Super helpful employees and they know there stuff. I was looking for a secret Santa gift, they had a great deal going so I got soap, lotion and body wash with a free body spray. The vanilla bean Noel smells so good.

The girl at the counter was rather rude and ignoran, acted as though she was doing us a favor. My wife made a purchase then i was to make a purchase as the coupon did not appear to change on Facebook my wife just sent me a screenshot. The staff member said it has to be on my Facebook account. I opened Facebook and loaded the coupon within my Facebook and thats when she told how she was doing us a favor. We did as we were asked and still treated with disrespect. Staff needs an adjustment in behavior. At least the store was aesthetically pleasing so that was nice. Wouldn't recommend this location untill the manager gets control of the poor attitude of the staff.

For me your prices are a little bit high. There's no way I'm going to pay 15 or $21 for three wick candle. What's the other products are pretty good decent price. But I'm not buying a part of gold when I get a candle just the way it is.

Sales are displayed very well. It's harder to tell the prices of what's not on sale.

This store is okay, It's a bit smaller and doesn't have as much variety as the larger stores. I know the staff is just doing their job, or just very bored at work but they are always so pushy. It's a small store and to have 4 people ask you within 5 minutes "hello can I help you find something?" You didnt hear your 3 coworkers a few feet away ask me the same exact thing just a second ago? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Always a good experience at this location. My biggest complaint is the lack of pricing! I had to keep asking the staff how much things were. I understand it's tough with the sale that's on right now. But some areas were marked at 75% off.. buy off of what price!? Definitely frustrating. I would have spent more if I didn't have to ask everytime.

I went to this bath and body works it was the best experience I have ever had. The employee brook is incredible kind and helped me find the most perfect hand scent for my soap!!! I love that employee!

In love with their Body Mists/Sprays, relaxing mists, hand wash and candles! Have been buying these from here for over a year, and no complaints. Staff is friendly, informative and always helpful.

Great store to get all the great candles & soaps. I make the habit of stopping by here more often then not. Sale or not, it is always a great experience everytime I shop here.

This is the premier store that I go to when I want to smell good for my wife. I like their men's line of soaps. Always leaves the bathroom smelling fresh after a shower. Bourbon in the streets, whiskey reserve in the sheets.

Be careful when you purchase their overpriced liquid hand soap. Their pump is designed so that when you press it for the first time every time you use it, instead of foamy soap, you will get a large portion of liquid soap. If you continue to press, it will eventually produce foam soap. What is the catch? They do want customers to waste as much soap as they can so it will result in increasing sales. On September 8, 2022, I approached store’s manager to explain my concern and asked to exchange this product. When she pressed the pump the first time it resulted in a puddle of liquid on the counter. She quickly wiped the liquid off and continued to press it. Eventually when it created soap, she stated that there was nothing wrong with it and refused to exchange stating that the product was already used. When she was made aware of the Bath and Body Works Canada return / exchange policy (see below) she stated that she does not care. What a scam … Buy good quality regular soap instead. “We just want you to love it! Return anything, anytime for any reason. 100% Guaranteed! If at any time you're not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them to any of our Bath & Body Works or White Barn stores in Canada for a full refund.”

Clean and friendly store. The staff are very helpful and know their stuff! Great product and I love how the scents change with the season! Brilliant! Always fresh and creative.

I was followed around by a store associate who was opening candles and trying to make me smell them. I knew what I wanted, and I just wanted to browse around for new products. Instead I got out as fast as possible because the associate wouldn't leave me alone. It was very uncomfortable, and if I didn't need a specific gift for someone I wouldn't have bought anything at all. I'll shop online next time.

I went to pay for my purchases, only to be told their debit machine was down, but I could use their ATM at the cost of 3.50. They lost my sale. I suggested a sign at the entrance and was told they had employees for that. Interestingly enough, none of the 4 staff I talked to at the front, told me anything about the POS

Had a sale on the 3wick candles had to go in and buy 7 because they smell so good. It was busy but the service was fast.

Ok, come on now, this place has the best scents ever made. They have body sprays and oils, and candles, and lotions, and hadn't sanitizers and more. You won't be disappointed shall you end up in this store. I probably have every body spray they have to offer 😆👍

Pretty disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the person handling the greeting position at this location. I showed up to get a birthday gift for someone and was approached in what I would say is a fairly aggressive manner asking if I'm a front line worker or not. I actually am but I wanted to see why they were asking that so I said no. I was then told I'm not allowed in the store as I'm not a front line worker so I kept to my own and left. definitely disappointed with the way they're doing things at the store. I feel they are discriminating against certain people and I definitely would never return to this store or brand again

Struggled shopping there, the employees were so aggressive, I do understand that they need to maximize sales during this stressful times but I was approached 12 times in under 5 minutes. I usually enjoy going in, just not today.
