Dang!! This was my fav food court. Have always enjoyed going. Watched this mall change many times since I as a kid. Sept 2021 they have “a jail look” for the food court which is also the front entrance. This is to keep non vax ppl out and vax in!! I just don’t understand the jails and cages 😬 Just not a great look and doesn’t seem normal at all. I’m not interested in entering and or eating here after seeing this! Just wanted to share and add to my timeline history 🤦‍♀️

Edit. This mall is open for business. Still needs to fill up empty spots. Didn’t like the long line up to get in. Felt more medical. Security say a a desk and didn’t watch store or take care of anything except hand sanitizer. Really didn’t feel like a nice mall for a visit. Not running back.

This place is nothing more than a food court with the daily drunks and people high on drugs roaming in the evening. Highly avoid this mall. I can’t stress enough. Also there is not a single good store in this mall. If you are looking for a nice shopping experience I recommend going to The Outlet mall or Polo park, even the Brady Road Landfill is better than the St. Vital Center mall.

One of the best malls in the city. Great selection and there always seems to be something new to check out here. The foot court is massive and has a great variety of restaurants including a Tim Hortons. The mall layout is very nice and navigating around the mall is very easy. Highly recommend going even if you do not plan on buying anything. Inviting atmosphere.

Brightly lit mall with 16 dining options in the food court. Silver City Theatre, boasting 6 screens, Xscape gaming zone and mini food court. Extensive shops from clothing to housewares.

Sort of a depressing mall to go to. There are a number of empty store fronts and soon to be leaving shops which is sad to see. This mall also isn't very big and is limited in the stores it has. I would recommend going to a larger mall such as Polo Park if you want a more effective trip to a mall.

It's a wonderful place for shopping, but I don't have money, so I went to different shops and just looked. When I get rich, I'll buy myself everything I dream of.

I have to say over the years they've really invested in this mall & have kept it up to date with the times. Its been a while since I'd been here & I have to say I was highly impressed with how they continue to improve & expand. Definitely worth shopping at if you're wanting to check out a mall.

St Vital Mall is a large, well-maintained shopping mall located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It has a wide variety of stores, including fashion retailers, home goods stores, and restaurants. The mall is also home to a number of entertainment options, such as a movie theater, a bowling alley, and a play area for children. I recently had a great experience shopping at St Vital Mall. I was able to find everything I was looking for, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the variety of dining options available in the mall. If you are looking for a place to shop, eat, or be entertained, I highly recommend St Vital Mall. It is a great place to spend a day with friends or family.

St.vital centre is slowly, but surely! Improving itself, the theatre has recently been under renovations for new seats and redone bathrooms, or at least the counters.. I just sorta miss the hooks for your bag and coat while you washed up. The arcade is lots of fun with friends it's not too big but not too small where you feel there's no selection. My favorite is the skeeball!

Personally I don’t like St. Vital Centre. First of all it doesn’t have any good stores and food options are limited as well. Even they end up closing branded stores like Victoria’s Secret… Shopping mall is supposed to be welcoming and they don’t even decorate the mall anymore ah .. Overall it’s just not even worth going there anymore. Wouldn’t recommend at all! 🙌🏻

Always love St. VITAL Center. Walmart and its pharmacy are awesome. However, I am amazed at how many vacant stores there are believe that is due to extreme rental fees.

It had been years since the last time I was there and I was pleasantly surprised. The mall was beautifully decorated for the holiday season and all the stores were brightly lit. The staff in most stores were friendly. We had fun walking about exploring.

It's a great one stop mall for all your needs, lot of great brands exclusive stores are there. For groceries you could go to Walmart, for clothing and sports stuff there is style Chek. I like the winners and homesense as you can get good brands for less price

This mall is fairly good. I think the outlet collection and cf polo park is better. One thing that makes this mall good is that it has a large bookstore.

St. Vital center is one of the popular malls in Winnipeg. This mall has clothing and jewelry stores, convenience stores, a pharmacy, and a restaurant section, etc. It’s really good experience to visit this place.

Premier mall with popular anchor tenants and many small outlets with something for everyone. Varied food court, ample parking, and movie theatre round out a satisfactory shopping, eating, and entertainment experience.

The new theater with the reclining chairs is the bomb. Definitely an improvement to the old chairs and the sound quality is a step above. Always an enjoyable time is had here with the Mrs and the boys.

I prefer going to St. Vital even though it's the furthest mall from my area. Why? There is less people during busy hours compared to Polo Park. Polo is so packed especially outside work/school hours. St. Vital on the other hand is easy to navigate and not as crowded. There is a nice selection of food and a big bookstore right beside the arcade! I would like there to be more arcade games though or at least replace the less popular ones. The seating area for the foodcourt is big but sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit; it's still a lot better than Polo's foodcourt that's for sure!

I love the relaxing and luxurious atmosphere of this nail salon. The staff are attentive and highly skilled, ensuring that every visit is a treat. It's the perfect place to escape the stresses of everyday life and indulge in some self-care.

There is a Love Local Manitoba store that promotes Manitoba made products here. Great selection. Every year, an event called Love Local Manitoba is held and one can attend this food and drink event. Usually held at the Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre. Tickets are $40 pp, and this year anyways, early bird tickets were $30 pp. Fabulous food and drink products to sample and then buy to take home. Even better, you can buy many of these products here at the St.Vital Centre store location or buy them online.

It's really good place to hang out if you have friend like me. 😂😂 Good food court with variety to choose food, games and a lot of shops. More spacious than kildonan place mall.

I had the opportunity to visit the mall for the first time and found it to be an excellent place for shopping. There’s wide variety of shops to choose from, and the food court was impressively large. Additionally, the parking lot was quite spacious, making it very convenient for visitors.

Really good options to shop on for clothing and accessories. Have almost every essential stores to complete your shopping list. Wide variety on food options as well in their food court. Have an arcade place as well for kids to enjoy. Several gates to access the mall which is always great and convenient. All and all great place for shopping 🛍️

Well, it was a mall. Very mall like. St. Vital Unisex was great! George did fantastic with my hair and was fun to chat with. Booster Juice was good too. I couldn't find St Vital Unisex on the directory but that wasn't so bad.

Probably one of the better malls in the city. Not the biggest, however, definitely one of the cleanest. Has almost everything you need. Oddly set up however so you do need to figure out the walking path. Other than that no complaints.

Great place to "Mall Walk".Lots of people, mostly retirees and some younger too walk the mall. Good on the owners to allow such open public access, purchases or not.

  • 4/5 Tylene W. 7 months ago on Google
I like this mall and the stores, but I hate it when you walk by the neo stand and the workers won't leave you alone even if you tell them no thank you or that you already have the neo card. I try to avoid the neo stand, but sometimes even if you're not close to them, they will still try and talk to you.

Very clean place and friendly. Security does an amazing job of keeping everyone safe all the time. And other than that, a place to visit for sure. The food court is cleaner than I expected, and the janitors are always working and making sure it's clean at tables. Amazing place.

Huge shopping mall with upscale, modern looks, and is usually bustling. plenty of stores but nothing very special besides the food court. Hallways are a maze and a nightmare to navigate. constantly questioning which way to go, what is what and where i entered from. I’d recommend Polo Park, as it has all the same stores and even more, it’s easily navigable plus a parkade.

Ut was busy being mothers day weekend. But it was clean and the stores all seemed well stocked. Not much for big sales this weekend though.

  • 4/5 Jarrod J. 2 years ago on Google
Pretty decent mall! Has a great selection of stores for clothing and electronics, everything you could need. The Walmart makes parking abit rough but just time your shopping and have a look on Google app to see if it's busy.

Unfortunately St vital used to be a much busier, popular mall to shop at. I was there recently and there were many empty spots waiting to be rented. It seems the other malls in the city have pulled business there way.

  • 3/5 Mat F. 2 years ago on Google
Needs more relevant stores. Really wish there was a second level. Its almost like rent is too high as any "good" store they've had in the last 20 or so years has left.

People's jewellers a very good place to get jewellery repairs done. Katherine and her staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the ladies at People's jewellers! I am sure they are great for sales too. I just had major amount of repairs done.

Loved it! Good movies playing. Comfortable seats, clean, friendly staff. The negatives are it was x bit loud for me and the prices of the concession stand. I get increased prices but wow! Prices are too high.

Quite a nice mall! Went through the chapters entrance, hoping for some starbucks, but it seems to be under repairs/renovations of some kind. Went to a few clothing stores, and a lot of the basics (t-shirts etc.) Were sold out. Finally had some lunch in the cafeteria, the fish and chips place is amazing, a bit of a wait but worth it! To sit in the food court and eat, you do need proof of vaccination and ID.

I love how they made the food court seating arrangement maintain distancing. Don't need the vax card anymore when entering. They should probably change how the lines for food court work. Some people get confused if the person in front of them are in line or waiting for order. There should be like a separate waiting area or something. It's also kinda frustrating because the lines are literally on the way so sometimes people who are just walking could get blocked, lol. 😅 Very clean and quiet mall though. Clean washroom as well!

  • 5/5 Patrick B. 2 years ago on Google
Nice selection of shops and big box stores, everything you might need is pretty much here. In some respects might be better than Polo Park, food court for example and direct access to the cinema and Chapters.

  • 5/5 Ayush G. 2 years ago on Google
Good food court. Selections for various clothing brands. Bought my first winter boot there. Its a good mall specially if you live near the UoM.

Have been coming to this mall since I was a child. To this day the mall is maintained well and kept clean and there is a great selection of stores. Yes, it's small than say Polo Park but some of us actually prefer that.

  • 4/5 Gurdeep S. 1 year ago on Google
Best Mall in South Winnipeg. Food court could use some expansion & Mall security & the parking spaces could be improved but overall a good place to shop with reasonable prices.

  • 5/5 Trevor T. 1 year ago on Google
Best shopping mall in the city. I like the fact that Silver City and Chapters is so close and linked to the mall, unlike Polo Park I don't know what's the hype about that place. Polo Park seems to have a lot of shady people.

  • 4/5 Karina A. 1 year ago on Google
Nothing wrong with this place I gave it a 4 because polo park has better variety as well is bigger. I do love a Walmart attached to the mall pretty cool you can also get your hair done at this mall, a game store, food court, clothing, shoes plus the best addition inside the mall is the warehouse one that innmy opinion wass one of the best things they could of ever done because this mall had no plus sizes until warehouse one so thank you for all the beautiful bigger folks as it's not fare to be secluded to no bigger clothing for people who need it.

St. Vital Centre is a fine classical Mall. Being opened in October 13 of 1979. This is Winnipeg's most popular and respected malls. It is in a good area but it can be risky if you don't know where you are going. There are plenty of stores to choose from. Each with their own ways of doing service. The mall itself is well kept and patrolled so you feel safe inside at all times. This place is very big and large so it might take you a few minutes to truly get around but it is worth the walk even if you aren't getting anything. The food court is massive, even bigger than Polo Park's Food Court. With plenty of options, you can have a place to sit and eat. Or even enjoy a good cup of coffee from Tim Horton's. St. Vital Centre is a Mall I recommend that you at least visit if you are in Winnipeg.

  • 4/5 Brad H. 1 year ago on Google
I've gone to this mall for the movie theater more than any other theater in the city. The place is modern and well maintained, kept fairly clean considering the volume of traffic through there, and always has lots of parking available. It also has a convenient McD's located just across the parking lot for after theater coffee and hangout, which is how I spent an entire night after a first date movie.

  • 4/5 Maryann L. 1 year ago on Google
Great service at the Walmart Portrait Studio. Staff is friendly and the wait time for portraits was not long. New digital photos are a quick way to get the photos into your inbox within minutes. A little pricey for kids photos, I found. Wait for a sale.

  • 5/5 R M. 1 year ago on Google
Not as big as Polo but has a nicer food court. I like that there’s a Chapters attached to the mall, as well as arcade and theatre. The 2 floor Winners is awesome too.
