Food Ok, (Drive trough) but there is always misunderstanding with employees. (Fine in) Few times my order was missed, and needed to remind them about it.

Went through drive thru today and ordered a chicken lime bowl. I was not asked grilled chicken or breaded. When I was given the bowl I said to the cashier it’s light. Said it’s becoming less and less and more expensive. No comment by cashier. I get home to enjoy my bowl and I have no grains!! No wonder it was so light. I should have check before I left , the staff member when I said the bowl was light didn’t think to check it. 😕😕 I really enjoyed these bowls when they first came out. But there’s less in the bowl, sometimes I get lots of lettuce next time two leaves and the same with the tomatoes and cucumbers and crispy onions. Sometimes way too much dressing next time too little. Today I asked for dressing on the side. Are your staff not trained on amounts to put in a bowl correctly. And today no grains at all. Very disappointing and too expensive.

went here this morning and got 2 vanilla iced coffees. they were MUCH darker than what a tim hortons vanilla iced coffee usually is, and it was bitter and seemed to have grounds in the bottom of my drink. never mind the vanilla syrup being all at the bottom un-shaken. been here 5 ish times and every time is something new that’s gone wrong with my order.

Good. Nice set up. Service was fast and lobby/restrooms clean and stocked.

This is my and my co workers go to tims. But for some reason, they never ever cut the bagel even though you ask them to. Bagels are supposed to be cut in half by default (that’s how tim built chart shows). That’s the only thing that i don’t like about this tims but other than that, everything’s great

The location was dead inside, maybe one couple inside eating when we got there. The lady that helped us was extremely rude, and our donuts weren’t fresh. As a person that visits Tim Hortons often, this location was the worst experience.

Food made with 6 bucks of change which with I saw was some nasty blood soaked coins then my food attempted to be made. I made it aware to the worker and politely asked for gloves to be worn and I got a nasty look and some comments underbreath. My only question is why in this day and age does tim hortons allow the cashiers to prepare anything while dealing with money when no other establishment does!?

Yeah, that's totally understandable. So, I went to Tim Hortons and this lady just straight up threw food in my car. It was so unexpected and really ruined my day. I couldn't believe someone would do that. I was so frustrated and didn't know what to do.

There is too bad costumer service they don’t have manners how to treat with customers usually we always ordering there and going there but from today we will never go there

The staff there are very rude lady just dumped my drinks when after I ordered was tryna ask for a bag with it she js walked away And the guy kept messing my order cuz he wasn’t listening well Y’all should try and encourage them to put on a smile too🤦🏽
