spots

Good layout, good variety of stores and places to eat in the food court, great for mall walkers. One complaint is with the covid setup for the foodcourt there should be more entrances to get to the tables. Tip for someone new to the mall: use the website to find the map of the mall and search specific stores to know where is your best option to park and to help you navigate the mall.

Large mall with great variety of shops. I have always felt safe there but being in the middle of Winnipeg, it is not immune to criminal violence which seems to be relatively rare. The parking lot is a shopping mall for thieves though. Don't leave any valuables inside. Again, I've always felt safe and the criminal element should not keep you sway from here. My car has been repeatedly broken into often for nothing at MY HOME. No such issue at Polo Park mall.

Polo Park is a great place to walk around, and the selection of shops in the mall has changed over the years, so depending on what you are shopping for, I'm sure there is something for everyone here. We love the tattoo shop that opened up. If you don't want to be outside but you want to get out of the house, check out Polo Park mall.

By far the best mall in Winnipeg, imo. It only lacks one or two more bathrooms There was a HUGE lineup and wait for the women's washroom near center court on Boxing Day. Granted it was obviously very busy that day, but even on regular shopping days it would be nice to have more bathrooms. Also, it would be great to have a bookstore in the mall.

Went to have a coffee and chat with old school mates (graduated in 77) at Earls. Happy to say Earls checked for vaccinations and everyone wore a mask. Was not too crowded, staff were friendly, service was fast. I had the dynamite sushi roll, which has deep fried shrimp in it, and found it very tasty. They let us sit and chat through the lunch hour and gave us separate bills. Would go back cheerfully. Interesting to note, I went into the mall afterwards while waiting for a bus home. I was asked to provide POV there too, although it was to get into the food court to use the washroom.

Good mall overall but I find that the layout isn't all that great compared to some of the other malls. Just one long strip with 2 levels. I do appreciate that this mall has a better selection of stores. Typically it is clean, plenty of parking and the food court has a good variety of options.

  • 4/5 petra g. 2 years ago on Google
The mall is pretty nice, a good selection of stores… but when it comes to the food court (also a super variety of food) I was expected to get the food first, then stand in line to show your vaccination status (barely any space to put down the tray with the food and your purse and purchases) then you can enter the seats & tables section to find a table, sit down and eat your now cold food. Don‘t get me wrong, I appreciate the effort to keep everyone safe but this procedure took too long to enjoy a warm meal. If people would have to show their certificate before entering the food area, everyone could roam freely.

It was Saturday afternoon The Mall was buzzing with people . People shopping, eating it was nice to see. Shops were busy , but again selection is an issue stock is lower then ever. If you're shopping for the Holidays better do it soon. Polo Park is a nice Mall, But we need more .

I had the worst experience with the store. I had travelled from SK to MB for shopping especially. Went to this store first thing in morning, tried on some clothes, asked the employee to hold the items that I wanted to buy so I could try some more. By the time I tried other items some of my items on hold had been missing to a point I had to order the dress I really liked online. Next at the payment the cashier forgets to put my three items in the bag which I realized were missing once I drove to SK. I then contacted the store manager and was dodged around for 5 days with no updates or plans in-fact that the manager refused to give me her first name. I finally got a call on 5th day that they would ship these items to me. And now 4 days after that call customer service decides to give me a merchandise card to shop on online. The store is disorganized , employees cannot keep up with maintenance and were of little help. However, would really like to thank David who took an initiative of trying to find my lost items while the cashier glared me down.

My favorite mall in the city. Has most of the stores I want. Stores for the whole family. Food court is great and of course who doesn't like Moxies?! So good!

  • 4/5 Julia N. 1 year ago on Google
The only mall worth shopping at in Winnipeg. There are anchor stores that always are great to shop at (Lush, Apple, Anthropologie, etc) and others that make this mall unique. If you need anything, from clothes to beauty, I highly recommend shopping here.

  • 5/5 Kevin M. 1 year ago on Google
Such a great redesign, I particularly like the new stores in the space that used to be Zellers. Super clean mall with great stores and nice spaces for sitting. My favorite of the Winnipeg malls for sure, with a great assortment of dinijg options in the food court/ joey/Moxies/earls.

Things have change a lot...a number of stores have closed. Things we normally get not available.. Prices don't match your pay cheque... Can only shop during sale... But the sales are really good if you can find what u need...

Wasn't expecting a low budget looking mall for the "biggest and best mall" in Winnipeg. Felt sketchy with all the security guards walking around. Didn't feel like a mall that offered anything different from the rest of malls or shops.

One of the nicest shopping centres in Winnipeg. I prefer st vital Centre but it doesn’t have as much variety or as many stores. It’s very clean in here. Easy to find what you’re looking for. Tons of free parking. Tons of entrances and surrounded by lots of good stand alone stores and restaurants. Also has a great food court.

We enjoyed our stop at Polo Park on our visit from out of town. It has a good variety of stores. Good deals all year round. some nice café and food places.

This mall is quite large. In a good location lots of parking. Has a good selection of stores. The issues; the food court can be extremely cramped and messy. Its not maintained nearly as well as lets say st vital. It also has an issue with people running through it stealing, breaking stuff and security not being able to keep up. Otherwise, its not terrible. Store selection is very good.

I was spending $6500 on gift cards and I called in advance so they would be ready. Upon arriving they were not ready and the person who helped me continued to help other customers after me while trying to get my large gift card order done. I will not be back for our business gift cards; we will go to the Winnipeg outlet mall in the future. I’ve been doing it here for 3 years and never had to wait when I’ve called in advance.
