Stopped in for a few beers. Decent selection, good menu choices. Nate, the bartender was a super nice guy. Seemed pretty knowledgeable of the beer choices on tap. Definitely, worth a stop.

Solid place right off the highways. Small wait since they still have tables isolated for covid. They were out of nacho, tacos and pasta. The food was good and server was good.

Milli was an awesome waiter! He was so courteous and his smile was absolutely contagious! His quality of service was outstanding and he knew the menu without hesitation. His patience was calm and he was extremely polite. We were indecisive about our orders however he was attentive and again calm and patient. We appreciate Milli for his hard work and dedication he puts forth at Miller’s! We really love this place and he makes it a great place to dine! Keep up the great work! We would highly recommend dining at this location!

Stopped in Saturday 2/18. We snagged seats at the outside bar since it was 45 minute wait otherwise. I had the zinger salad & hubby had the wings. He wanted the carribbean jerk but, although it’s on the menu was told they no longer have it, he chose the teriyaki instead. I asked for plain zingers with honey mustard on the side for my salad but when it came out the zingers were tossed in honey mustard. Bartender offered to remake but I didn’t want to wait. Bar staff very friendly & helpful. Busy spot!

This is one of the times that this place gets a five-star in every single place of course. I did sit at the bar and I got an amazing service, I have to say. The bartender was Eva! Amazing service by far. Super fast and great drinks. She makes a Wicked Mexican mule!!!! If you see Eva, order the Mexican Mule, you will have more then one!

It's nice to come here. The only thing I don't agree with is there is always a huge waiting list, they never have any tables ready, and if they do, tables are empty inside, dirty and not yet ready to seat people. Another thing is that they cut the menu, it's sad. Everything else is fine, customer service is very good.

Probably my favorite Ale House. I love the atmosphere, the food, the hostess, the prices. My family and I loved. Between 11am and 4pm you can enjoy their Special dishes with a good price. They have inside and outside table and bar. The Tex-Mex Nachos is salty but good.

My wife's meatloaf was good. We ordered 2 fish and chips. One order was fine and the other was raw. Oh and half the tables overall order came out at different times. We had a party of 5. So if you are okay with raw food and an unorganized kitchen then this is the place.

Great place to have an american meal, relax or watch a game. It has 2 big bars and cozy seating with a fire pit. The wings are great and the simple burger (we asked without the bun because we are Gluten free) was very tasty. They had $4.99 Margaritas !! The service was excellent.

Tried the Zinger chicken salad today. Plate had right amount of chicken, but salad portion was weak. I went away still a little hungry? Server was just there & had no personality, tip reflected! I thought the wait time was out of line as well 25mins at 12:45? Also why so many car pickup spots & only 3 disabled parking spots?

Another chain restaurant where food and service were fine. Had their blackened shrimp & chicken Cobb salad for a late lunch. Especially considering "ale house" in their branding, disappointed they don't support local breweries and the draft selection is quite boring.

This location for Miller's Ale House was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30 pm. However we were seated promptly by the hostess. Our server Rossana greeted us and took our order quickly. The manager, Laura personally passed by to ask how our experience was and welcomed us. We ordered 24 wings and loaded fries. The food was prepared as specified and was tasty. We have been to other Ale house locations but this one was definitely one of the best that we have been to. I will definitely return if I'm in the area. If you are craving wings, burgers and a few cold beers, definitely check out Miller's Ale House in Winter Garden.

Ordered the mountain melt madness (had it at a different miller’s ale house so i knew what to expect) and it was served to me cold. not lukewarm, i mean refrigerator cold. brought this to the server’s (melissa) attention and one of the gentleman who was bringing the food out took it to the back where i watched the cook put it back in the oven. i was starving and did not want it remade, i just wanted it to not be cold. the same gentleman brought it back out to me burned (see photo). after voicing my concerns about the dish to melissa, she ignored our table past this point and stopped checking on us or offering refills on our drinks. after getting the manager (mohammed) involved he took the meal off our bill and put a remake of the dish in a to go container. their tea both sweet and unsweet was so watered down to the point it didn’t even taste like tea as well (mohammed agreed but still had us pay for our drinks). i understand a restaurant being busy during peak hours for dinner, but the lack of quality service and also not being the only table with concerns over food quality is a red flag and should be addressed so guests dining have the best experience possible. i will not be visiting this particular location in the future and hope that my experiences with other miller’s locations are better than this one. drive the extra 10min to the location on kirkman for a better meal, their service is phenomenal!

I ordered a rare prime rib because it's a special on Sunday (currently $15.99). My picture looks rarer than it actually was. The beef had little flavor. The broccoli was spot on. Also wanted a side Caesar salad but was served a dinner portion. The lettuce was warm and swimming in dressing. I was asked if I wanted the salad brought first, to which I said yes. It was brought after I received what was supposed to be my entree. I boxed all but the broccoli and brought it home to my husband. Servers changed between taking the order and it being served and since no one wore name tags, I don't know who to put on my review. I've had good meals at Miller's before, will return, but not to try their prime rib. The picture is what I took home, minus the fat (which I know will be on a piece of prime rib).

Great place but can the management spring for enough barstools to go around the bar and actually have barstools at the tall tables? It makes no sense to have all this space and no place to sit. Patrons are polite, but everyone is competing for barstools. It really hurts the quality of the experience.

This used to be a great place to come with the family or friends for a drink or a bite to eat. My family comes faithfully about once a week for our family dinner though we have been rethinking things. A new shift in management seems to have changed the entire atmosphere and vibe, once vibrant and lively crowds seem muted and distant. That is not to say that service has not been good we have sit with Keys every week and she is everything we could ask for always friendly and kind. Though I believe that the new management is changing the restaurant and not for the better, I hope things can be pulled back.

Food was really really good. The bartender was awesome as was the manager. Professional and lively atmosphere!! Will see me again

It was Margarita Day and I received an email about the half off sale for the House, Strawberry, and Watermelon margaritas. Hubby and I ventured to Miller's at 12:45pm. We sat at the bar. I ordered the Watermelon and my husband ordered the Strawberry. We were informed the Strawberry was not part of the deal. Hmm. Fine. 2 Watermelon margaritas and a water. We placed our order of a lunch size Fish and Chips and mozzarella sticks and waited. We received our drinks but no water. 15 min later we asked for water again. No food yet and no water. Another 10 min later, the bartender asked if my husband wanted another drink. He said yes with a water. Second drink and, yet again, no water. Still no food. 10 min later, I asked for a second drink. With both of us well on our second drinks......We asked to check on our food since it had been 40 min and asked for a glass of water. 5 min later, we finally had our food and a glass of water. 45 min for food. It was such a surprise our meals took 45 min when the people beside us ordered after us and received their burgers and ate them before we received our food. It will be a while before we head back.

I’ve been coming to this Winter Garden location multiple times and the food and service has always been great. Particularly from the bartender Erica at the outside bar. She always keeps the bar clean for the next customer and very attentive and asking if I need anything else. Will definitely keep coming back. I think she’s been here for a while so give her a reserved parking spot!

My family and I recently attempted to attend Millers for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Upon entering the restaurant was a little busy which is fine. The hostess was rude right off the back and when we requested to sit outside because their dining room was quite chilly she replied rudely with “well you’re still going to have to wait.” We said that was fine and mind you our party was not that big. 6 people that’s it, no kids, all legal adults. We’d been waiting for about 30 minutes so my wife went in to simply check and see if she had an approximate time frame. Not rudely just wanted to check and see what our options were and the hostess again was disrespectful with her tone and facial expressions— like she had absolutely no customer service experience. A little later a couple tables outside had gotten up so my mother in law went to ask if we could split our parties between two tables. The hostess was very rude again and said the only way they could do that was if we split our checks (the tables were directly beside each other one was just a high top). We asked to be speak to the manager because that just seemed silly. When the manager came over and we asked what the problem would be with everything still staying on the same check as the payment would be made together regardless , the manager was just as rude and since they were refusing to accommodate us in the most simple basic way and combined with the attitude of both staff and management we had had enough and elected to leave. We waited for close to 45 minutes and we were not disrespectful or demanding in any way and they treated us quite the opposite. Can’t speak on the food but if it’s as bad as their customer service and restaurant representation I’d say we dodged a bullet. We ended up at Agave Mexican Restaurant down the road and got excellent food and service!

I had a great experience. Food was awesome. They have some daily specials too. Beer was super cold and plentiful. Everyone was super pleasant.

Go See Isiah very polite, attentive waiter who knows how to work the menu. Food was well seasoned freshly prepared. Vibe was right with games playing on tv’s and good music . I see you Miller’s Ale House 😋

Foods was good as well as service. Only complaint was how long the food took to get brought out It was about a 45 minute wait after ordering. Lunch break is usually 30 minutes to an hour and that pushed the lunch to an hour and a half total. Probably will pick a different spot for lunch in the future and save this place for a dinner.

First let me say our server was Kind and got us what we needed and checked on us to make sure everything was okay/good. Didn't have the heart to say it to her face but my lunch was real bad. My chicken was dry and I couldn't eat the other one, it may look good but it wasn't. Would I come here again? Not sure. It is a chain restaurant so maybe no. Husband got the fish and fries He did not like the fries here. The fish was okay.

The service wasn’t bad. Had to wait a little on my order because it was lunch rush. But it was definitely worth the wait!!!

We just got back from our up North Vacation! And wanted to say we had such a great experience from this place, it was clean, fun atmosphere. Our bartender Eva was phenomenal very professional yet very interactive and FUN!!! Made our drinks perfect and kept them coming. Took our apps order by the bar( apps are soooo good!) and made our night out such a fun time! It feels amazing coming to an establishment with that kind of service. If your in town definitely check them out.

Friday evening dinner the the ale house. Arrived to a 55 minute wait time, only took 20 to get first available. Sat outside in the bar area. ALERT It is hot out there. Really impacted our experience. Ordered a Cobb salad and Stella. Amy our server was great. Food was very good. All I can say is if they don't pipe the ac in the bar area, wait for an inside table. I like this location. This was my bad.

My husband and I love coming here. We always sit at the bar and we love when we get to see Erica, she's so attentive, very personable, and she makes a mean drink!! We've never had a bad meal at this location, all the food is fantastic. 10/10 highly recommend.

I come to to watch my favorite teams and have a cold one. Good food and great times. Bartenders are fantastic and will cater to your needs. Erica, Lizeth, and Nick are the bees knees. Stop by and say hello, You won’t be disappointed. Cold, perfectly poured beers every the time!!

The burgers were good I was supposed to get a double Burger and I wouldn't you're and I ordered 2 dinners neither one of them had the extra Patty. The sandwich definitely was really good the ambience and there when I picked up the take out order was pretty nice the people were nice but they screwed up the order. Although the sandwich tasted pretty good and the sweet potato fries as well

Great place to go hangout, family dinner or just chill with friends. Wide variety of beers on tap to for fill anyone's taste. A ton of tvs to catch any game and the outside patio bar is fantastic. Highly recommend!

First time at this location and let me tell you it won’t be my last. We sat at the inside bar and was quickly greeted by Sue with the most contagious smile and energy. Immediately we felt like we’ve known her for years! Suggested her favorite drinks and appetizer (which we loved). Overall amazing experience start to finish. You can teach people how to make drinks and follow recipes but you can’t teach attitude, personality and care for your customers. Sue is an example of all those things. I would have her front and center in my business if I could. She is making the difference! Food was great! Highly satisfied with my visit. We will be back. Thank you Sue

This is my favorite go-to place in the area for good food and drinks. Super chill and welcoming! I always sit at the bar, either inside or out, and I ALWAYS make sure Erica is working. Let me tell you this woman is the best. She works her butt off to make sure everyone around is having an excellent experience. She never misses a beat. I’ve seen her interact with other guests and seems like everyone else loves her as much as I do. It’s just a fun environment to be in. You can’t miss her, just look for the girl with the sick Disney tattoo sleeve.

Great atmosphere! Bar tenders are the best and very attentive. Their menu has shrunk once again, but they still have a great selection and a couple items. 5 stars is for the quality of food and the workers. I’ve never in all the times of going to this location ever had bad service My favorite menus item is the Zinger Melt and I always order it grilled. The last two times it came out fried which is delicious, but not what I ordered. The first time they discounted my meal and the second time they offered to remake it. Still amazing either way. Highly recommend!
