    I entered the store at approximately 10:40 PM, intending to use the restroom for a few minutes. However, I was denied access by two employees at the entrance, who informed me that the store was closed. I attempted to explain my situation, emphasizing that I only needed a few minutes to use the restroom, and I also pointed out that there were still customers exiting the store. Despite my plea, the employees, both of whom appeared to be of Indian descent, were unyielding in their refusal to let me in. Their lack of empathy and inflexibility left me feeling upset and humiliated. I understand the necessity of closing the store at a designated time, but the situation could have been handled more compassionately and with greater understanding. It was evident that the store was not completely closed, as other customers were still present. A simple act of kindness in allowing me to use the restroom for a brief moment would have made a significant difference in my experience.

    I like that Walmart has lots of variety and good prices but this time I was quite disappointed because the produce was in rough shape, all the white and red onions were rotting, so were the dragon fruits. Most bell peppers were wrinkly and at the dairy section of the store the milk shelves were dripping some suspicious white liquid, that I'm assuming is a milk carton that's damaged.

    I accidentally stole someone parking space ( we were competing for the space and I sort of slid in their abruptly, the exact same thing just happened to me and I was in a rush) it's the holidays as well so of course it's busy and people are competing for spots, doesn't serve anyone right to do this So that person who I was competing with decides to egg my car I spoke to Navi the grocery manager and he would not compensate me ( it's Walmart property, they threw Walmarts eggs) I will be coming to the store this Wednesday to speak to the store manager for compensation as not only is this unacceptable behaviour but Walmart is responsible as it is their parking lot AND it was my BIRTHDAY but of course their is no compassion or empathy( they have yet to call me back I left a msg and apparently managers are in meetings) If they do not compensate me I will seek justice as it cost me $30 to detail my car and Walmart is the most successful grocery store on the planet they should have better customer service.

    So my brother got a jug of milk and put it in my cart in the store today but I got home and realized that it wasn’t completely full. There was no protective plastic that you usually remove from the top of the milk jug and their was no resistance when opening the cap. My brother is an honest person and claims that they all looked the same when he got it from the shelf. I’m not sure what else to say about it but this is very suspicious

    This is absolutely the dirtiest Walmart in the city. The staff are the absolute worst for customer service because there is none. They spend most of their time talking to each other or running away if you look like you’re going to ask something. Have learned over time to only go to that store when absolutely necessary and never need help. The aisles are packed and dangerous with palettes of unpacked items at all hours of the day. There are at least five aisles I have never been able to access. I’ve looked for a place on line to contact Walmart Canada about the filthy conditions there but they have no place to contact.. no service just like this store. I never engage the staff because they are mostly miserable and avoid contact.

    We entered this Walmart this week, and immediately we were surrounded by their team of security which we found are pretty good at profiling if you’re of First Nation decent. My partner and I are both part of the management team and work for the government. On this day we were both in our comfy clothes which probably alerted them. After being fed up with them circling us, I confronted one of the security guards who became very confrontational in my face screaming in not following you , I’m following someone else and this is my duty. Then we had his partner staring us down following us. It’s becoming very apparent that this is becoming fun for them profiling First Nation people. I’ve been there several time and see people from their country and their shoving meat or coffee down their jackets and the security team is turning blind eyes towards this. Walmart should be ashamed of this as we shop there Atleast twice a week and spend thousands of dollars!!!

    This is the third time the buyer has been bullied. approaching the shelf with things where there is a price tag with a discount - at the checkout it turns out there is no discount and the price tag is quickly removed. Once I took a photo and they sold it to me at a promotional price. At the very least, this is not fair to the buyer. if your sellers don’t have time to change price tags, then it’s not my fault. I will refuse the card and go to another store. a shame!!

    Worked here a while; would not say I got much experience considering the "part time flex" hours, which is actually casual work. 20 hours a month, if you're lucky. Karen and Cathy are both the loveliest managers I have ever worked with, and this store does not deserve them. If it weren't for them I would have quit much, much earlier. Barry, the owner/manager of the store, needs to fire at least half of their staff, and put the remaining ones on part or full time. Do not apply here unless you have no other options. They hire hundreds of people and give them next to no hours, instead of hiring a few people full time. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Dirty, disorganized store. Rude disinterested staff, a few are good but most are ignorant and never around. Never enough check outs open, most of the time half the self check outs are closed due to insufficient staff. Now they demand to see your receipt upon exit, which is against the law. The way Aboriginal customers are treated in this store is absolutely disgraceful and disgusting, I understand that theft is a problem but it is not necessary to treat every customer like they are stealing.

    The people at the pick-up service are incredible. So fast and when it was busy I got lost in the shuffle and the young man bringing out items out to other vehicles noticed right away and helped me without my prompting. Also..here are some funny signs they are selling right now :P

    From the beginning when I shifted here in canada last year.. I really like to shop from Walmart on regular basis. But this time they are disappointed me. I bought croissant before 2 days.. and today when was going to eat in the morning for breakfast, i saw that there is fungus on all of them.. it’s totally waste of money. At least put the food which is still good so people can eat that. And i saw that after eating half of that. Please put the fresh food on sale too because people are also paying for that too.

    I wish i can not even give them a 1 star they have really disgusting service they always treat u like as your r going to steal the food even u r scanning and paying the lady name rosemarie watching us like we r thieves even we r going to Walmart twice a week i will make sure that i will never visit this store again and specially their few Punjabi mens they always stares people while they r paying

    The store is dirty, the staff are rude, disinterested or incompetent and only half of the self check outs are open. They need to remove the self checkouts and hire actual cashiers. It’s disheartening to walk in a local store and see the parade of security and city police standing at the door. I placed an online grocery order for over $200. Not only did I receive no notification when my order was ready. I tried calling the store multiple times and nobody answered the phone. When I went to the pick up area, they could not find a record of the order. My online account however showed that the order was placed and was being processed. I did no get my groceries and they used the excuse that there was a glitch. This store is disgraceful. It is the worst Walmart that I have ever been in and the absolute worst store in the city. The management should be ashamed of themselves

    Had a wonderful experience at Walmart today, they were out of 1 litre chocolate milks (3 for 4) and Barry the manager happened to be by us and honored 2L for 2 dollars. We just wanna say thank you so much we appreciate that and will definitely be continuing our grocery shopping there.

    It makes zero sense to even have this location if you can't even get Tylenol after 7pm on a weekend, even with a cop standing at the entrance. Just close and move to a safer location then. Not even a sign saying you can't buy anything in this section. I asked where the back massagers were and was told they were behind the gate and I couldnt purchase one. So with my back pain, I couldn't even buy pain relief or a massager because Walmart decided to build a store in a neighborhood where they can't even sell items because of theft.

    I went through the cashier line NOT self check out line, told this to the person checking receipts, she told me i had NO choice but to show her my receipt if i wanted to exit the store. Im not a theif i pay for my groceries. If Walmart has problems with people stealing things in self check out then get rid of self check out and hire more cashiers.

    It was a pleasure getting the summer daybed set at the McPhillips branch. Amandeep was very helpful. Even though it wasn’t her assigned department, she assisted us with such courtesy . Also the store standard (sorry didn’t get the chance to get his name) was very kind and courteous too! Good job to both of you!

    Kudos to Manager Karen and the Filipina girl at the Customer Service a while ago who helped me purchase an inflatable water slide that was not on display. They went their way to look for it inside(back of the store) and got me one. My kids were truly happy and super enjoyed their slide today.

    Last Night August 31, 2022 at 19:32, I was at the self check-out while my daughter went to washroom to fed my granddaughter, while in main area of washroom breastfeeding her child the male cleaning person entered the woman's washroom twice telling my daughter she had to leave the washroom because he needed to wash the floors. All customer could say was sorry he doesn't speak good English and normally works at night when no one is on the store.

    I'm an American, but I know how helpful our wonderful Canadian neighbors can be when someone asks for it. I had an uncomfortable experience at the WM in Grand Forks, and I posted my review on Google Maps. I set a modest goal of trying to get the store to lose one customer per day, or 400 at the end of the year.     Don't go here! I've been routinely harassed by other patrons and there are constantly arguments in the store. The cosmetics area has a shoplifting problem so you have to pay for any cosmetics when you leave the area before going to other parts of the store. I don't feel safe shopping here.

    Worst experience ever!!!! I went to return a product without receipt Nd was told that I have to have receipt. I understand that is the procedure, i further requested them to print me a receipt from the details that i have and customer service manager Nirpjit told me that she is not trained to print a receipt and i have to come when manager is available, also from the very beginning of the conversation she treated me as if i have committed a crime by trying to return the product. The fact that CS manager is not trained to print the receipt from records despite having all the details is unbelievable. She clearly did not want to help me and was racist.

    My wife spent $345.00 in groceries and she had a coupon for 10 dollars off enfamil formula for our new born and because the coupon expired the day before the staff and store would not honor the coupon,how sad it is that a big box store like Walmart can't honor a 10 dollar coupon for a baby after the mom just spent so much money in these times. What a loser company walmart is,just terrible,poor poor customer appreciation.

    Today I just visited store with my friends in evening at 7 to 7:15 . I was at cashier counter 1 for billing. The lady lakhvir was serving. She was really rude and having no idea of customer service. Lakhvir mam plz treat customer with smile and good mood . Worst experience ever . Felt really bad .

    Just sharing our experience today. We were waiting on the line where we are directed by a staff to inquire about a phone we would like to inquire but an associate by the name of Harshemin just came and approach a customer next to us…we were in the line in front of them as well waiting patiently to be served. The staff who served the customer next to us was not politely explaining her reason but rather rolling her eyes and making a face and head gesture which absolutely not acceptable. We understand if there are no enough staff to accomodate inquiries but to cut a customer waiting patiently as well i think is not acceptable. After that discussion, with that staff who cut us, another staff came to politely serve our inquiries.

    I have been getting from this location online, so I thought for years. I ordered $317 worth of groceries Nov.4 and almost $100 of my groceries was missing. I usually get a call from Walmart telling me to give them a uber review? That's how I found out that uber delivers my food and that the location they get my groceries from is from empress because I called the number back when my order was missing. To top it off when I got my order the uber driver said his app isn't working and I can't get my order until I figure it out? And then $100 of my food is missing mostly my kids Lunch stuff and supper. I spent the LAST of my money so this stuff is important and I'm very disappointed and I do not trust Walmart anymore since it is the next Wednesday Nov. 9 and I'm still waiting for my return so I can BUY FOOD.

    Today an employee told me to move so she could take a picture of the shelf where I wanted to look. Then when I asked her if they had a particular hair product in that aisle, she said some over there some over there some over there. I always just pointing from Isle to Isle. Later two other employees when asked for something was told my husband and I somewhere over there and pointed. The worst customer service in the world. Customer service tried calling a manager for me three times and nobody came. Terrible store go somewhere else.

    Worst Walmart I have ever been to. People standing at customer service have zero sense to talk . They attack you with their words like freakin dogs . You would never be able to reach to the higher management for complaints or support. Two guys standing at customer service, blamed me and my friends for doing insta cart and missing stuff at self checkout that they said happened a month ago. Were they just chilling and waiting for us to revisit. Or one of them created an account of insta cart for us. Dumbs , if you want to do the checking, there is a way of behaving. But these creeps were just hanging there , and publishing stuff. I wish i could give zero star. Idiots.

    I bought a bunch of boys clothes here and one pair of jeans had a flaw in the material and the other didn't fit. Walmart has a great return policy. I took both pairs back without a hassle. It surprised customer service to see jeans have a run in them. We had them just 1 week and they were washed just once. The other pair didn't fit.
