I’ve
been
using
the
Wartmann
for
over
12
years
and
always
loved
it.
However,
my
latest
stay
has
now
left
me
cold
and
I
want
to
share
this
experience
with
you.
I
usually
book
the
comfort
single
room,
but
based
on
the
photograph
of
the
executive
room
on
their
website,
I
decided
to
try
it.
Where
I
come
from,
this
grade
of
room
is
usually
a
step
above
standard
or
superior.
However
I
was
utterly
shocked
to
find
room
112
was
very
old,
the
minibar
door
fell
off
the
hinge
when
I
opened
it,
I
then
stood
on
a
screw
on
the
floor
which
must
have
come
off
that
door.
I
was
also
constantly
disturbed
by
banging
and
crashing
sounds
from
below
until
2300,
I
assume
this
is
the
kitchen
or
restaurant
one
floor
below.
As
the
hotel
isn’t
manned
at
night,
I
could
only
email
the
owner
to
ask
for
help
changing
rooms,
and
I
was
happy
to
pay
too.
I
didn’t
receive
a
reply
until
1200
the
following
day,
and
as
I
left
early
in
disgust
at
the
level
of
room
I
had,
there
was
nobody
at
reception
to
complain
to
(unstaffed
until
0900).
The
hotel’s
reply
said
I
was
given
the
last
executive
room
available,
and
that
this
was
in
the
older
part
of
the
hotel.
Well
thanks
a
lot
for
NOT
indicating
anything
about
this
on
your
website,
or
for
at
least
having
the
decency
to
advise
me
in
advance
that
my
room
would
be
of
lower
quality
to
the
website
images.
I
sent
another
reply
to
them
venting
my
anger,
and
that
I
would
have
happily
paid
to
move,
but
they
chose
not
to
reply
again.
As
I
said
at
the
start,
I
have
been
a
faithful
customer
to
this
hotel
for
many
years,
but
following
this
stay,
and
the
lack
of
follow
on
support
I
received
-
I
will
not
be
returning.
