I recently needed a new phone, I went to Wirelesswave at St Vital Centre and was helped by Kayla Miller. She is very knowledgeable about the phones and plans helping me to pick one suitable for my needs. Kayla is fantastic and made the process of very easy. She helped me with the process of backing up my phone and guided me in how transfer all of my info from my old phone to the new phone. I can't say enough good things about Kayla Clark at the Wireless Wave in St Vital mall. I wish I could carry around a sign sending people to go see her. I've been shopping for a new plan for my son's phone, and a tablet, and I've either been left standing alone looking at the phones without getting a lot of help, or people making things overly complicated, trying to oversell me on things I don't want. So I went to see Kayla, and I told her what I wanted and within 10 minutes she had done exactly what I needed, she was so friendly and helpful, didn't shove extras down my throat, and I couldn't be happier. I am telling anyone who will listen that if they are shopping for a new phone, new plan, upgrade, anything like that, go see Kayla Clark at wireless wave in St Vital. I have never had a simpler experience, with a friendlier person! I just wanted to add, my oldest son passed away a few years ago, and my youngest son wanted badly to have a phone number similar to his brother's phone number. She worked tirelessly trying multiple combinations until she found a phone number that we were happy with. She knew what she was talking about, and by the time I went to see her I was so tired of people saying "I'm not sure let me look that up", that Kayla was a breath of fresh air. I can't tell you what a relief it is to deal with someone who actually knows what they're talking about!

Sarah was great to converse with, light hearted, smiling, laughing and empathetic to my needs & wants, Sarah made my birthday a success! Because of Sarah’s amazing customer service, experience and knowledge from my first experience l, I used her services for even a bigger task! I recently became a caregiver to my father (suffers from early onset dementia), I needed to replace his phone which was smashed. A phone that is not functioning to a person with a mental illness/disease (dementia) is like losing a finger! Sarah listened to my needs and wants again (she is also a great listener) she saved the day again for me, after 3 hours of being on many calls with virgin customer service representatives ( which were uneducated, poor customer service skills and lack the knowledge to interact with their peers to sell their services and products) Sarah managed to successfully put my dad into a new phone and contract! I meant to write this much sooner, but better late than never! Where do I begin.....KAYLA CLARK!!!!!! First off, I was referred to KAYLA CLARK by a close family member, whom I trust...so, my first contact was over the phone (Covid ) in late November 2020...I told KAYLA CLARK what I was looking for; new phones for myself and my hubby, as well as a third phone for our daughter (Christmas gift). I also told KAYLA CLARK that I was looking for the best package possible (financially) and she worked hard to find a package that best suited our needs (a couple of hours at least!) We than met her at our scheduled appointment at St Vital where she again spent almost 6 HOURS -figuring out and ironing out issues with our previous provider as well as transferring all data,contacts,etc.to our new phones and choosing a new phone number for our daughter! All the while KAYLA CLARK was incredibly patient, witty and even helped other customers at the same time! I would not hesitate to refer anyone and everyone to her! (I'll be calling her shortly to buy a new phone for my mom 😁)

This is the 3rd time I've been going to see Sarah for a phone. Each time she was so nice and patient while explaining to me the features of my new phone. The most recent time I had to bring in my grandparent for a new phone and Sarah was the kindest, most thorough, and PATIENT staffer. I can imagine it can be frustrating explained a new iPhone to my grandparent (not to mention the language barrier), but Sarah did an amazing job! Totally recommending her.

I have been buying my phone for the same place for ages. This time around I dealt with AJ. He was absolutely amazing. When was the last time you got a follow up from someone when you bought a phone?😍 yeah, probably never! Aj followed up - and it just so happens my phone wasn't working properly. I ended up having trouble - in the middle of a lockdown, pandemic in full force and he still contacted managers, spoke to some coworkers to ask about the new androids to see if there was something he didn't try - ALL from home and helped me out! Great experience and staff! AJ was my sales associate and did a great job! I was in need of a new phone due to my prev. phone breaking. Easy transaction, great deal with the added bonus of in store credit for extra goodies! We were able to properly social distance with the plexiglass shields and masks.
