Went here for their "Halloween Bash"... what a waste of time and our efforts on costumes,... They cancelled the contest for lack of entries, but failed to tell anyone until the END of the night. The Bands didn't start until almost 11, all their events at the Halloween bash didn't even happen. They advertised drink specials, 50/50 draws, pizza and snacks. I saw one event goer with small bites of pizza but that was it. ugh I wish I would have known this ahead of time, I would've found a better place to go, we went all out on our costumes and spent a ton of money on drinks.

The coffee is indeed very good. The place is fine, just some interesting characters near the slot machine at 3pm.

Delicious and full of love, tons of love poured into the food and there is a few vegetarian options. Remember to ask for the Vegan plate! ❤️

Ever walk into a room where everyone greets you like family. Fantastic food, best coffee in Winnipeg and incredible service. If you like it spicy, they have an awesome blend to add to your dish.

Great place for special events. We wanted to have our wedding there but then covid. They put together great meat and cheese platters. Service was very good.

Fun establishment with a unique feel. Would loved to have been there when live music was playing, would definitely have upped the ante. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the clientele gave somewhat of a Legion Hall vibe.

The event was catered by x-cues. The pork, potatoes, and all that I ate were excellent. The live sound was a bit loud for the venue size. It was a paid for event, a celebration of life.

Xcues’ has great Italian dishes and delicious café beverages. However, A quality no restaurant can match is how Xcues’ staff welcomes you into their community.

I am Italian, and the food and coffee is absolutely the best inWinnipeg for Italian food! I had my dad’s 60th surprise birthday here and it was absolutely wonderful. The owners are fantastic and go above and beyond to make sure everything is seamless. Food was incredible. Would absolutely recommend for any events!!

I've lived near X-Cues for years and patronize it often. The service is always friendly and the coffee drinks and food are great. Good spot for a grab and go espresso. They also have an outside back area that is great for summer relaxing.

Neat relaxed atmosphere qnd good snacks. Went for an event, may have to go back for a round of pool. Bike parking at the back (although I am not sure that'd official...)

I was at a Celebration of Life for a dear old friend on February 26, 2023… the room was nicely set up for the occasion… all of the staff were very warm, friendly and accommodating… I passed on the bread and pasta, but the rest of the food was delish… oven roasted seasoned potatoes were done to perfection… the lemon chicken was so tender and tasty with a killer, creamy sauce… the thinly sliced pork was very juicy and savoury… the roasted peppers, broccolini, zucchini, etc was mouth watering and had that perfectly prepared crunch… I will definitely go back again… was a great experience…

The lasagna I took home and baked was greasy and the focaccia was undercooked. The replacement loaf we picked up the next day was only half a loaf! Not worth $10

My friend and I went up for more food at the event we were attending. Unfortunately, they were fresh out. The staff however went into the back and cooked us two new plates of food. Even though our group had already eaten all of their portions, these guys went above and beyond. Friendly staff, good food and a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend them.

Sports club, old men, friends, playing cards. Good lunch, excellent freshly made soup. Server was pleasant and friendly. It took 20 minutes for 4 sandwiches to arrive. They were obviously prepared to order, not pulled out and microwaved. A place to go to enjoy lunch, not to grab lunch.

X-Cues is great. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They have a pretty decent selection of beer and drinks as well as a menu for food. Pool tables are cheap as well and there's live music occasionally as well.

They now have 2 pool tables, 2 foosball, and 3 vlts. Nice place for special events, open mic on Mondays, and hopefully karaoke will return again (crossing fingers)....reasonable drink prices and somewhat okay service (slow to top up drinks).

A gem of a place near downtown. Terrific staff and atmosphere.

It was quiet, I had an overall good time. Drinks are on the expensive side, I had two which costed 19 dollars. There was a couple creepy guys though, maybe if had gone earlier wouldn't have been lots of creepy guys.

The concept of having variety of entertainment is awesome. Food was 4/5, but the place could use more cleaning.
