My wife started going to this location and loved the women only feature. In the first 6 months she went religiously and got great results, she looked and felt great about herself. Her mother got sick overseas and had to go be with her for 3 months. She was told there was an option for suspending her membership while away. When she got back she found her automatic bank charges had resumed. She attempted contacting and communicating with the office about the matter and was told her circumstances didn’t warrant the suspension of her membership because she wasn’t a member there long enough. She asked for an extension of 3 months after her year contract and was denied. Because of this technicality and the circumstances with her mother, she lost interest in going. My wife wanted to resume her membership for the following year and I adamantly said no and bought her a home gym that we’ve been adding different equipment to as time goes by. Now we both work out, look and feel great without having to leave our home. When we are finished working out our shower towel change of clothes are always conveniently here. Ya, I spent 3 grand on equipment but it’s mine forever and I don’t have to feel stressed about missing a work out, going on vacation or missing months due to any kind of emergency and PAYING MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR NOTHING!!! MONEY FOR NOTHING (what kind of heartless business model is this world coming to) You’d have to be stupid to accept these terms. I recommend getting your own exercise equipment for the winter months and get out into the great outdoors for fresh air and good old style exercising like sit ups, pushups, pull ups, jogging, walking etc... Don’t waste your money, save it for the days when your gonna need it and just use your common sense Feeling good never felt so good when you do it for yourself.

The location is very convenient for me and I love being already at the grocery store. Gym is very small which is only an issue at peak times if you want to get on certain machines or have areas on the mat. Classes are great.

The attendant turned off the lights on the far end of the gym while I was still there. This happened today at 850 pm. They close at 9pm. I think that's rude. I've been going to this gym for a number of years now and there were times that I'd finished my work out close to the time it closes but nobody has ever done that to me before. Otherwise I'd give it a 3.5 star rating.

It's been about a year now at CrossFit Corydon . I can easily attest to these guys knowing what they're doing. After hearing what my desires were in terms of muscle and strength growth, they've come up with a perfect regimen for me to get into the shape I've always wanted to be in. Shane and the other coaches are always keeping a close eye to ensure that you're lifting the right way.

It’s a great gym for women. It should be noted that the hours are updated constantly. Right now Monday-Thursday the gym is open 7AM-9PM, Friday 7AM-8PM, Saturday 8AM-3PM, and Sunday 8AM-1PM. All the employees are kind and always greet me with a warm smile and a hello. The GM at this location is super friendly as well I think her name is Lisa. I’ve been going to this gym for about 9 months or so now and it’s much better than the previous gym I went to. (shapes on Henderson) which lacked any actual resistance machines and barbells. However, at GoodlLife Sargent there are more machines, more equipment, a sauna, massage chair, personal workout room, as well as awesome classes like zumba and body combat that are offered to members. This is a wonderful location and is conveniently located inside the superstore to get all your groceries done (or grab a protein bar on your way out).

This is a great Crossfit gym. The owners are two very nice guys that run an inclusive, supportive place. I started going, with my teenage daughter, a year ago after a micro-fracture in my hip that prevented me from running any longer. Between physio and Crossfit, I lost 15 pounds and have become much stronger - and now I'm running again! The Crossfit coaches get to know you and what your capabilities and limitations are. They adapt the program for you but also encourage you to test out new limits. I highly recommend Crossfit, and especially, Crossfit Corydon!

My wife and I joined CFC 2 years ago when we moved to Winnipeg and wow, what a ride! Crossfit is the most amazing approach to fitness you will ever find that is guaranteed to improve your life if you leave your ego at the door and open your mind, it's not the crossfit games, it's not the videos you've searched on YouTube and no, not everyone is super fit. We came to Crossfit to up our fitness level and take on a new challenge, we had no idea we would find friends that we now consider as close as family. The hardest step in making a change in your life is knowing how to start, JUST, STEP. Step into the gym, talk to the coaches, come do a free class, come and meet all of the members, us. And if you don't like it, walk away-hope to see you soon!

I really enjoyed this gym, I lived just down Sargent and walked here daily! Lost 60lbs with the help of the ladies, workout classes, and equipment. I've recently moved closer to Centennial so I'll be switching gyms. Sad to leave :( thank you for the great atmosphere

I went into Crossfit Corydon very excited looking for a new type of fitness to branch out from the typical gym experience. This was my first time ever attempting crossfit and I found this place to be very misleading through the google reviews. I signed up for the free "empowerment" boot camp to get a sense of what they were about and I'm glad I never gave them a dime. They weren't inclusive, directional or empowering. I was hardly ever spoken to by the instructor even though when I came in I let her know I was a beginner and I'd never done a single crossfit class in my life. I left disappointed.

I've been a member of Crossfit Corydon for a little over a year. In that time I've seen my strength and general fitness improve tremendously. I can attribute this 100% to the fact that I really enjoy going to the gym now, and that can be attributed 100% to the amazing coaches and members at Crossfit Corydon.

Amazing gym with an open and welcoming atmosphere. The coaches make sure you always leave feeling better than you did when you first walk in.

Empower boot camp instructor is awesome. Haven’t seen evidence that owners are interested in keeping the facility clean. Happy to see floor cleans recently, been a member for 8 months. Hoping this review is taken seriously as I really enjoy the team and group Jenna has assembled and attracted.

What a fantastic place! I was very skeptical at first but i absolutely fell in love with the classes. Steph is such an amazing instructor, so encouraging, informative and personable. I always look forward to going to my 715am class. Even though I am not a morning person at all.

I had a chance to drop in yesterday and it was a great experience! I am always nervous when I drop into a new box and the coach and classmates made me feel welcome. One of the things that makes me the most nervous is that I usually need to modify my workouts due to injury. Sarah, the coach, immediately talked to me about modifications I can make with the workout and watched my form to make sure I was doing the movements correctly and safely. I will definitely visit this box again when I go into town.

This location is cramped full of useless exercise equipment, it's a typical 'women's' gym and there's no room for functional exercises, just boring equipment that force you to move in one movement. It gets packed in there and I can't exercise the way I want to because there is no room for dumb bell work! Group fitness is fun though if you are into that kinda thing. They have recently renovated and added even more equipment and took out two of the three tanning beds. I will be looking at other gyms in the area.

Could have informed or sent an email to every member if they will renew membership or not. And explained it better during the membership process. And cancellation does not effect right away they still charge you.

Received a call last week from them because apparently someone put my name down as a referral. They caught me at a time where I was actually interested so I set up a time to meet with them today, which I had to post-pone for a few hours since I had to work. They said they would contact me about it. They didn't. So I called them again a couple times, each time they said the person I was supposed to meet would call me back soon. They didn't. Then I find out it's a women only gym. My name is not one of those universal names, and I do not sound like a girl (as far as I'm aware). So, I don't know why they would reach out to me in the first place or bother setting up a meeting time if I'm obviously a guy. Also, if I don't fit the requirements, they could at least just let me know, instead of making me wait a while before I found out on my own this was a women only gym.
