I think Dr. Suzanne Carriere is a wonderful dentist and I would recommend her to anyone. She puts me at ease because I know I am in good hands and she always takes good care of me.

Beware of their scam. I got a cleaning done a year ago and they forgot to add something to the bill when I already paid. Instead of contacting me to fix it, they decide to charge me late fees and interests on top of my current cleaning A YEAR LATER.

Always super accommodating, punctual and super nice staff. I always have great conversations and they make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I’ll never change dentists. Took me 34 years to find a place I like and now they’re stuck with my husband and I. Haha you guys are awesome!

I made an emergency appointment for my wife for a tooth extraction because of her major tooth pain. She's been in agony for 4days already! There's no swelling and means that they can extract it any time but instead they just check it and made an appointment for next week! Are you guys heartless?! She's in agony for almost a week, why would you re-schedule it the next week instead of extracting the tooth immediately after checking it?! I am so dissappointed, you people did not even solve our problem! We cant even come to work because of this problem!

Today was my first time at Ellice dental. Ive been seeing Dr. Yue for years and he is absolutely great. Ellice dental was very clean, all the staff was very nice and helpful, I didn’t have to wait, everyone was right on time.

I’ve been going here for years and always pleased with the service. The admin staff and hygienists, dentists are friendly and do great work.

My dental hygienist spent most of her time out of the room or talking to me rather than cleaning. I was charged for additional time. While cleaning she spent an unusual amount of time at picking at a certain filling in my tooth. My filling fell out around a week after. They did the last filling so I figured I wouldn't have to pay for it to get repaired. Of course I ended up getting the bill. I'm lucky I had insurance. My last experience was having my wisdom teeth pulled. The dentist said my mouth was big enough to keep my teeth. He didn't give me a good reason why I should have had them pulled in the first place. He pulled all 4 anyway. I stopped going over two years ago so maybe these people no longer work there.

Had a cleaning appointment yesterday. Overall a good experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Overall this place has good energy.

This was a great experience. Dr. Luong was very nice and ingormative of their findings. He even showed me the xrays and gave me a detailed explanation of the issue, then proposed options and made treatment in a very quick and painless manner. The charges represent of this hugh level of service and as long as the fix holds andthere is no steps back in the future i am avery satisfied patient/customer. Their customer service was also second to none. Iwould certainly recomendthis cclijic and more specifically Dr. Luong for dentist treatment.

Going to the dentist causes a lot of anxiety for me, and that's the only reason they don't get 5 stars. They were friendly, quick, and prompt - no waiting an extra 45 minutes past my appointment time! The dentist himself was really friendly and personable, and put me at ease. At all times, I was informed about what was going to happen, what it would be like, and what was happening next. They also were VERY good with my insurance, handling all the details themselves. I would go back in a heartbeat, and recommend them.

Can you say that you enjoy going to the dentist? I certainly can! The dentist & all the staff are thoughtful & helpful. I left there feeling more like leaving a spa than a dental appointment. The dentist is so thorough and tells me if he has any concerns. The hygienist is gentle & I can practically dose while I'm in the chair. The reception staff are always friendly.

I initially contacted Pearl on Keewatin for an emergency problem. Since, no Doctor was available at that time, I was referred to Ellice. All I need to do was to go there. They have arranged everything for me. All of the staff in both offices who assisted me were friendly and accommodating. The Doctor was very approachable. Highly recommended!
