I purchased a ring as a best man gift. I had it engraved. All before even holding it in my hand. I trusted that they had my best interest at heart. It wasn't until I inspected closely at home that I noticed all the ugly chips in it. Instead of informing me so I could pick out a better ring they let me buy it, knowing how it looked. I would have been ashamed to give that to anyone as a gift, let alone my own brother on MY WEDDING DAY! I should have known based on being ignored by the staff too busy chatting to even acknowledge me when I came in that customer service is not a priority. Ma and Pa clip joint.

Had a bad experience and I don't recommend this shop specifically for watch fitting. I returned to get a slight adjustment to my links on my brand new watch, asked to move one link from the 6pm side to the 12pm side (so the 12 pm side is slightly longer), but the opposite was done, honest mistake. Not sure if it was a misunderstanding with the lady i spoke with or if it was between her and the repairman, either way, but the problem is when I tried to explain, the watch repairman was unpleasant and started to get argumentative with me. I got to the point that I decided to leave and will be going somewhere else to get it fitted how I want. Both ladies there are very friendly and accommodating though, and I can see why they are the ones who deal with the customers. Likely the better call was to only speak with one of them. This could have actually been a 5 star review because of them, but unfortunately, it was ruined by the repairman.

Just recently had a repair done here, and the repair job was absolutely perfect!! The attention to detail is so precise that it looks better than new!! Great Job!

I took my soldered wedding/engagement rings there as I needed a few new claws. When the ring was picked up it was explained (by Linda) that some of the claws were replaced and then the ring was soldered back together. Upon inspection of the 3 rings, I noticed they were now slightly askew. The diamonds weren’t lined up as when I brought it in. I spoke with Holly who explained Linda misunderstood what the jeweller had done and that the rings hadn’t been taken apart and then soldered. Perhaps this is accurate. However, the fact remains that my rings were returned to me misaligned. I explained this to Holly but she just repeated the rings were never taken apart. Somehow in the replacing of the claws my rings got moved around. She did not even offer to look or fix them. I paid $260.00 for this claw replacement and my rings will need to be taken apart and soldered. Obviously, I will have to go to a different jeweller which will cost me more money. I have had other repairs and sizing done at A&A jewellers so I was surprised by the workmanship and lack of customer service.

Small quaint little shop with the best employees. I popped in for my wedding license and found out they buy used jewelry, do repairs, and also sell new. It was a great experience.

The engraving was done correctly and very speedy service. Very reasonable price too.

Very old non working clock repaired beautifully. It has the most harmonious tick due to the springs inside. They searched outside the country to find the correct spring for this very rare model from 1910. I then returned for some jewellery appraisals, analog watch repair and a repair on and old ring. Prices are reasonable considering the artistry. They have a beautiful selection of estate jewellery. So if you like vintage antique and one of a kind pieces at fair prices you need to go here.

Had 2 pair's of glasses that broke at the metal hinge got A&A Jewlers to fix that day. Wish I knew they had a laser welder earlier.

Went there with a watch to be repaired. They told me it was beyond repair and then I asked him if they had something there that would be similar to replace it and they were honest. They said that if I wanted to replace that same watch. They didn't have anything there that would replace it at the price in which my friend was willing to pay and directed me to a place where I could very honest. Very fair I'd go back.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Pretty girl working the counter. Got a clasp changed out in five minutes, and they polished the chain nice! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for watch/jewelry repair, or even just to purchase something.
