What a lovely atmosphere at Roger Watson! As soon as I walked in I was warmly welcomed by John and another member of his team. I needed to have my engagement ring prongs checked (which I purchased elsewhere) and the team went above and beyond to help me. I left with my ring fixed and polished, but best of all, I left feeling a great sense of trust in them. I will definitely be back if I need other repairs and for future custom work. An absolutely wonderful experience. We met with John to re-do my partner's grandma's ring for our engagement. John got my taste immediately, spent a lot of time with us discussing details and what we wanted, made a model in his computer and met with us again to refine it. Finally, he did a 3D print of how the actual ring would look. The ring is gorgeous, the quality of the work is outstanding and the costumer service is wonderful. Watson Workshop were fantastic! I took them my pearl necklace which had been broken many years ago. This was a gift from my grandparents and very special to me. The necklace was about ten pearls too long for my liking, so Watson's jewelers made two pair of earrings with the extra pearls, one more formal, one more casual. Their staff also restrung the pearls perfectly, all within a two week deadline. Thank you, Watson Workshop, for taking such good care.

I had them design my wedding ring as well, and the whole process was so enjoyable. John did an excellent job, exceeding my expectations. The entire staff is lovely. I received outstanding service today! My son had a ring stuck on his finger. They made him feel safe and comfortable as they cut it off. They were friendly and so very kind. The jewellery in the shop is exquisite, but the staff even more so!

We cannot say enough about Roger Watson Jewellers! They recently made the wedding bands for my son and daughter-in-law, after creating a custom engagement ring, including diamonds passed down from my mother to my wife, and now to our daughter-in-law. They also created a double-stranded pearl bracelet for the bride, from pearls passed down from my mother to my wife, as well. The service is always excellent. The store is always busy!

John and I worked together to develop a design from family pieces. He was very helpful and creative while listening to my ideas. When I picked up my ring, my jaw was on the floor! The computer mock up didn’t do it justice. It’s a show stopper, but made to be wearable every single day. Outstanding customer service. Outstanding workmanship. The whole team from Watson’s jewellers was incredible from the moment I walked in. John was very patient and walked me through the process of creating a custom engagement ring for my fiancé. The design experience with John was very interactive. We sat down and designed the piece together using 3-D software. He would send custom digitals of what we created before moving on to the next step. I reached out to Watson Workshop to inquire about a custom engagement ring. My initial phone conversation with their staff was very informative and helpful. I later went to the shop and was met by the owner John. He walked me through his process of creating the ring, showed me some samples, and helped to generate the start of a design. He also gave me a price range on the expected cost based on our conversation about the design and materials. I could sense John's genuine excitement about helping me with this project. About a week later (and way ahead of schedule), John called to inform me he had a mock-up 3D print of the design. It was exactly as I had envisioned. We agreed on the design and price, and about a week or so later John had the finished product ready for pick-up. I have to say, the finished ring exceeded my expectations. The communication throughout the whole process was exceptional. I really appreciate John and his staff's genuine enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and gratitude for the opportunity to help with this ring. They fit us in quickly, and John gave us informative suggestions on how to make my ring more secure but still within my vision and budget.
